Currently, the e-learning method, due to the period of confinement that is occurring due to COVID-19, has increased its use and application in the teaching and learning processes. The main objective of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the e-learning method in the teaching of mathematics with adults who are in high school, in contrast to the traditional expository method. The study developed is quantitative, descriptive and correlational. The research design is quasi-experimental, with a control group and an experimental group. The results show that the use of the e-learning method has a positive influence on motivation, autonomy, participation, mathematical concepts, results and grades. It can be concluded that the e-learning method leads to improvement in adult students who are studying the mathematical subject in the educational stage of high school, provided that it is compared with the expository method. Therefore, this method is considered effective for its implementation in adults.

E-learning has been to be a very popular choice in the 21st century education world. E-learning able to meet a variety of learning needs tailored to each level of education. E-learning makes it easy for a teacher to give lessons to students without being bound by space and time anymore. Students can receive subject matter anywhere and anytime while at home, at school, and at work. Students can take advantage of discussion forums to discuss remotely through the use of collaborative learning tools available in e-learning. The goal to be achieved is to know the e-learning model for vocational education, namely vocational high school (SMK). In particular, this paper reviews the technical literature on the concept of e-learning, e-learning models, and the development of e-learning models in the context of TVE. Regarding e-learning studies, journal articles, opinion papers, conceptual papers, etc. are analyzed for content related to the e-learning model on TVE. It was concluded that the use of e-learning in vocational education such as Vocational High Schools was needed to assist teachers in improving the learning process. E-learning needs for vocational high schools as an effective learning media adapted to the vocational characteristics of each school.

We are now living in 21st century, the century of development of technology, datas and digital trends. Several kinds of job have been replaced by their digital versions. Electronic based learning method has been a familiar skill found at majority of school in this century. The motive behind this method is to reduce the illiteracy of technology among students by introducing them how to use some technological devices effectively so they can understand, evaluate and participate on it. In addition for the method of Arabic teaching in Indonesia should be changed into e-learning based as a way to face recent challenges and problems while teaching. One of those problems is the less attention from students to learn Arabic language due to some difficulties of Arabic language teaching books and its material, as well as limited devices they can use. It’s known that this Islamic boarding school is the only school signed up its name on iTunes U platform. This paper is a descriptive qualitative research which took respondents of 10 students of Al-Azhar Cairo Islamic Senior High school Palembang, Indonesia. The data are collected based on interviewing, informing and collecting files. The data collection is completed using Miles and Huberman’s data collection method in descriptive explanation. Finally this research concluded that the iPad based learning method used by this school did impacted well on gaining student’s attention in learning Arabic language including its basic skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing)

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah: (1) mengetahui penggunaan metode e-learning dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran guru mata pelajaran di SMK; (2) mengetahui bagaimanakah menerapkan pembelajaran metode e-learning untuk semua guru mata pelajaran di SMK; dan (3) mengetahui bagaimanakah peran dan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran SMK yang diperlukan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah, dengan subyek penelitian adalah SMK N 1 Lintongnihuta . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) menumbuhkan dan rangsangan bagi guru. Guru akan lebih bergairah belajar internet, email dan blogger karena mereka sadar dan menganggap itu suatu kebutuhan; (2) mampu memberdayakan sekaligus membuat guru aktif. dalam pembuatan setting internet, email dan blogger. Karena internet, email dan blogger; dan (3) guru akan terlatih melakukan praktik-praktik dan berinteraksi menggunakan e-learning bersama teman-temannya tanpa mereka sadari sebelumnya dan juga dalam pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif dan kreatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kata Kunci: inovasi guru,  pembelajaran,  pelatihan pengembangan e-learning  Abstract: The objectives of this school action research are: (1) knowing the use of e-learning method can improve the learning process of subject teachers in SMK; (2) knowing how to apply e-learning method for all subject teachers in Vocational High School; and (3) knowing the roles and competencies of vocational school teachers needed in implementing e-learning method. The research method is school action research, with the research subject is Vocational High School N 1 Lintongnihuta. The results of this study indicate that: (1) grow and stimulate teachers. Teachers will be more passionate about learning the internet, email and blogger because they are aware and consider it a necessity; (2) able to empower and make teachers active. in setting up internet, email and blogger. Because of the internet, email and blogger; and (3) teachers will be trained to do practices and interact using e-learning with their peers without them knowing it beforehand and also in developing innovative and creative learning to improve teacher competence. Keywords: teacher innovation, learning, e-learning development training

Abstract The background of this research is to know how the e-learning system in the teaching and learning system at the public high school level, because the Covid 19 pandemic still allows us to learn online at home, with the e-learning system, the learning system can be very effective. remotely, because this research this time will discuss how a good system is applied to the learning process with an e-learning system. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method by referring to previously published books and journals, with the existence of books and journals that discuss this research before, it is certain that this research will produce the latest research and can become the basis for future research. . There are many remote learning method systems during the Covid 19 pandemic, with this remote learning system, the spread of the Corona virus will be greatly reduced, because students do not meet in person and cannot spread directly through physical contact, with the distance learning method. the teaching and learning system continues even though the Covid 19 pandemic spreads. In this research, we will produce a system proposal that will be the basis for the development of distance teaching and learning methods, using e-learning media at an educational level, namely public high schools with a proposed system, so it can be the best suggestion in the future. thiscovid 19 pandemic. SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah is a high school located in Cipondoh, about 12 km from STTPLN. This high school has  started to implement the distance learning method  via  the Internet, or known as  E-Learning, as a complement to the existing teaching and learning process. One of the obstacles faced by the school in organizing E-Learning is the lack of human resources. The ability of teachers and the number of teachers who use E-Learning are still limited, as well as  the students abilities. Therefore, the PKM Team from STT PLN intends to hold training  for new students so that these students know the benefits of E-Learning and get to know the basics of using Google Classroom, as an application for E-Learning  chosen by the school. The training is divided into several classes, each of which contains approximately 20 students. Each student is given the opportunity to practice directly through a computer or smartphone. The total number of participants who took part in the training was 82 students. And from the questionnaire given, all stated that the training provided was useful ..

  This research is motivated by learning conditions that are still not optimal, both process and learning outcomes. Therefore, we conducted a research to apply lesson study by using the Cooperative Learning method in Indonesian Language, in writing advertisement, slogans, and posters texts in class VIII of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung. This research is expected to improve learning outcomes, activities and creativities. The research method used is an experimental method. The research subjects were students of Pasundan 2 Bandung Junior High School Class VIII C. This research was an implementation of plan, do and see. The validity of the data is done through triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of lesson study using the Cooperative Learning method is carried out in accordance with the stages in the lesson study, namely plan, do and see. Lesson study makes the learning planning process more mature so that in the implementation of learning the model lecturer feels more prepared. Lesson Study can effectively improve the quality of learning, both processes and results. This can be seen from the test results which are tested on the average significant improvement. Likewise in the process, based on the observations made, the activity and creativity of students of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study with cooperative learning effectively increases the activity, creativity, and learning outcomes of students in Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung significantly.
