Based on the analysis of electrification development process in major countries, this paper systematically studied and judged 5 important influencing factors of electrification development in the world, including resource endowment, economic development, improvement of people’s livelihood, infrastructure and policy guidance, among economic development includes industrial structure and urbanization level. The opinions of this paper can support different regions or countries to choose proper electrification development paths.

Abstract Against the background of energy shortages and severe air pollution, countries around the world are aware of the importance of energy conservation and emissions reduction; China is actively achieving emissions reduction targets. In this study, we use a symbolic regression to classify China's regions according to the degree of influencing factors, and calculate and analyze the inherent decoupling relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth in each region. Based on our results, we divided the 30 regions of the country into six categories according to the main influencing factors: GDP (13 regions), energy intensity (EI; 7 regions), industrial structure (IS; 3 regions), urbanization rate (UR; 3 regions), car ownership (CO; 2 regions), and household consumption level (HCL; 2 regions). Then, according to the order of the average carbon emissions in each region from high to low, these regions were further categorized as type-EI, type-UR, type-GDP, type-IS, type-CO, or type-HCL regions. The decoupling index of each region showed a downward trend; EI and GDP regions were the most notable contributors to emissions, based on which we provide policy recommendations.

<p>The technology is not only an indispensable element involved in international trade, but also an important factor affecting the comparative advantage and trade patterns in international trade. Based on predecessors’ research and practice experience, this dissertation selects 20 factors to study the influencing factors, such as international technology transfer, the construction of infrastructure, the complexity of technological progress, economic development level and so on. By using the ISM model, the paper studies the correlation and gradation of influencing factors of international technology transfer. The analysis indicates there are 4 direct factors on surface and. 6 factors on path: the applicability and negotiability of the technology, international technology transfer intermediary. 3 direct factors: the construction of infrastructure. 5 indirect factors: environment changes of international economy, the complexity of technological progress. 2 factors in deep roots: economic development level and changes of industrial structure. Based on this, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects. Meanwhile, it provides certain references to improve the international technology transfer level, promote using international technology transfer to improve technology level, and upgrade the industrial structure.</p>

Abstract Background Professional identity is related to individuals’ professional commitment. It has been a hot topic in the nursing science because of the common problem of nursing workforce shortage around the world. Professional identity is culturally shaped, but few scholars have systematically examined its developmental characteristics in a specific culture. The aim of the scoping review is to get comprehensive knowledge on the influencing factors and development process of the professional identity among nursing students and nurses in mainland China Methods A scoping review was conducted. The most common Chinese databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Data, were searched for publications in Chinese. The EBSCOhost and ProQuest dissertation and thesis global were searched for publications in English. After screening the title and abstract of the articles in the first round and the full-text in the second round, 53 articles were included for analysis. Results The influencing factors to professional identity development in nursing could be grouped into three dimensions: personal factors at micro dimension, familier factors and institutional factors at medium dimension, and social factors at macro dimension. The social factors tended to negatively affect professional identity while the factors at the other two dimensions exerted influence in different directions. A framework was established based on professional identity levels in different career stages of nurses to depict the continuum and dynamic nature of development process. Conclusions Development of professional identity in nursing is a dynamic process shaped by multidimensional factors. The biggest obstacles to the development lie in the social factors. Changes in policy should be made to reverse the nursing profession stereotype of being a passive role to medicine. As some obstacles and challenges faced by nursing are shared by nurses around the world, international cooperation is needed to address the common obstacles and challenges. Tourism efficiency can be used to effectively measure the utilization of regional tourism resources and the state of tourism economic development. Based on the super efficiency DEA model, Malmquist index, and spatial econometric model, this article measures the static and dynamic tourism efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in eastern China for 2010 to 2019. In combining ArcGIS 10.0 and MATLAB 2016b software, this article studies the temporal and spatial differentiation of tourism efficiency in eastern provinces and cities and influencing factors. The results show that (1) the overall tourism efficiency of eastern provinces is at a high level and relatively stable, but the regional distribution is quite varied, and problems of spatial imbalance are prominent; (2) the overall tourism efficiency of eastern provinces is increasing, and the change index of technical efficiency contributes the most, followed by the change index of scale efficiency; and (3) industrial status, traffic conditions, tourism resource endowment, and the labour force are the main factors affecting the temporal and spatial differentiation of tourism efficiency in eastern provinces and cities, while the level of economic development and information technology have no significant impact.

