The birth waiting home program is listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2015 concerning technical instructions for the use of special allocation funds in the health sector and supporting facilities and infrastructure for the health sarpras sub-sector for the 2016 fiscal year in article 5 concerning the operational costs of the birth waiting house. In Indonesia, especially in the archipelago, the mortality rate for pregnant women is still high, thus indicating a low degree of health. This is caused by various factors including geographic, socio-economic factors, limited means of transportation, limited health facilities and health workers. To overcome this, we need a special place close to basic health care facilities or a hospital that can be temporarily occupied by pregnant women before labor arrives called the Home Waiting for Birth (RTK), which has an important function as a temporary residence for pregnant women until they arrive during childbirth. World Health Organization (WHO) data shows that 99% of maternal deaths due to childbirth or birth problems occur in developing countries. When compared with the ratio of maternal mortality in nine developed countries and 51 Commonwealth countries, the ratio of maternal mortality in developing countries is the highest with 450 maternal deaths per 100 thousand live births. Post-partum bleeding is diagnosed when the amount of bleeding is considered to be more than normal. Clinical signs and symptoms of blood loss include weakness, sweating, and tachycardia which usually occur after the loss of 15-25% of total blood volume loss. Hemodynamic reduction only occurs in blood loss of 35% and 45%.Keywords: Posyandu Cadres, Puerperal Bleeding

Education on sexual and reproductive health for adolescents in Indonesia has not been fully accepted by the community. This is influenced by the complex environment of social, cultural and religious life. Many people consider that sexual and reproductive health education is a taboo subject to discuss among adolescents. These conditions make adolescents confused in determining their reproductive health behavior. However, over time, the influence of Western culture has brought freedom and open access to information so as to provide opportunities for adolescents to have negative behaviors in reproductive health. The prevalence of sexually active behavior in male adolescents (56.6%) is higher when compared to adolescent girls (43.7%). The problem of abortion in adolescents needs to be seriously addressed, because this problem occurs mostly in developing countries such as Indonesia due to the lack of access to information about abortion. This is evident from many studies which state that the high number of unsafe abortions that causes death is due to the lack of knowledge of young women about the dangers of abortion. Keywords: danger of abortion

The aim of community service is that high school youth after attending counseling can increase knowledge about balanced menus and the benefits of iron tablets in an effort to prevent anemia. Increasing the value of pre-test-post-test the level of knowledge about the balanced menu and the benefits of target iron tablets (blood-added tablets) at SMKN 1 Sukawati ranged from 0.0-50.0 with an average of 16.5 (SD = 11.39), whereas in SMAN 1 Sukawati ranged from 0.0-58.3 with an average of 32.1 (SD = 16.51). Based on a paired test statistical analysis it turns out that the pre-test value of the level of knowledge is significantly different compared to the value of the post-test (p = 0,000), which means the counseling method provided is effective for increasing target knowledge about balanced menus and the benefits of iron tablets. In practice the balanced menu is generally good because it meets the principle of a balanced menu. The menu type is good, namely consumption for lunch consisting of staple foods, animal and vegetable side dishes, vegetables and fruit. The number of menus selected still needs attention, especially the amount of vegetables and rice.

Nutritional anemia generally occurs in women of reproductive age and children. This situation has the greatest overall effect in terms of health problems. Iron deficiency anemia is prone to occur in young women due to the increased need for iron during their infancy. The proportion of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women in Sukawati District in 2017 was 34 mothers and in 2018 increased to as many as 40 pregnant women experiencing KEK, while the proportion of KEK in adolescent girls was not yet available. Likewise with the Proportion of Anemia in young women there is no data yet. Therefore, the servants will carry out Hb examination and measurement of LILA (Upper Arm Circumference) on young women in Sukawati sub-district, Gianyar Regency. The purpose of the Community Service is to provide counseling on nutrition, especially in the prevention of Anemia and KEK as well as examining hemoglobin levels in young women in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The method used to achieve the objectives of community service is the method of lecture, discussion and examination of Hb levels and measurement of MUAC.Examination of hemoglobin levels was performed to determine the anemia status of the target. The average Hb level was 12.85 g / dl while the lowest value was 9.1 g / dl while the highest was 14.6 g / dl. Of the 50 targets examined found 14 targets (28%) anemia and 36 targets (72%) were not anemic. Determination of KEK status is done by measuring the target upper arm circumference (MUAC). Of the 50 targets measured there were 17 targets (34%) experienced KEK and 33 targets (66%) did not experience KEK. The conclusion of this community service counseling about Anemia and KEK in the prevention of anemia and KEK has succeeded in increasing good knowledge to be above 50%, Adolescent girls who have anemia by 28%, Adolescent girls who experience chronic Less Energy (KEK) by 34% in Sukawati District Gianyar RegencyKeywords: Anemia, Chronic Energy Deficiency, Adolescent Girls
