The article reflects the assessment of the quality of sour cream at home, and considers methods for determining the quality of sour cream. Organoleptic evaluation was performed for compliance with the requirements of GOST 52092-2003 " Smetana. Technical conditions " in terms of appearance, consistency, color, taste and smell. The consistency of sour cream is determined during its mixing, while evaluating the presence of a glossy appearance of sour cream. Sour cream is considered thick if it slowly drains from the whorl. The smell is determined immediately after mixing. Then we evaluate the taste. When evaluating the quality of the samples under study, it was found that the organoleptic characteristics of the samples fully comply with the requirements of the regulatory document. Analyzing the results of the experiment, we can conclude that in the first experiment, the sour cream purchased on the market was completely dissolved, and the sour cream from the store after dissolution showed small grains. And in the second experiment, the results showed that the color did not change in the sample # 2, but under # 1 it turned blue. The basis of this experiment is a qualitative chemical reaction to starch, which is used as a thickener.

On the basis of the results of many years work in the inspection of engineering systems of buildings and structures, the presented work reflects aspects of obsolescence or imperfection of the regulatory document of the Russian Federation GOST 31937–2011 «Buildings and structures. Rules for inspection and monitoring of technical condition» in part of section 5.4. The types of work that are not taken into account in the GOST, but are necessary when inspecting for an objective assessment of the technical condition of engineering systems and the possibility of further trouble-free operation are considered. The authors propose modern inspection methods that make it possible, due to the instrumental tools used, to more accurately determine the operational capabilities of systems, identify hidden shortcomings and further develop optimal measures with the maximum improvement of indicators for financial expenses for major repairs of systems as a whole or individual elements.

The resulting seed heap from the field is never clean. In the process of harvesting seeds, various impurities are found in the seed pile. As impurities in the seed heap, there may be weed seeds, various fragments of plant parts, mineral particles: lumps of earth, pebbles and others. Cleaning the seed pile to the regulated indicators provided for in the regulatory document is the main task of post-harvest seed refinement. Impurities that differ in size from the seeds of the main crop are easily removed by wind-screen machines. It is impossible to completely remove all impurities on windscreen machines. Therefore, there is a need for a secondary, better cleaning of the seed pile. Pneumatic sorting tables are able to divide the seed pile according to the density of seeds. Because of additional secondary cleaning of seeds, it is possible to increase the purity of seeds, which is necessary for the trouble-free operation of modern sowing machines. The PSS-1 pneumatic sorting table has a number of settings that are changed by the operator depending on the culture. Basic settings: seed feeding, fan flap adjustment, changing the longitudinal and transverse angle of inclination of the working deck, the oscillation frequency of the working deck, adjustable shutters of the seed receiver. The operator of the cleaning process can quickly change all settings. The use of a pneumatic sorting table in the secondary cleaning of the seed pile is possible on various vegetable crops. In the process of cleaning seeds on a pneumatic sorting table, fragments of stems, leaves, pods and others are removed from the seed pile together with lightweight impurities, and lightweight unripe seeds are also removed, which helps to increase the germination of seeds obtained after cleaning.

The main purpose of this work is to assess the relevance of the requirements for the quantitative content of water-soluble salts on the metal surface before applying an anti-corrosion coating. To do this, a series of tests are carried out by coating the metal surface of samples with different salt content, followed by aging in distilled water at high temperature and pressure. After exposure, the defects will be analyzed. The results obtained will help to choose the maximum allowable amount of soluble salts on the metal surface, because the internal coating of field pipelines is practically beyond repair, and to fix this value in the regulatory document.

