During the research, a mobile educational application was developed. Using a mobile app is a key tool for improving user knowledge. The app helps users to study without a teacher in their free time. The app was built using the Xcode IDE. The optional quiz includes many features such as reading, grammar, verbs, and speaking. This will be of great help for users who want to learn more Kazakh. The Kazakh language is developing rapidly. Therefore, the pace of learning the Kazakh language is growing day by day. Currently, it is beneficial to use mobile applications related to distance learning. The application helps to learn the Kazakh language anytime, anywhere. The grammar of the Kazakh language is more complex than other languages. With this in mind, each section of the appendix describes the rules of 1-2 grammars. At the end of each section there is a set of dictionaries to speed up the construction of user sentences. That is, the user who has passed all the sections speaks the Kazakh language at a high level.

In the trend of mobile applications, the world is surfing through many applications for various personal and professional purposes. In every domain including the cutting-edge technology such as Machine learning, IoT (Internet of Things), representing the data to the user in a proper and understanding manner is very important. This is where mobile applications come to use. Mobile applications can be used to resolve many communication issues especially when communication is between low level to high level and vice versa. This application is made to serve as one of the best ways of communication between faculty and students especially when the faculty is not available in the cabin and the student is willing to meet the faculty at the same time. The mobile application uses Dart Language with Flutter UI Software Development

Using spoken language is the easiest and most natural way of communication for human beings. The communication between humans and machines using sounds or language is a huge move forward. This article demonstrates the development of a mobile application for managing household accounts with the integration of a speaking voice and touch-screen function on smartphones; this could also be used as a tool to manage household accounts for elderly Thai people. The content was evaluated by five experts to identify each feature of the developed mobile application. Afterwards, the developed mobile application was distributed to thirty-three elderly people. The findings showed that the elderly people were able to learn and use the mobile application effectively. The learning post-test results scored higher than the pre-test results. The effectiveness evaluation results in terms of the accessibility barriers that can be faced by elderly people while using mobile applications showed that the average mean was 4.13 and the standard deviation was 0.36 and the acceptance of the mobile application based on accessibility barriers that could be detected by elderly people while being used has high consensus. This indicates that the developed mobile application is effective for elderly users at a high level.

The objective of this article is to examine factors that affect the attitude to and use of tourist mobile applications. In line with previous studies, an empirical model that integrates variables of a technological nature and others related to the design and architecture of tourist apps was proposed. An online survey of 156 millennials in Spain was carried out and the data were analysed using the partial least squares methodology. The results validated the hypotheses proposed in the model, achieving a high level of statistical prediction. The results supported that, when choosing a tourist mobile application, tourists take into consideration design aspects, such as visual design and navigation design; personal aspects, such as perceived personal outcome expectations, perceived enjoyment and subjective norm; and operational aspects, such as effort expectations, performance expectations, and conversion rate.

Indonesia has 28 regions in the Republic of Indonesia Archipelago which are declared as areas prone to tectonic earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis. Among these are NAD, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Banten, Central Java, and DIY in the south, East Java in the south, Bali, NTB, and NTT. Based on these facts, it can give an idea that the South East Java Province in particular has a high level of vulnerability when compared to other islands, when viewed from the total population density. Disasters can occur anytime and anywhere so people need to increase awareness, awareness, and preparedness, which is most at risk during the emergency response phase, where in that phase the situation is very conducive and the increasing hoaxes about data and information on disasters that spread in the community, along with the development of technological advancements, we need a mobile application that can provide the latest data and information routinely in the community. Referring to the design of mobile application designs that have been designed, in this study using the sequential algorithm method. With the sequential algorithm in this design, users can easily use this Android-based disaster information application, just by entering the keywords in the year of the disaster event, the location will be searched. The purpose of making this mobile application is to be able to provide data and information about disasters in Indonesia to all elements of society effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this research is to construct an application prototype from the study of public transport problems in the local communities of Thailand. There are three main goals for research to be successful: (1) To study problems and situations in which communities are affected by public transport. (2) To design and standardize the management of problems and situations in which the community is affected by public transport. (3) To construct a public transport application prototype for local communities of Thailand. Population and sampling were scoped from the public transport service provider in Phayao Province, Thailand. The prototype was constructed with an Android Mobile Application. The results of the study showed that the developed application prototypes showed a high level of satisfaction (total means is equal to 3.95, S.D. is equal to 0.73) with the design and implementation of the prototype. In the future, the researcher will bring the application to the test and deployment.
