Abstract The people of Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District have raised pigs as well as used them as a source of household income. Pig farming has been running for about 15 years, although sometimes it receives losses. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of pig farming to household income and the factors that affect the income of pig farming in Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District. This research was conducted during March 2021, and the sample locations in Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa District in Tenga Village, Pakuweru Village, and Pakuure Village were determined using the purposive sampling method, with the consideration that these areas are areas that have a large population of pigs. The sample was determined by the total quota sampling method, namely all pig breeders in the three sample villages as many as 30 farmers. The analysis model used to estimate the factors that affect income is the multiple linear regression equation models. Pig farming was able to provide the income of IDR 17,431,281/year with an average of 26 pigs/farmer. Pig farming contributed 40% to household income. Pig farming has the largest contribution to the household income of pig breeders. The factors that influence the income of pig farming are the age of the farmer, the number of ownership of pigs, and the type of business combination. Farmers needs to increase the number of sows, to increase household income. The government’s policy is a program of providing assistance in the form of pigs, as broodstock for farmers.

The objective of this study are : (1) to understand about the contribution of sorghum farming income to total household income, (2) factors that influence sorghum farming income, and (3) income distribution level of sorghum farmers in Gunungkidul Regency. The basic methodused in this studyis descriptive-analytic. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The data weretaken from 30 farmers in study area. The data was collected by an interview, questionnaires and literatures study case.In order to learn the several factors influencing income level, isused multiple linear regression method. On the other hand, the level of total income distribution of sorghum farmerswas analylizedby using Gini Ratio and Lorenz Curve. The results of this study showsthat shorgum farming incomecontributes 2% for total farmers income. This study also show that sorghum farming does not cause inequality income in the study area. Several factorsthat affect sorghum farmers income positively are the land size and seed prices.

Recently the Indonesian people often get inefficiency of electricity usage. On the other side, in Indonesia, the electricity is mostly produced from steam power plant, which require fuel from non-renewable natural resources. So the highness of demand and the occurrence of inefficiency the electricity usage can increase the consumption of natural resource and the air pollution. Therefore, an early warning system are proposed in this study, become one of the various solution than can increase awareness of the people in efficiency of electricity usage. This system requires the input data of electricity usage in the last 6 months, that will be formed the electricity usage trend from each user using linear regression analysis. Furthermore, this trend will predict the electricity usage for next month, this is used as the limit to give the warning from the system. The outcome from this study is the system that can provide a warning to users if their electricity usage run over the certain limits.

The purpose of this research that to knowing the promotion effect, service quality and knowledge of people willingness in precious metal investation at Unit Pegadaian Syariah, West Langsa and to knowing percial effect and simultance of people willingness in precious metal investation. This research using quantitative analysis to collect the data, utilized 85 respondents as research samples, this samples of research took by doing nonprobability sampling with quota sampling method, which is the sample taking by using the element of population technic based on researcher consideration and the number of samples had been determined. In collecting data was using questioner technic about 16 questions which rate from 1-5 Likert scale and examined the expedience by utilized the validity and reliability. The data have been collected by examined classic assumption including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test, after that analyzed by using double regression analyses and hypothesis test of T test (parcial) F test (simultance) and determinant (R²). according to the hypothesis test in significance level there are 5% parcial showed that (1) there is positive effect and significance promotion of people to invest precious metal at Unit Pegadaian Syariah, West Langsa (2) there is positive effect and significance service quality in people willingness to invest the precious metal at Unit Pegadaian Syariah, West Langsa (3) there is positive effect and significance knowledge of people interest to invest the precious metal at Unit Pegadaian Syariah, West Langsa. Then in simultance promotion have the positive effect of service quality and knowledge. Moreover, have significance willingness of the people to invest precious metal at Unit Pegadaian Syariah, West Langsa. In the other hand the coefficient of determinant (R²) result about 0,655, it means contribute of the independent variables (promotion, service quality, and knowledge) influence dependent variables (willingness of precious metal investation) about 65,5% but 34,5% influence by other variables.

This research was conducted in the research conducted at CV.Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, SM.Amin, Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study was to determine the effect of price, location and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who buy doors and repair doors at CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru 2018 is 1,188 people. With a sample of 92 people with a sampling method based on purposive sampling. From the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 2,620 + 0,371X1+ 0,143X2 + 0,336X3.  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for Price/ X1 (5,077) and product quality/ X3 (3,208) greater than t table of 1,98729, then it has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. Whereas the Location /X2 variable does not significantly influence the consumer purchasing decision variable CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, this is because the value of t_count (1.340) <t_tabel (1.98729) . F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 28.304> F table 2.71 so that simultaneously   the variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. . There are contribution the influence of variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,471 or 47,1% and 52,9 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research. So this research to strengthen previous studies
