Architecture plays an important role in the process of urban construction and social and economic development. Similarly, the application of BIM Technology in the process of urban construction also has a very important significance. To promote the integration of architecture teaching and BIM Technology is not only the need of Architecture Teaching Reform in Colleges and universities, but also the need of urban construction and social and economic development. It is an effective way to promote the development and improvement of the teaching level of architecture major in Colleges and universities to make clear the problems faced by the integration of BIM Technology into the teaching of architecture major in Colleges and universities at the present stage, and take effective measures to establish the teaching mode of architecture major based on BIM technology.

The low salaries are one of the most significant factors that does not contribute to social and economic development in the country. Therefore, at the present stage, it is necessary to restore all salary functions , especially stimulating one, to increase the proportion of material reward in people's monetary incomes. This will help to improve the living standards and purchasing power, revitalize business processes that will definitely contribute to the economic development of the country and economic entities. The article reveals the approach to the formation of material reward at the present stage. The employee receives his salary for the exercise of official duties, the bonus is determined by the complexity, quality, efficiency of the work done. The labor code of the Russian federation does not allow an employer to force an employee to do the job that is not included in the job description, unless an employee himself wants to do so. As research shows, in practice there are situations of social and labor relations that deviate from the norms of the employment contract. All these issues are urgent and require the development and implementation of an effective policy of social and labor relations.

 In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. Line dance is one of the most important parts of physical education, which has been widely and deeply promoted in physical education. To sum up, the traditional teaching mode of line dance basically focuses on the three aspects of "teaching, learning and doing", that is, for the teaching content, the teacher teaches and the students follow the teacher to learn and do. Most of the students just master the set of movements taught by the teacher, can not create their own dance moves or even participate in the competition. Therefore, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional line dance teaching, reforms the teaching content and teaching mode, and probes into the teaching mode integrating "teaching, learning, doing, practicing, researching and competing", so as to provide some reference for the teaching reform of line dance course in colleges and universities in China.

This article, taking the translation courses for English majors in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Dongfang College as an example, starts from the current teaching problems of translation courses in application-oriented colleges and universities. In order to clarify the teaching system, highlight the local characteristics, and find a way to adapt to the teaching objective of high-quality applied talents, this article establishes the teaching idea of “solid foundation, application-oriented and strong ability” and discusses the teaching reform of translation course by optimizing the teaching syllabus, teaching content, teaching mode, teaching method and evaluation system. The innovation of translation teaching reform mainly lies in the consistency, integration and effectiveness of the “Four-in-One” teaching mode which taking practical ability as the core, integrate the teaching objective, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation as a whole, so as to solve the existing problems of the translation course and follow the changes of social and economic development.

The condition of a global ecosystem comes nearer to the critical level that is reflected in social and economic development of society. At the present stage the analysis of the world for which the non-stationary behavior, social and economic and ecological crises connected with nonlinearity and multidimensionality of social and economic systems is characteristic has to become a subject of studying of economy and finance. A complex of models of accidents of global social and economic development is created. For carrying out the analysis the methodology of synergetic which is based on the theory of self-organization and a coevolution of difficult systems is chosen. The tools of modeling of the instability of socio-economic systems development which is conceptual and methodological basis, the catastrophe theory are considered. The algorithm is offered and the complex of models allowing to investigate type and nature of dynamics of development of the main macroeconomic indicators, to define possibility of formation of crises is constructed.
