This study aims to understand accountability and improve financial management as well as partial and simultaneous motivation for teacher performance in SMAN 1 dan SMAN 68 Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative and associative quantitative approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is 82 teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 68, Central Jakarta, using saturated sample techniques. Data analysis technique is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the study, partially the accountability variable has a positive effect on teacher performance. Transparency variable does not significantly influence teacher performance. The motivation variable partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the accountability, transparency and motivation variables significantly influence teacher performance. The ability of accountability, transparency, and motivation to explain changes in teacher performance is 58.4%. Among the three variables that most dominant influence teacher performance is motivation, thus motivation is very helpful for teachers in improving their performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of personal background, political background, andcommunity participation as a moderating variable on the supervision of financial management andregional assets. This research was conducted in Pegunungan Bintang Regency using a sample of 31respondents. Sampling method with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique usedis the instrument test technique including moderation regression and multiple linear regression. Theresults show partially that the variable background of education, political background, andcommunity participation did not significantly influence the supervision of financial managementand regional assets.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of young online convection entrepreneurs in labor absorption and the obstacles faced by young online convection entrepreneurs as well as to analyze the implications of young online convection entrepreneurs in Bantul Regency on their family economic resilience. This research used a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from observations and in-depth interviews with 5 young entrepreneurs from 5 different online convection, namely Arto Convection, Apparelsae Convection, Convection San Project, ID Convection, and Indeepco Clothing. The data analysis technique used is interactive model data analysis. This study used data validity checking techniques, namely triangulation, and detailed description techniques. The results of the research showed that young entrepreneurs have a role in labor absorption and provide income to the owner convection. Some of the obstacles often encountered by young entrepreneurs of convection online are a constraint on the production, financial management, management of marketing, customer service online base, less qualified human resources constraints, and constraints background education entrepreneurs who are not majoring in business. Young online convection entrepreneurs have made several efforts to overcome these obstacles. Based on the analysis with the income contribution approach and the basic need approach, the impact of online convection makes the economic resilience of young entrepreneur families strong and resilient.

This study aims to explain the financial management planning of Tembokrejo Village, as well as analyze its suitability then provide an overview of the flowchart of village financial management planning according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach using primary data and data. secondary data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis technique is a comparative analysis which tests the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Then the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the financial management plan of Tembokrejo Village is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, due to the presence of village assistants who help in the process of preparing village financial management planning. Therefore, a flowchart was designed, which could be used as a guide to assist village officials in the process of preparing village financial management plans independently. The purpose of This study is to find out how the implementation of village fund management as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the management of village funds in three villages in Soreang Sub-District, Bandung Regency. This research was conducted in Panyirapan Village, Sukanagara Village, and Soreang Village in Soreang Sub-District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with interview approach and observation with the responder, that is Head of Village, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Village Consultative Body (BPD). Data analysis is done by data reduction then presents the data and draw conclusions on the data obtained according to the method of data analysis for qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of fund management from planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability of the three villages are appropriate with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 the Year 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, but in terms of administration for the Panyirapan Village has not been in accordance with regulation, then for reporting the three villages have not been able to report to the regency in a timely manner based on regulations. For most supporting factors in the three villages of human resource training for the village government, understanding in running the Village Financial System application and for the three villages as a whole is still the lack of workers in the field during development activities and the lack of human resources in administration and regulation.

The imperfect construction of financial information management leads to a series of problems, which limits the progress of the construction of financial informatization. This article briefly introduces the current situation and existing problems of the construction of financial management informatization, puts forward reasonable and effective solving strategies to promote our country’s construction of financial management informatization.

The activities of the financial administration has an interest in controlling the implementation of the budget and expenditure, given their authorization has been granted by the determination to the local regulations and approval by the competent authority. It is closely linked with the principal task of Treasurer in trust by the employer to manage, store and account for its report in accordance with applicable regulations. Minister of the Interior issued a regulation that Minister Regulation number 55 of 2008 on Procedures for Administration and Treasurer Accountability Report Preparation and Transmission. This rule also applies to the Treasurer on the Financial Management Board and Assets West Southeast Maluku District. The research objective was to evaluate the accountability report of the treasurer is in conformity with applicable regulations. Data analysis method used is the method of descriptive data analysis, by analyzing, managing and comparing the data with that obtained both qualitative and quantitative in its application research results illustrate the particular Agency Financial Management and Asset West Southeast Maluku District has shown good performance and according to the rules regulation No. 55 of 2008. Head of BPKAD as PPKD, BUD, PA, should do even more stringent supervision so that the accountability reports are included in BPKAD can be run in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.
