PT XYZ sering mengalami keterlambatan waktu karena dalam setiap keterlambatan yang dilakukan selalu ada penalty yang diberikan kepada perusahaan dan hal ini mengakibatkan tambahan biaya , oleh karena itu hal ini harus dihindari dengan membuat penjadwalan yang efisien, dalam hal ini dilakukanlah perbaikan dengan meminimisasi waktu penyelesaian maksimum Cmax pada mesin paralel yang berpola aliran flowshop (dan tidak boleh dilakukan interupsi yang dilakukan pada pekerjaan yang sedang diproses, untuk melakukan pekerjaan lainnya, satu lintasan hanya memproduksi satu produk dan hanya satu produk juga yang dikerjakan secara langsung. Waktu penyelesaian yang berbeda dari setiap mesin dengan pengerjaannya juga adalah masalah yang dihadapi untuk menjadikan mesin mesin ini sesuai menjadi satu penjadwalan yang terintegrasi dengan metode integer programming yang membuat penjadwalan dengan konsep riset operasi dengan metode pendekatan 0-1 utuk menjadi lebih efisien lagi , dihasilkan minimisasi keterlambatan total penyelesaian order dengan 42,28 menit lebih baik dari sebelumnya.   PT XYZ often experiences time delays because in every delay made there is always a penalty given to the company and this results in additional costs, therefore this must be avoided by making efficient scheduling, in this case repairs are carried out by minimizing the maximum completion time of Cmax on parallel machines that are patterned with flowshop flow (and no interruptions should be carried out on the work being processed, to do other work, one track only produces one product and only one product is directly worked. Different completion times of each machine with the workmanship is also the problem faced to make this machine suitable to be one scheduling integrated with integer programming methods that makes scheduling with the operational research concept with the 0-1 approach method to be more efficient, resulting in minimization of the delay in the total settlement of orders with 42.28 minutes was better than before.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Chapter 1 introduces the main arguments of the book; outlines the approach, method, and data; defines key terms; and provides a chapter outline. Global theories of democratization have systematically excluded small states, which make up roughly 20 per cent of countries. These cases debunk mainstream theories of why democratization succeeds or fails. This book brings small states into the comparative politics fold for the first time. It is organized thematically, with each chapter tackling one of the main theories from the democratization literature. Different types of data are examined—case studies and other documentary evidence, interviews and observation. Following an abductive approach, in addition to examining the veracity of existing theory, each chapter is also used to build an explanation of how democracy is practiced in small states. Specifically, we highlight how small state politics is shaped by personalization and informal politics, rather than formal institutional design.

Abstract Objective Physical activity reduces the risk of pregnancy-related complications. However, pregnant women often reduce their physical activity levels and do not follow the WHO’s physical activity recommendations during pregnancy. To support pregnant women in monitoring physical activity, the self-administered Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire was developed in the US. We translated and cross-cultural adapted the questionnaire using the dual approach method. Meanwhile, and without knowing this, another Danish group simultaneously translated the questionnaire using the method described by Beaton et al. The aim is to present our data and discuss the unplanned purpose of comparing the results from using two different translation methods. Results We translated and cross-culturally adapted the Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire to Danish with the following findings. Two additional items for cycling were included. Three items about spending time on a computer, reading, writing or talking on the phone were not feasible in terms of differentiating between them and these were merged into one item. The item ‘Taking care of an older adult’ was found to be irrelevant in a Danish setting and was removed. Adaptions were similar comparing the two methods. Consequently, using the dual-panel and the methods suggested by Beaton et al. yield similar results when translating and cultural adapting the PPAQ.