By looking at the Key Investor Information document (KIID), the present article shows how the area of finance is still considerably unexplored in Translation Studies, despite the increased interest that economic and financial texts have attracted among translation scholars in the last decade. The article describes the KIID and its background and then focuses on its relevance to Translation Studies, as well as to translation practice and, more generally, to society. Never before examined within Translation Studies, the KIID is a mandatory regulatory document aimed at retail investors, and its underlying financial product increases financing opportunities for companies, especially when crossing international borders, where the document’s translation into the target country’s language is compulsory. The KIID has very specific characteristics that make it a financial genre in its own right, due to grow in importance because of several factors. In the article, its main characteristics are presented and discussed from a Translation Studies perspective, on the basis of both the regulations that gave rise to it and a parallel and comparable corpus study.

Currently, as the lighting characteristics of road markings used indicators of reflection and color. The indicator of light reflection when measured by a reflectometer is normalized as an absolute value, however, the perception of the driver and other road users (pedestrians, wheelchair users, cyclists) of road markings is carried out by means of vision relative to the surrounding background. Meanwhile, there is virtually no applicable regulatory document GOST 26824-86 Buildings and structures. Methods of measuring brightness, which establishes methods for measuring the brightness of working surfaces in buildings and structures, road surfaces of streets, roads and squares, facades of buildings and structures to determine its compliance with established standards. It is proposed to introduce into the regulatory framework for road markings indicators of brightness, contrast and sharpness.

Modern medicine has grown to an insurmountable level over the past decades. Today, this sector of human life is a high-tech industry, where all areas that can save lives of previously hopeless patients are successfully developing. The technical equipment of health care facilities has been substantially improved, it has become possible to diagnose diseases at an early stage and to quickly restore the working capacity of patients. Nevertheless, with all the advantages and capabilities of modern technology in this area, there are many problems. One of the most significant is the provision of privacy of medical information, which should be considered from both sides, both technical and regulatory. Ensuring the confidentiality of data in medical systems depends on the correct and timely organization of managing access to medical information. The US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is the most widespread and comprehensive regulatory document for the security of medical data. Regarding the Ukrainian normative documents, they realize the rights of the patient to receive information about their state of health, and medical systems do not have a certificate on the compliance of a comprehensive system of protection of information in accordance with the requirements of normative documents on the technical protection of information. In this article, the authors are considering designing an access control model that solves the problem of providing information security for medical systems and is based on access control based on roles with minimal constraints. The model to be developed should determine the actions and resources that are available to the user, as well as provide individual access to resources. The authors examined the existing models of access control, identified the advantages and disadvantages that formed the basis of their own model. The paper describes the creation of a role-based security policy that defines the information flows permitted by the system, based on the international regulatory document HIPAA. With the help of the developed model, it is possible to execute its storage in different ways and in any case, it is very easy to convert into a relational database

The results of the study of the natural sweetener effect from Stevia on the quality of two types of table semisweet fruit blended wine - from gooseberries and raspberries, gooseberries and black currants - in comparison with the classical recipe with sugar, are presented in the article. The recipes and the production technology of table blended fruit wine with Stevia extract as a sweetener were presented in the work. Stevia extract and sugar (control sample) were added after complete fermentation of sugars into dry wine material. The extract dose was 1.4 ml per 1 liter of wine material. Organoleptic and tasting evaluation of the finished product showed that wine with the addition of Stevia extract has good quality indicators, a pleasant taste without extraneous smacks. The sugar content was practically at zero point - 0.25 g / l in wine from gooseberries and raspberries, 0.28 g / l in wine from gooseberries and black currants. In the wine made by classical technology, the sugar content was 70.30 g / l and 71.10 g / l, respectively. The titrated acidity of the wine was within the requirements of the regulatory document and ranged from 9.0 to 10.9 g / dm3. The content of vitamin C and beta-carotene depended to a greater extent on the type of fruit and berry raw materials used. A higher content of ascorbic acid was noted in blended wine from gooseberries and black currants - at the level of 26.88–27.02 mg, beta-carotene - in wine from gooseberries and raspberries. The introduction of sugar or Stevia extract did not affect the values of these indicators much. According to the results of studies in the manufacture of blended fruit wines in order to reduce their calorie content and use as a functional product, the addition of Stevia extract is recommended
