Research relevance: in 2020 year, due to COVID-19 conditions, educational institutions of all levels began to be forced to organize the educational process using e-learning and distant learning technologies. This process was not easy for students nor for teachers. It was especially difficult to study natural sciences, for example, chemistry from a distance. Research materials and methods: e-learning is based on distant learning technologies, electronic libraries, scientific materials in electronic format, as well as on use of information and telecommunication networks and many programs for remote communication with students. Research results: organization of learning process with using e-learning and distant learning technologies has some advantages. Conclusions: in distant learning of chemical disciplines, the course consists mainly of same stages as in traditional education: activation of fundamental chemical concepts; explanation of topic, expected results and new material; reflection or generalization, student assessment and homework.

The article is devoted to the problem of establishing the frames to use distant learning in higher education. The topic relevance is related to emerging a force majeure situation associated with a pandemic, which made it possible to carry out a unique experiment on such large-scale training applying. The paper analyzes some aspects of this problem concerning the mathematical discipline learning at the technical university junior courses. The study is based on the analysis of scientific publications by domestic and foreign authors devoted to the problems of mixed learning, distant learning, and peculiarities of teaching mathematical disciplines in universities. The author conclude that the main problems of introducing e-learning and distant learning technologies into the educational process is insufficient motivation of students pronounced especially in junior courses. They note that the effectiveness of using distant educational technologies in additional education is largely due to the good motivation of people who want to improve their professional level. The paper discusses results obtained during the forced transition to distant learning (March-July 2020), in particular, gives the rationale for a certain model of mixed learning. It emphasizes that, as the threat of the pandemic situation repetition, as well as the need for a new transition to e-learning are not excluded, the problem of motivating students should be given special attention at all educational process levels.

Анализируется проблема разработки, характеристики и реализации важного условия организации образовательного процесса в университете с применением технологий дистанционного обучения, связанного с созданием в университете качественной цифровой образовательной среды, развития технической инфраструктуры и повышения квалификации вузовских преподавателей с целью эффективного использования ими технологий дистанционного обучения в процессах цифровой трансформации высшей школы. Причем такое условие анализируется не только с позиции повышения эффективности организации исследуемого процесса, но и с позиции обеспечения деятельности вуза, отвечающей требованиям мировых стандартов, что чрезвычайно важно в формате реализуемой государственной программы Российской Федерации «Развитие образования» на 2018–2025 гг. Приводятся данные опроса студентов и преподавателей университета, освещающие результаты измерения уровня эффективности реализации проверяемого условия организации образовательного процесса в университете с применением технологий дистанционного обучения. The materials of this publication analyze the problem of development, characteristics and implementation of an important condition for the organization of the educational process at the university with the use of distance learning technologies, associated with the creation of a high-quality digital educational environment, the development of technical infrastructure and advanced training of university teachers in order to effectively use distance learning technologies in the processes of digital transformation of higher education. And a certain condition is analyzed not only from the perspective of improving the efficiency of the organization of the process under study, but the operations of the University that meets the requirements of world standards, which is extremely important in the format of the State program of the Russian Federation “Development of education” for 2018–2025. The results of study of the levels of effectiveness of the implementation of the conditions are tested and and the data of the questionnaire survey of students and teachers are provided. The article describes the terms “distant education” and “distant learning”. The synonymy of their meanings and the peculiarities of their use in the context of the characteristics of a special way of implementing the educational process at the university are noted. The features of the implementation of the selected condition that took place in 2020 are noted: flexibility in taking into account the time frame of classes and in choosing an individual pace of training; modularity; the use of various types of communication; wide coverage of the audience of students.

