Research about Mimicry Marketing Strategy (MMS) on marketing performance has been done before. However, in the previous study, there was no separation between the service industry and the manufacturing industry. In addition, there was also no experiment in the business environment with intense competition and business environment with non-intense competition. This study aims to analyze the effects of MMS on marketing performance in the service industry and manufacturing industry with intense and non-intense business environment. Respondents in this study were 100 MSMEs in Banyumas Regency, taken using Random Sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis and regression analysis moderating sub-groups with a Chow-test. The results of this study indicate that mimicry towards consumers, mimicry towards competitors, and mimicry toward suppliers have positive effect on marketing performance, while mimicry on intermediaries does not have a positive effect on marketing performance, business environment and types of industry moderate the relationship between MMS and marketing performance.

ABSTRACT.Current firm performance is not only measured by economic term (single bottom line) but alsoby social and environmental (triple bottom line). Purposes of this research are analyzing of TBL disclosureand influences factors, by using sample of companies in Indonesia and Japan. This paper investigates Triple Bottom Line (TBL) disclosure of 50 of the largest Indonesian andJapanese companies by using secondary data. Twenty two disclosure criteria were developed for each of theTBL disclosure areas: economic, social, and enviromental. Disclosure information was examined in annualreports, separate or stand-alone report and company‟s website. Regression analysis has been used to examinethe determinants of TBL disclosure practice empirically. Our result indicated that, for total of TBL disclosure (combining economic, social and environmentalcatagories), the extent of reporting is higher for firm with larger size and higher liquidity, and special forenvironmental disclosure for firm with membership in the manufacturing industry for Indonesian companies.Futher analysis indicated that the results of the total TBL disclosure are primarily driven by non-economicdisclosures. We also found that the extent of overall TBL disclosure is higher for Japanese firms, withenvironmental disclosure being the main key. This result could be attributed to the different national culturesand to the regulation environment between Indonesian and Japan. Keywords: TBL, economic, social, environment, Indonesia, Japan

Productivity growth needs to be optimized not only to produce quality products, increase exports, and reduce dependence on imports but also to support the performance of the manufacturing sector. This study aims to determine the manufacturing industry map in Banten Province, measure manufacturing industry productivity growth, and analyze the effect of Local Content Requirement (LCR) on manufacturing industry productivity growth from 2005 to 2017 by employing the use of K-Means cluster and panel data regression analysis. For this purpose, Total Factor Productivity (TFP) is the indicator used to measure productivity growth. The LCR is known as the percentage of local raw and auxiliary materials used in the production process. According to K-Means cluster analysis results, industrial companies are grouped into three clusters with different characteristics. The result of panel data regression analysis shows that the TFP of all manufacturing industry sub-sectors has increased and was influenced by LCR, total production, domestic investment, import, and provincial minimum wage. As a result, the government should integrate the LCR and other policies, such as the Indonesian National Standard, to increase productivity growth.

The purpose of the work was to assess the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises in modern Russia and to determine the reasons that give rise to the non-sustainability of their functioning. The work used data from Rosstat on the volume and growth rate of production, profitability of assets, the value and structure of costs of manufacturing enterprises. The tendencies of changes in indicators characterizing the activities of enterprises assessed using linear regression analysis. Estimates of the stabil-ity of the functioning of enterprises assessed by determining the coefficients of variation of indicators characterizing the activities of enterprises. The degree of perception by enterprises of the trends of modern technical and economic development will assessed by the trends in the structure of costs for manufacturing products of the manufacturing industry. In the work it established that the efficiency of the enterprises of the manufac-turing industry is falling, the development of enterprises is unstable. Inefficiency and instability in the development of industrial enterprises is due to the strategy of enterpris-es, which not sufficiently focused on innovative development, based on new technolo-gies and human capital of highly qualified personnel.

This study provides a better understanding of the possible influence of firms’ financial performance on the disclosure of sustainability initiatives and assurance of sustainability reports (Perego & Kolk, 2012). The study analyzes the use of Big4 accounting, engineering, and boutique/consultancy firms for assurance of sustainability reports. A total of 2084 sustainability reports from 42 different countries were retrieved from the Global Reporting Initiative and the corresponding financial variables were obtained from the S&P Capital IQ database. Multilevel logistic regression analysis was undertaken to investigate the issue. We hypothesize that companies with higher financial performance will be more likely to choose an assurance provider from the Big4 (Carey, Simnett, & Tanewski, 2000). While we find that higher financial performers are no different from other performers (as proxied by EVA, TEV, or ROS) when it comes to Big4, we do find that engineering firms are approximately seven times more likely to be chosen as an assurance provider, after controlling for other variables (when EVA and TEV (not ROS) is used as a proxy for financial performance). Importantly, the number of employees and being in the manufacturing industry are significantly related to choosing an engineering firm as an assurance provider when EVA or TEV is used as a proxy for financial performance, and significantly related to choosing a boutique/consultancy firm when ROS is used as a proxy for financial performance.

Islam has a zakat solution as poverty alleviation so that an optimal distribution of zakat is needed. Optimizing the potential of zakat also requires knowledge of the regional potential. This study aims to analyze the regional potential factors that affect the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The estimation results with multiple linear regression analysis show that the number of manufacturing industry and trade facilities significantly have positive influence to the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. The number of workshop/ repair facilities and other services insignificantly influent to the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. Thus, regional development priorities are more focused on developing the manufacturing industry and trade sectors. This is because these two sectors have a significant role in poverty alleviation, especially increasing the number of muzaki and reducing the number of mustahik in Tangerang City.
