The mode of transportation that travels from Kupang City to Rote Ndao Regency is currently a mode of sea transportation and air transportation. This study aims to find out user information based on its mode choices and model it in the multinomial log function, besides that it's hoped that this result can be used as a reference in determining policies that improve functions and facilities for mobilizing people, goods and services carried out on the Kupang to Rote.Data analysis was carried out in two ways, namely with descriptive statistical analysis techniques to explain the characteristics of respondents and multinomial logistic regression analysis to create a model of mode transportation selection for Kupang-Rote service. The results of the study showed that users of transportation services from Kupang to Rote, generally men prefer to use ferry boats while women prefer to use fast boats. The characteristics of respondents is age 20-39 years. While the factors that influence the choice of transportation are the influence of luggage, weather and comfort. For the selection model, the probability of a speedboat is 34.65%,the probability of choosing a ferry is 42.96%, and the probability of choosing an aircraft is 22.3%.

Liberalisation of air transportation practically is known as open sky policy. In the practice, the liberalisation of air transportation is divided into two group of services, i.e.: air transportation services, for passengers and goods (air service) which is categorized as hard rights and supporting services of the air transportation services (ancillary services) which is categorized as soft rights. The research in this paper focused in air transportation services for passengers and goods, consists of nine freedom of the air. The impact of the policy such as the Agreement regarding ASEAN open sky policy, is the readiness of Indonesian air transportation companies to compete with foreign air transportation companies. The government of Indonesia has to regulate the implementation of ASEAN Open Sky Policy to be projected in order to comply with national development, i.e. the function of air law in national development. The policy has been implemented by enact or amend the existing law as air law that regulate flight lines, the following provisions: To regulate flight line for foreign airlines to open flight lines in Indonesia region which may not or have not land and sea transportation. The regulation is intended to support mobility of humans, goods and services that may fulfil the needs of the people of Indonesia, which materially and spiritually and the development of the region. The regulation of flight lines of foreign air transportation for region of tourism, industrial and trade center. The sea transportation mode is a means or tool used by people to move from one place to another. Sea freight mode in DKI Jakara is expected to provide quality service to the users of the transportation services as well as the service users on board, other than that the passenger characteristics strongly affect passengers in choosing Mode of transportation. Based on the user data of traditional vessels majority of the female users differ from the Dishub ship of the majority of male users. The user's age for both ships is the majority of the age range of 21-30 years, including the majority work of students. The level of user earning both traditional and dishub vessels does not differ the majority have not been income according to the type of work. The purpose and frequency of user journeys of traditional vessels and dishub vessels are no different, with the purpose of the majority being a one-time recreation a year. The study aims to determine which variables will result in factors affecting the perpetrators and the probability of selecting the mode located in the Muara Angke port between the Dishub ship and the traditional vessel. Data processing uses the Serqual method to determine the number of samples from the population and SPSS program to find out the factors affecting the selection of the modes of traditional vessels of Dishub and vessels.

Aviation is a strategic business owned by a country, whether managed by a state company or a private company. In Indonesia, airplanes are the most important transportation. It is said to be able to connect every city, province, and inter-island very quickly compared to land and sea transportation. The importance of air transportation must be accompanied by regulations that guarantee the safety and security of airlines and passengers who are users of air transportation services. The security and safety are regulated through national and international rules which must be followed by every airline and passenger for the creation of good aviation business. The main problem in the aviation business is aircraft accidents which result in aircraft destruction and death to all passengers and crew members. This cannot be avoided because the cause of the accident could be from aircraft engine damage, weather, or error from the pilot. This aircraft accident not only damage airlines that have planes worth billions of rupiah but can damage passengers and heirs. Due to the risks involved in the aviation business. Although it is said that air transportation is very safe because the technology used by aircraft is the latest, accidents can not be avoided if it occurs.

Air transportation is a major facilitator of international trade in terms of the value of goods and services involved, and is important to specific industries, such as tourism, that are being developed by many lower income countries. High air transportation costs can pose a major impediment to the economic growth of countries, or to regions within them. But international air transportation is also an industry in its own right that can earn profits and foreign exchange for the parenting country. The newer international trade models treat transportation as a transactions cost, reductions of which confer in most cases, a gain to trading partners. Reducing air transportation costs, if resulting from rent seeking activities in protected markets, can, however reduce income for the air transportation-providing country and may impact on its foreign exchange earnings. This can reduce the incentive for a country to participate in Open Skies type situations where international air services are offered in a competitive market. Furthermore liberal trade in air transportation services can, in some cases lead to potentially less efficient provision of these services.