Современное образование находится на рубеже цифровой эпохи в преподавании, когда повсеместно внедряются новые методы обучения с использованием передовых информационно-коммуникационных технологий для дистанционных форм общения между педагогом и слушателями, автоматизации образовательного процесса с применением нейронных сетей и машинного обучения. Разрабатываемые цифровые образовательные среды и платформы не только позволяют учителю готовить и предоставлять школьникам и студентам учебный материал в удобной цифровой форме, которые доступны им в любом месте земного шара через сеть Интернет, но и существенно увеличивают нагрузку на преподавателя ростом объема необходимого для подготовки занятий образовательного контента. При этом преподаватель на дистанционной форме обучения фактически вынужден находиться круглые сутки на связи со своими слушателями. Использование цифровых образовательных сред с автоматизированной проверкой заданий позволяет освободить педагога от части рутинной работы. Другая возможность состоит в использовании в курсах виртуальных ассистентов преподавателя чат-ботов, обученных с помощью нейросетевых технологий отвечать на широкий круг вопросов студентов, без участия педагога. В статье излагаются результаты исследования и разработки подобных виртуальных помощников педагога. Одновременно указывается, что собранный материал диалогов бота со студентами позволяет использовать результаты для косвенного анализа успеваемости студента и формирования персональных образовательных траекторий. Today the education is on the verge of the digital age as new learning approaches with advanced information and communication distant learning technologies, and academic process digitalization with neural networks and machine learning. The new digital learning environments and platforms help the teacher to develop and deliver digital learning content for high school and university students making it available globally over the Internet. However, the teacher efforts are multiplied, as more and more content is to be developed. Even more, an elearning teacher is expected to be available 24/7. Digital learning environments with a computerassisted assessment feature remove some of the burdens from the educator. Another option is using virtual teacher assistants or chatbots based on trained neural networks. they can answer a wide range of student questions without the teacher’s intervention. We studied the development of such virtual teacher assistants. The recorded student/chatbot scripts can be used to indirectly estimate the student’s academic performance, and to offer a customized learning path.

Students' training quality directly depends on the modern digital environment resources in the federal university. Rich digital environment of the university provides effective learning and allows students to use innovative learning technologies (e-portfolio, digital laboratories, MOOC, etc.) in professional activities for projecting and realization of individual educational paths. E-learning, distant learning technologies implementation and other digital environment resources for potential teachers’ training at the federal university make the learning process more effective. The article describes the practice at Institute of Education, Psychology and Sociology of Siberian Federal University in creating modern digital environment for teachers’ training by the means of e-portfolio technologies, digital laboratory, PROLog module system of experiments, learning management system (LMS) Moodle.

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) is a serious social and economic problem, and control over it is highly dependent from the overall performance of the system of public first aid and resuscitation training. Coverage of the population with theoretical and practical training in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is significantly limited in the Russian Federation, and the quality of training is generally low. Based on the analysis of international scientific literature and current international guidelines, this review is delineating modern organizational approaches and technologies of resuscitation training that help to enhance the efficiency and increase the accessibility of CPR training for lay people. In particular, the paper discusses methods of resuscitation training utilizing distant learning technologies, technical means for CPR skills training using feedback and virtual reality technologies, target audience and retraining intervals. Guided by the results of analysis of the cumulative experience, the directions for optimization of the resuscitation training system in Russia are proposed, that offer a perspective to improve coverage of the population with basic CPR training, increase the rates of bystander resuscitation and decrease mortality from OHCA.

The article is related to the organization of educational process with the application of electronic training and distant learning technologies. The issues of establishing and functioning of the unifi ed electronic information and education environment including various instruments and training resources in the educational institution are considered. The means of information and communication technologies, in particular, educational integration platforms which can be used for the development, management and distribution of online materials as a part of the distant training courses are analyzed. The main criteria, essential when choosing the tools for the organization of electronic training are revealed. The analysis of the information development and the functionality of the educational integration platforms from the learning content management systems (LCMS) and the learning management systems (LMS) to up to date personal learning environment (PLE) and virtual learning environment (VLE) is carried out. The issues of the incorporation of the PLE and VLE tools into the LMS are considered, the ways of their integration are set forward.