Impacts of climate change are emerging around the world. Extreme weather events are becoming more frequent. It is a threat to social progress and economic development. China is no exception. A top priority issues facing the world economy will be slow the rate of climate change, and turned to more energy-efficient, low-carbon economy. As such, China must give enough attention to climate change in developing growth strategies. Doing so will China's industrial structure and into the old city mode. These will be significant adverse conditions in low-carbon world. If the Chinese want to turn to a low-carbon economy, it is necessary to announce new routes, and a series of new policy objectives and measures to guarantee. To achieve this transformation, the density of the target energy consumption only is not enough. China also needs to create incentives. Encourage the use of low-carbon energy and low-carbon industries in economic development activities, and the introduction of market-based policy.

With the convening of the annual global climate conference, the issue of global climate change has gradually become the focus of attention of the international community. As the largest carbon emitter in the world, China is facing a serious situation of carbon emission reduction. This paper uses the IPCC (The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) method to calculate the carbon emissions of energy consumption in China from 1996 to 2016, and uses it as a dependent variable to analyze the influencing factors. In this paper, five factors, total population, per capita GDP (Gross Domestic Product), urbanization level, primary energy consumption structure, technology level, and industrial structure are selected as the influencing factors of carbon emissions. Based on the expanded STIRPAT (Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology) model, the influencing degree of different factors on carbon emissions of energy consumption is analyzed. The results show that the order of impact on carbon emissions from high to low is total population, per capita GDP, technology level, industrial structure, primary energy consumption structure, and urbanization level. On the basis of the above research, the carbon emissions of China′s energy consumption in the future are predicted under eight different scenarios. The results show that, when the population and economy keep a low growth rate, while improving the technology level can effectively control carbon emissions from energy consumption, China′s carbon emissions from energy consumption will reach 302.82 million tons in 2020.

Reasonably assessing the efficiency of green regional development is a key to improving environmental management and implementing sustainable development strategies. From the perspectives of environmental pollutant emissions, energy consumption, and production factor cost, the non-radial data envelopment analysis model based on the Malmquist index was applied to measure the green development efficiency and regional differences of 11 cities in Zhejiang from 2007 to 2016 from both static and dynamic aspects. This paper further analyzes the inherent influencing factors through the panel data model. The result shows: (1) The average static efficiency of green development in Zhejiang Province is 0.844. There is still 15.6% of improvement space from the frontier of production. Pollution emission management has the greatest improvement potential. Pure technical efficiency is the main factor restricting the static efficiency. (2) The dynamic efficiency of Zhejiang’s green development achieves an average annual rate of 0.26%, with a cumulative growth of 2.33%. The improvement of green development efficiency mainly depends on scale efficiency change. (3) The inherent factors affecting the efficiency of green development in the 11 cities mainly include three factors: the industrial structure, environmental regulation, and the urbanization level. The industrial structure has a positive effect, while environmental regulation and the urbanization level have negative effects. (4) The 11 cities are relatively evenly distributed in the four “static–dynamic efficiency” classification quadrants, and there is no "Matthew effect" of high–high, low–low polarization.

The article proves that despite a significant growth in the service sector in recent years, industry remains the main engine of economic growth. Moreover, using the analysis of statistical data, it is shown that the development of industrial complexes of countries of the world is accompanied by corresponding structural changes, which in turn determines their economic development in general. The study aims to solve the following issues: which structure of the national industry can be considered progressive under modern conditions, i.e., can lead to progress and sustainable socio-economic growth; whether there is a correlation between the progressive structure of the country’s industry and its economic development and the quality of life of its population; how the approach of the country’s industrial structure to its progressive state influences the country’s economic development and quality of life of its population. The purpose of the study is to justify or refute the hypothesis about influence of progressiveness of the industrial structure on sustainable economic development and quality of life of the population. The main methods used in the study are cluster analysis and integral assessment. The statistical basis of the study is the data on inter-branch balances for 36 countries of the world for 2009, 2011 and 2014. The results obtained in the study allowed confirming the hypothesis about the positive influence of approach of the industrial structure of countries of the world to its progressive state on the sustainable economic development and quality of life of their population. This conclusion can be considered as the basis for forming the state policy of the world’s countries to develop their economies and improve the quality of life of their population.
