Pollution of the environment with waste is the basis of the degradation of the natural system. To prevent this, it is necessary to protect natural resources as much as possible and organize the recycling of waste. Azerbaijan has sufficient resources to prepare organic fertilizers based on new technologies. The presented article discusses the damage caused to the environment by pollution of lands of Neftchala region. The need for agro-technical measures to restore such areas that have lost their fertility is emphasized. In landscaping research, it is recommended to grow soybeans on such lands and apply high doses of organic fertilizers to ensure their normal development. World experience indicates that the problems of ensuring sustainable development of agriculture have become an urgent need, therefore, the concepts of traditional technology for cultivating crops should be substantially revised not only from the standpoint of environmental management, but also to improve the economic situation in the industry. Greening of agriculture contributes to natural restoration of soil fertility, maintaining the balance of nature, on which agricultural economy largely depends. A growing quantity of farms in the USA, China, Russia, India, Japan and the EU countries conduct their farming in harmony with nature. The ultimate goals of their activities are ecologically balanced farming, animal husbandry and this agriculture industry technology acts as an alternative to traditional (industrial) farming. Development of organic agriculture involves the search and implementation of new technologies from a science-based position and due to the laws of optimal environmental management. In the article, the authors substantiate the need to enhance introduction of organic farming methods in order to ensure sustainable development and sustainable use of natural resources. Based on the study of foreign agriculture experience, the authors developed a number of key measures for the development of organic agriculture in Russian conditions.

With the advent of the new technologies in the area of the remote sensing, the survey of the natural resources started if to use of sophisticated techniques that aim at a more adequate mapping in terms of representative and necessary information of the phenomena and superficial objects, allowing to study the dynamics, to lead, to handling adequately and to monitor. The use of digital photographic pictures is very promising, beyond the easy acquisition supplies important information on changes in the use of the land. The digital cameras, possess potential and application in the monitoring of the natural features. They also present the advantage in the reduction of costs due not to need the process revelation and magnifying because it excuses to the use of the film and scanering of the photograph and, makes possible that the result is seen in the monitor of the computer, besides presenting resolution better. This work has as objective to present a quarrel on the acquired digital photograph use from digital cameras high resolution in the mapping of the forest features.

This paper presented the modern automated diagnostic systems and pharmacologicalrehabilitation technologies. There is a lack in the raw material base of many medicinal plants dueto the bad environmental situation. Today natural resources were so depleted that Arnica waslisted in the Red Book of Ukraine. Nowadays the training of specialists in the field ofpharmacology requires not only new approaches associated with the development of medicalscience and computer technology. We have national traditions for the use of plant resources,particularly in the Carpathian region. Much of the research in the field of pharmacology requiresnew approaches in the analysis of clinical trails of new medical products. Pharmaceutical practiceis focused on the types of professional activities. The ethical aspects related to medicines areequally significant. In the professional work of pharmacists information technologies are used onsuch stages as the creation of a medicinal product. The research of resources is conducted all overthe world and is used to record all types of natural resources, but this term is most commonly usedto define plant resources. The pharmacist should be able to adjust the recipes prescribed by doctorsand know the rules of drug intake and provision. Regarding plant medicines, the Carpathianregion has a rich heritage of traditional use of medical plants. Nowadays modern conditionsrequire the active use of new technologies in pharmacist’s professional activity. Particularly acuteis the problem of compatibility of medicinal substances and their interaction in the pharmaceuticalphase as well as in the process of distribution and absorption. Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) is a relatively small and poor country which faces numerous issues such as consequences of war, poverty, emigration of qualified people and, especially, useless and barren political conflicts. The country is in a very difficult economic situation. It is enough to say that in 2015, B&H had EUR 3200 per capita GDP, and that Greece, which is in the focus of Europe and world because of its economic crisis, had EUR 16,000 per capita GDP. Bosnia and Herzegovina was ranked low on the current Global Competitiveness Report 2015-2016. It was 111th out of a total of 140 countries. At this moment, Bosnia and Herzegovina is mainly a loser in the process of globalization with an excess labor force that is fighting for survival. Data on the structure of exports confirm that the inclusion of BiH in the international division of labor is based on the extraction of limited natural resources and production based on cheap labor. This paper analyze most important elements for the development of the economy in B&H, a private sector, scientific and technological institutions (universities, faculties, institutes, etc.), educational and government institutions for economic development. The challenge ahead of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the next 5-10 years to build the conditions for transition from the current economic model characterized by the use of natural resources and low-educated labor, to use the new drivers of development and export competitiveness - new technologies and knowledge. The special focus is on the change from the environment where a majority of population lacks skills and knowledge to create competitive products and services for domestic, regional, European and global markets to the environment in which most people possess them. Basically, authors analyze possibilities of transition from the present-day economic model characterized by use of a semiskilled labour force and manufacture of products with low added value to the knowledge-based development model. Bioremediation is applied to eliminate various contaminants, such as organic, inorganic or other pollutants from the environment. Environment worldwide is under great stress due to industrialization and human interfering on the limited natural resources. The release of chemicals pollution needs several techniques to treat some of these chemicals, but due to their cost, new technologies should be developing in order to create cost-effective and eco-friendly bioremediation technologies for environmental conversions. Bioremediation is an increasingly popular using microbial and algae strains for degrading waste contaminants. It is using of microorganisms and its enzymes to protect the environment from severe pollution. Bioremediation may be employed in order to eliminate specific contaminants, such as chlorinated pesticides or other pollutants from the environment. Microorganisms degrade the different pollutants in a natural environment but some modifications can be done to enhance its degradation efficiency at a faster rate in a limited time frame by using the genetically engineered microorganisms and microalgae. In this chapter, the role of the bacteria, fungi and algae in bioremediation of different environmental pollutants was highlighted.

