Petroleum is one of the world's most important economic products. It is widely accepted that petroleum is not only an energy product, but also a financial asset. Therefore, it is important to understand the dependence of petroleum prices on economic conditions and financial markets and how they can affect the world economy. The fluctuations in world petroleum prices affect the economies of petroleum importing countries through different channels. One of the most important of these influence channels is the exchange rate. Because changes in exchange rates cause different economic problems in fragile economies. Changes in petroleum prices affect the economic performance of any country through various channels. One of the channels of influence is exchange rates. Petroleum prices affect the transfer of income from petroleum exporting countries to petroleum importing countries through trade and thus determine the exchange rate. In this study, the Relationship between Petroleum Price and Real Exchange Rate in Iraq was examined by ADF unit root test, Johansen-Juselius cointegration test and Granger causality analysis. For the analysis, the Petroleum Price and Real Exchange Rate data of Iraq were taken from the official website of the World Bank and transferred to the Eviews 10 program and necessary analyzes were made. The results of the analysis were analyzed and interpreted in tables.

In this paper, a new formula of 𝛽𝑘 is suggested for the conjugate gradient method of solving unconstrained optimization problems based on three terms and step size of cubic. Our new proposed CG method has descent condition, sufficient descent condition, conjugacy condition, and global convergence properties. Numerical comparisons with two standard conjugate gradient algorithms show that this algorithm is very effective depending on the number of iterations and the number of functions evaluated.

In this work we formalize new findings on formal Arabic language by constructing equivalence classes on letters depending on inversion principle. This equivalent relation furnishes a conjecture that Arabic language has a DNA-like inversion controller, called language DNA (LDNA) (Al-Rawajfeh, 2020, Ref [2]) and it can be even considered as a part of the full language DNA that can be discovered by more investigations similar to this work.

The Internet of Things (IoT) and the Cloud Computing are among the main technologies influencing the quality and efficiency of our social and economic activities. Their importance is quite notable in several areas such as remote medical care and healthcare monitoring systems. These later face difficulties most of them are the expensive costs for the chronic diseases and the hospitals charges specially during the pandemic time. All these issues have led to the creation of new solutions for enhancing the quality of the healthcare systems. In this paper, we focus on the network architecture security including healthcare monitoring systems based on IoT and Cloud Computing. We present a recent review on the research field and we propose a secure solution based on lightweight cryptography in accordance with the limited resource environments within which health data are exchanged. The proposed solution is guaranteeing data confidentiality and ensuring integrity and authenticity.

The great revolution of technology and its fast growth have led to a cyber space increasingly vulnerable to cyber-attacks. For this reason, cyber security becomes paramount to protect our cyber space by presenting and implementing important solutions to protect sensitive data from malicious persons. Thereby various measures of protection have been developed and aim to minimize the risks and damages of attacks. Among them, cryptography plays a vital and crucial role in protecting sensitive transmissions and electronic exchanges through complex networks. Numerous scientific studies have emerged with the advent of the cloud and the Internet of Things (IoT); all of them have expressed a strong need for building secure, efficient and fast cryptosystems targeting confidentiality, integrity and authentication. The last two objectives are essentially built on hash functions which are the main components of many applications and secure networks. The purpose of this paper is to give recent advances of lightweight cryptographic solutions that meet the requirements of constrained systems, and to present a study, in terms of security, energy-consuming and efficiency, of the main hash functions standardized by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). In the end, the paper will give a comparison between the studied hash functions aiming to come up with a recommendation of good lightweight hash functions suitable for implementation in an IoT framework.

In this work, we study the Poincare inequality in Sobolev spaces with variable exponent. As a consequence of this ´ result we show the equivalent norms over such cones. The approach we adopt in this work avoids the difficulty arising from the possible lack of density of the space C∞ 0 (Ω).

This paper proposes a mathematical model of synchronous generator used as an interface between power plant energy sources and the electrical grid. Power electronic converter is then needed to adapt their synchronous speed to the network frequency. Control method is proposed in order to optimize the power factor of synchronous machine. In addition, author presents the performance evaluation of the proposed strategy which allows to improve machine current and voltage quality. Simulation results for different operating points and transitions between them highlight the capabilities of the proposed control model. These include the ability to operate with unity power factor.

In this paper, we study an epidemic model with Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo fractional derivative. We obtain a special solution using an iterative scheme via Laplace transformation. Uniqueness and existence of a solution using the Banach fixed point theorem are studied. A detailed analysis of the stability of the special solution is presented. Finally, our generalized model in the derivative sense is solved numerically by the Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method.

Fractional calculus has been widely used in mathematical modeling of evolutionary systems with memory effect on dynamics. In order to illustrate the efficiency of this non-integer order calculus, we employ SEIR models to model the dynamics, with and without memory, of the spread of Covid-19 in Morocco country.