Nowadays, the increasing need for transportation services has become a basic and major requirement. One of the causes of the increasing need for transportation is the interest to carry out various activities quickly and appropriately. This condition can be seen from the government's support for equitable regional economic growth by opening all access using various transportation modes created. However, in utilizing all these facilities, the public or users of transportation services often have limitations in ordering for various things. Then arose several companies managing transportation services with various facilities either through the services of land transportation, sea transportation, and air transportation services. In an effort to serve the needs of these service users, companies use a variety of media and infrastructure that in turn aims to maximize service and win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta simultaneously or partially. The number of samples was 42 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using saturation sampling technique. The saturated sample is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. The results showed that there is both partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta.

A basic management responsibility in community service planning is to evaluate alternative methods of providing various public goods and services such as transportation services, sewage and solid waste disposal, and water for home and industry. These alternative methods frequently involve new or different technologies and various combinations of inputs such as capital and labor. For example, in the disposal of solid waste, the use of different sizes and types of bulldozers, compactors and cranes may lead to significantly different combinations of capital and labor resources. For accurate analysis, the quality and quantity of the service that can be provided with limited amounts of the various resources or inputs must be considered. Thus, the basic concepts that have been used in private business to allocate limited resources to obtain the desired output are equally applicable to the management and planning of community services.

BACKGROUND: For psychiatric patients, the issue of falling is complex. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to compare the risk factors for falling in psychiatric inpatients and general ward inpatients who had fallen. METHODS: The researchers first derived official fall records for 122 psychiatric inpatients and then selected 122 psychiatric inpatients who had not fallen as well as 122 general ward patients who had fallen, matched for gender, age, and length of hospital stay at the time of the fall incident. RESULTS: After controlling other variables, multinomial logistic regression analysis revealed that psychiatric inpatients who had fallen and had dizziness (odds ratio [OR] = 7.11, p < .001), had an unsteady gait (OR = 1.97, p = .030), or were not using aids (OR = 0.42, p = .042) were at greater risk of falling than those who had not fallen. The researchers also found that general ward inpatients who had fallen and had higher Charlson Comorbidity Index scores (OR = 1.77, p < .001), were clear-headed (OR = 27.15, p = .001), had dizziness (OR = 11.55, p < .001), were unable to walk (OR = 64.28, p < .001), or were using aids (OR = 3.86, p = .001) were at greater risk of falling than those who had not fallen before. CONCLUSIONS: The causes of falling among psychiatric inpatients and general ward inpatients are different. Medical personnel should understand the medications and attributes of patients for an accurate assessment of their risk factors for falling and thus implement fall prevention measures and health education to reduce falls.

Face mask use is a critical behavior to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2. We aimed to evaluate the association between social integration and face mask use during the COVID-19 pandemic in a random sample of households in Utsunomiya City, Greater Tokyo, Japan. Data included 645 adults in the Utsunomiya COVID-19 seROprevalence Neighborhood Association (U-CORONA) study, which was conducted after the first wave of the pandemic, between 14 June 2020 and 5 July 2020, in Utsunomiya City. Social integration before the pandemic was assessed by counting the number of social roles, based on the Cohen’s social network index. Face mask use before and during the pandemic was assessed by questionnaire, and participants were categorized into consistent mask users, new users, and current non-users. Multinomial logistic regression analysis was used to examine the association between lower social integration score and face mask use. To account for possible differential non-response bias, non-response weights were used. Of the 645 participants, 172 (26.7%) were consistent mask users and 460 (71.3%) were new users, while 13 (2.0%) were current non-users. Lower social integration level was positively associated with non-users (RRR: 1.76, 95% CI: 1.10, 2.82). Social integration may be important to promote face mask use.

Summary Background Visuo-Constructive functions have considerable potential for the early diagnosis and monitoring of disease progression in Alzheimer’s disease. Objectives Using the Vienna Visuo-Constructional Test 3.0 (VVT 3.0), we measured visuo-constructive functions in subjective cognitive decline (SCD), mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and healthy controls to determine whether VVT performance can be used to distinguish these groups. Materials and methods Data of 671 participants was analyzed comparing scores across diagnostic groups and exploring associations with relevant clinical variables. Predictive validity was assessed using Receiver Operator Characteristic curves and multinomial logistic regression analysis. Results We found significant differences between AD and the other groups. Identification of cases suffering from visuo-constructive impairment was possible using VVT scores, but these did not permit classification into diagnostic subgroups. Conclusions In summary, VVT scores are useful indicators for visuo-constructive impairment but face challenges when attempting to discriminate between several diagnostic groups.
