Introduction.Considerably increased intensity of educational process in higher education institution frequently becomes the reason of deterioration in students’ health. The traditional system of physical education (PE), designed to maintain good health of students in new conditions, does not cope with an objective defined. Obviously, health preservation of a person is promoted by physical activities, which are adequate to his or her psycho-physiological characteristics and should be worked out individually for each person. The estimations can be carried out in different ways and on the basis of different parameters, among which the authors emphasise heart rate variability and vegetative regulation that act as indicators of adaptation and adaptive activity of an organism. The aimof the present research was to identify individual appropriate physical load for students with various motion behaviour types through the use of informational technologies (IT).Methodology and research methods. The research was based on health-preserving and differentiated approaches to physical education organisation. Health preservation was the leading principle of the approaches taken into account. The empiric research methods included content analysis, comparative analysis, synthesis and generalisation. The survey sampling and processing of experimental data were carried out by means of the hardware and software complex (HSC).Results and scientific novelty. The authors studied and documented the interconnection of students’ heart rate variability, taking into account their age and sex peculiarities, motion behaviour and medical groups. The regulatory systems tension degree differentiation was offered and approved. The criteria to determine a vegetative tonus of students (eutony, vagotony, sympathicotony) were identified on the basis of nonparametric algorithms of automatic classification, recognition of samples and theorem of statistical hypothesis tests. Thus, PE teacher can systematically increase the adaptation potential of students due to inclusion in a training course of corrective and rehabilitation programmes. The efficiency of IT in sport and recreational physical activities was scientifically based. The diagnostics on the basis of HSC, which includes data filtering, determination of parameters of selection of the histogram, graphic display of results of the spectrogram, allows specialists: to estimate the work of cardiovascular system and adaptatively compensation abilities of vegetative regulation mechanisms in a comprehensive, accurate and rapid way; to determine various violations of heart rhythm at donosological level (sick sinus node, atrial fibrillation, etc.); to select options for individual physical and training loads.Practical significance. The authors’ scientific and methodological approach to the organisation of sport activities raises the subject of PE in higher educational institutions to a significantly upgraded level: through computer technologies, it becomes the effective instrument of health-preserving activity, which is the promising direction in PE of student’s youth. The research results can be used in practice of educational institutions of various types.

Introduction. Modern medical support for students does not always include all the necessary components providing high-quality monitoring of the health of students and, above all, the functional systems of the body involved in the educational process. The aim of the study was to determine the functional state of the main body systems of students involved in the educational process in the conditions of modern medical care.Material and methods. Among 300 students of the Orenburg secondary school, the functional state of the vegetative nervous system was studied with variation pulsometry method on the ORTO-expert hardware-software complex; central nervous system - with the variation chronoreflexometry method; respiratory system using spirography.Results. The imbalance in the intrasystemic interactions of the autonomic nervous system was shown to increase by 2.5 times from the initial to the senior level, and the number of students with a satisfactory level of biological adaptation decreased by 2 times. Against the background of an increase in students from primary to senior level by up to 1.4 times the functional indices of the central nervous system, a decrease by to 6 times of indices reflecting the functional state of the respiratory system is determined, which is caused, including, probably, by vegetative disturbances in its regulation.Conclusion. The obtained results need including in the screening research a modern model of medical support for methods for assessing the vegetative status, functional state of the respiratory, and central nervous systems to develop and implement the effective personalized preventive measures in medical institutions.

Educational activity in the form of practical training provides for the demonstration of practical skills, the implementation, modeling by students of certain types of work to solve practical problems related to future professional activities in conditions close to real production.Practical training in preparation for professional activity has become an integral part of the educational process and the use of simulator training makes a significant contribution to this concept, given the fact that, under the conditions of transport security, it is not always possible for students to access real production facilities. Information technologies bring additional opportunities to the educational process in the development of professional competencies. The use of training complexes is becoming widespread in the railway industry in the development of educational programs of secondary vocational education and training of qualified personnel. In accordance with the decisions of the Program of Interaction between JSC "Russian Railways" and University Complexes of Railway Transport until 2025, training of qualified specialists ofJSC "Russian Railways" in the future of the program for the development of structural divisions and the development of the material and technical base of universities, the laboratory on specialty 23.02.01 Organization of transportation and management of transport (by type), which is a hardware and software complex "Train district dispatcher / duty at a railway station". The purpose of implementing a simulator is to improve the ability of students to skillfully apply professional competencies in train work, be able to competently use the knowledge gained in emergency and non-standard situations, make optimal decisions in operational work, and implement a system of measures to prevent defects in the production process.

The paper presents an algorithm for calculating the stability of the equilibrium form of the first kind of compressed discrete systems by the displacements method in combination with the methods of iterations and bisection. The use of the methods makes it possible to effectively determine the minimum critical stress or strain at the first bifurcation and their corresponding form of stability loss, both for statically determined and statically undetermined systems. This approach, using matrix forms, makes it possible to significantly simplify the calculations of the analytical condition for the stability loss of compressed discrete systems (the stability loss equation), which has high orders, as well as to construct the form of stability loss corresponding to a critical load, that is, to solve the problem of loss of equilibrium stability. The calculation actually leads to solving a nonlinear transcendental equation, which is the equation of stability loss. The difficulty lies in the absence of an analytical solution of such an equation due to the presence of complex of Zhukovsky functions, which have transcendental functions in their structure. Such solution can be performed only with the use of numerical methods. This algorithm for calculating the loss of equilibrium of the first kind of compressed discrete systems by displacement in combination with the methods of iteration and bisection is implemented in the software complex "Persist" for PC in Windows OS. The program was approbated and implemented in the educational process at the Department of Structural and Theoretical Mechanics of Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University during the training of specialists in engineering specialties.

Here was investigated the dynamics of indices of the functional state of the cardiovascular system in students during the educational load, followed by cold inhalation of lavender oil. The study was executed twice: before and after aromatherapy. For the evaluation of the functional capabilities of the cardiovascular system the registration and analysis of ECG were performed by means of the method of variation pulsometry with the use of the hardware-software complex, including portable electrocardiograph brand “Bio-Arm 001”, a personal computer with the software for automatic recording and analysis of ECG. In the experimental situation for each subject there were analyzed five-minutes ECG records. There were investigated statistical, histographical, integral and spectral parameters of the cardiac rhythm. Psychosomatic status of students was assessed by individual survey. The analysis of dynamic characteristics of heart rate variability showed that after the half-hour education load (the warming-up period) in the majority of the students there was observed the exertion of regulatory mechanisms of the heart rhythm. The preventive use of lavender ethereal oil contributes to the enhancement of adaptive capabilities of the body of students, optimization of regulatory mechanisms, and increased tolerance of the body to psycho-emotional loads. Against the background of the impact of lavender ethereal oil the adaptation to the training loads is running via the parasympathetic (more economical) type of regulation of the cardiovascular system of the body. Correcting influence of the odor of aromatic oils on the functional condition of the body may be caused to the fact that the perception of odors and treatment of olfactory information involves the most important parts of the brain: frontal cortex, hypothalamus, amygdala, a brain structure, limbic reticular structures et al., referred to morphological and functional substrates of emotional reactions.
