A tongue pressure unit for measurement of lingual strength and patterns of tongue pressure is described. It consists of a force displacement transducer, a single channel, direct writing recording system, and a specially designed tongue pressure disk, head stabilizer, and pressure unit holder. Calibration with known weights indicated an essentially linear and consistent response. An evaluation of subject reliability in which 17 young adults were tested on two occasions revealed no significant difference in maximum pressure exerted during the two test trials. Suggestions for clinical and research use of the instrumentation are noted.

This article explores the spatial dynamics of agrofuels. Building on categories from the field of critical spatial theory, it shows how these categories enable a comprehensive analysis of the spatial dynamics of agrofuels that links the macro-structures of the global political economy to concrete, place-based struggles. Four core socio-spatial dynamics of agrofuel politics are highlighted and applied to empirical findings: territorialization, the financial sector as a new scale of regulation, place-based struggles and transnational spaces of resources and capital flows.

The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). The objective of the research is to evaluate performance of Madubaru firm. This research use the methode of Balanced Scorecard which balancing measurement of non finance performance and finance performance. In the perspective learning and growth emphasize on the education and employees training, and also employees satisfaction. In the perspective of internal business process, it emphasize at the the level of success and organizational development. In perspective of customer emphasize at the customer satisfaction. In perspective of finance can see from finance ratio. The research have result learning and growth perspective with good performance, internal business process perspective with very good performance, customer perspective with enough performance, financial perspective estimation with good performance. At general we can assesd performanced of Madubaru firm is good and expected to be improved again. The Way

The level of poverty in Bantul regency is higher than the average of poverty in Yogyakart province. One of the way to decrease poverty is zakat. Decreasing of poverty can be efficient and effective, if zakat collection and distribution by zakat institution. In fact, zakat collection in zakat institution in Bantul regency is increase, but it is lower than zakat potentially. It is 10 pecent only. Furthermore, zakat institutions in Bantul regency need efficient and effective zakat collection strategy. Based on the information, this research use tool of analysis is Matriks SWOT 8K. The steps of this analysis such as determining variable of streghts, weaknesses, opportinities and threaths, determining indicator, determining value of equality, determining position of zakat instititution, finally determining strategy of zakat collection. The result of this research is the position of akat institions in Bantul regency is IB Quadrant and IIA Quadrant. So, Zakat Institutions should implement aggressive maintance strategy and stable growth strategy.Key Word : poverty, zakat, strategy

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. This research use relationship marketing teory which applied 4 factor of input process understanding customer expectations, building service partnerships, empowiring employers, and total quality management, and output relationship marketing process: customer satisfaction and customer layalty. The objective of this research is to find out wich factors of input process that has more impact on the output process in relationship marketing. There are 60 trusted correspondencea from Grand Inna Malioboro Hotel customer whom at least have been stayed at the hotel three times. The method of collecting data in these research use questioners and Likert scale measuring instrument 5 points that will be tested by the instrument and analyzed by using regressision analysi the simultaneous test of variabel for the relationship marketing input s. The result of the instrument shows the items used are valid and reliable. It displays the outpout process passed the assumtions test, while the signifikacant relationship marketingto the output of relationtionship marketing, For the passive test of vareable input process relationship marketing with the ouput process relationship marketing shows all significant variables unless vareabel understands customer expectations does not have a significant effect on the process of output relationship marketing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika untuk sekolah menengah pertama yaitu kurikulum Silabus, Rencana Pembelajaran dan Lembar Kerja Siswa 2013 tentang statistik dan probabilitas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan oleh Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh Sugiyono (2008) melalui langkah-langkah: (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) pengumpulan data; (3) desain produk; (4) validasi desain; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba kelompok kecil; (7) revisi produk; (8) uji coba kelompok besar; (9) revisi produk. Pada tahap potensi dan masalah, para peneliti melakukan analisis potensi dan masalah. Kemudian, peneliti mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan sebagai referensi untuk desain perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang akan dikembangkan. Desain perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi oleh tiga validator dan direvisi berdasarkan saran validator. Hasil perancangan perangkat pembelajaran kemudian diujicobakan dalam uji coba kelompok kecil yang subjeknya 8 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. Setelah dicoba dalam uji coba kelompok kecil, kemudian direvisi berdasarkan kuesioner dari siswa yang mengikuti uji coba kelompok kecil. Setelah itu, para peneliti melakukan uji coba dalam kelompok besar yang subjeknya adalah 39 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, direvisi lagi dan disempurnakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan diskusi data, perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan valid yang nilai untuk Silabus adalah 3,39, rata-rata nilai untuk 5 Rencana Pelajaran adalah 3,41. Nilai rata-rata untuk 5 Lembar Kerja Siswa adalah 3,34. Lembar Kerja Siswa yang telah dikembangkan adalah persyaratan praktis yang memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan oleh siswa sekolah menengah pertama.   This research aimed to develop mathematics learning device for junior high school that are Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Students Worksheet curriculum 2013 on statistics and probability by used problem based learning model. This research use development model by Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono (2008) through the steps : (1) potentials and problems; (2) data collection; (3) design product; (4) validation of design; (5) revision of design; (6) small group trial; (7) revision of product; (8) large group trial; (9) revision of product. At potentials and problems stage, the researchers conducted analysis of potentials and problems. Then, researchers collect the necessary data as reference to design of mathematics learning device that will be developed. Design of learning device that had been developed then validated by three validators and revised based on validator suggestion. The result of learning device design and then try out in small group trial which subjects are 8 students of VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. After try out in small group trial, then it revised based on questionnaire from the students who take the small group trial. After that, the researchers conducted try out in large group trial which subjects are 39 students of VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, revised again and refined. Based on result of data analysis and discussion, learning device that had been developed is valid which value for Syllabus is 3,39, the average of value for 5 Lesson Plan are 3,41. The average of value for 5 Students Worksheet are 3,34. Students Worksheet that had been developed is qualify practical requirement to used by students of junior high school.