The urgency of the problem being investigated is conditioned by the issues of rational use of natural resources in the conditions of transition of the economy to the trajectory of sustainable development. The analysis of conceptual views on this issue points to many arguments, which indicates a divergence of theoretical positions. The purpose of the article is aimed at the formation of a resource-saving strategy and the concepts of “cleaner production”, which are one of the decisive ways in increasing the efficiency of the use of natural resources. In recent years, this process is significantly intensified, which is associated with the extraction, processing and transportation of oil and gas, which are a dangerous source of possible environmental complications. The manifestation of increased attention to the problem being investigated is based on an understanding of the main role of resource saving in market conditions. The leading approach to the study of this problem was the structural reorganization of existing production facilities and the creation of new ones based on the integrated use of petroleum raw materials, taking into account the introduction of innovative processes. The main components of scientific novelty are directions that have been further developed and containing elements of a real increase in scientific knowledge. The main results of the article are aimed at justifying the development of all components of resource-saving links. The materials of the article can be used to improve the state policy in the field of resource saving, using the principles and tools of the “cleaner production” concept, as well as in teaching courses in economic theory, the theory of resource-saving management.

Due to the changes taking place in the environment of enterprises, many problems arise in their strategic and operational activities. The basis of the emerging problems is primarily the overproduction associated with short product life cycles. It contributes to the excessive use of various types of natural resources, often in a predatory manner. On the one hand, such an approach increases waste, and on the other, contributes to the destructive degradation of the environment. The result is a lack of food and water in some countries, climate change and related extreme weather phenomena, as well as various types of disasters, such as pandemics, fires, floods, droughts, etc. Water, air and land pollution as well as global warming are reflected in deteriorating quality of life. Despite many threats, more and more enterprises perceive the danger and undertake various types of adaptive projects. It should also be emphasized that the environmental awareness of both micro-enterprises and large corporations is growing. The purpose of this chapter is to introduce the reader to the basic problems that companies may encounter in their operations activity. First, changes in the environment are discussed, with particular emphasis on the depletion of natural resources, pollution of a destructive nature, as well as waste and its causes. The next part deals with the topic of globalization, pointing to both positive and negative aspects. Technical progress and related aspects such as new technologies, new processes and materials are discussed in the next part. In this part, particular attention is paid to improving productivity, thanks to the implementation of new technical solutions. Technical progress is directly related to the innovations presented in the next section. This section describes the types of innovation according to various criteria as well as factors that are conducive to increments in the level of innovation in the enterprise. The last part is devoted to the most important factor in operational activity—human esources. Competences, qualifications and the importance of human resources in the production process were discussed.

The development of scientific and technological progress in architecture gave the rise to a new phenomenon – the bionic architecture. Bionic architecture is based on already established methods of design in the framework of the "green standards"; it contributes to the improvement of the ecological balance of the environment and preservation of natural resources. The use of new technologies of construction, fabrication, design, alternative energy sources allowed to create this innovative style, which is essentially a branch of the ecological approach. The article reveals main achievements in the field of application of technical devices to increase the efficiency of resource use in architectural objects and their impact on morphogenesis.

The increasing efficiency of the transport system during the last 100 hundred years has fuelled and sustained the unprecedent economic growth of our society. It has shaped our livestyles and influenced the development of our cities and town. At the same time it has posed several challenges to our world as the provision of transport opportunities has heavily contribuitred to the depletion of natural resources, pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, etc. Road transport in particular has had a major role into this. Several policies have been introduced during the last 50 years in the attempt to limit the impact of the transport system, but they have been effective only to a certain extent. During the last years, however, new technologies and social trends are promising to disrupt the transport system and make it substantially more efficient and more sustanable. The present paper discusses the possibile environmental impacts of some of the new technologies applied to transport, in particular highlighting how its complexity may jeopardize the possible improvements that the new technologies promise without properly governing their use.
