Background:Since the establishment of ORS, we have been organising different activities for rheumatic diseases patients and their supporters within our five branches. After celebrating our 10thanniversary in 2017 we were keen to expand and improve our activities, learning from an organisation with long tradition, in order to strengthen our position and to start reaching another level – growing from a small to a medium-sized organization in the next three years. The main source of our income were the pharmaceutical companies (94%). We wanted to reduce their contribution to our budget by 20% in the next three years. We had established good cooperation with two medical high schools and we would like to consider cooperation with a medical faculty. We were keen to gain insight into the Patient Expert Programme (PEP) project that Swedish Rheumatism Association had developed and hoped to then begin and steadily develop successful cooperation with target institutions in Serbia in the next years. We would like to improve the cooperation with medical faculties and become a part educational program. And the PEP was the best way to achieve this aimObjectives:The aims of this knowledge transfer programme were for us to:1. Fundraising– Learn how to gather more voluntary contributions of money and other resources. Following the knowledge transfer visits we will organise a seminar to disseminate information with the representatives of all our branches. After the seminar our activists will have been trained to collect money for different activities. Those activities will attract more members and provide better life for people with RMDs.2. Patient Expert Program– Implement the Patient Expert Program. The implementation of this program would strengthen the connections with medical institutions, provide first/hand knowledge for future doctors, provide better care for RMDs patients in the future. The PEP will allow the organization to collaborate closer with the universities, the doctors, researchers, health professionals.3. Cooperation among sister organisationsDevelop strong relationships with the sisters EULAR organisations. Methods:From 4thSeptember – 8thSeptember 2018 we visited Swedish Rheumatism Association in Stockholm in order to gain insight into the structure and activities of their association. From 14thOctober-16thOctober 2019 Swedish delegation (president, two trainers and secretary) visited Serbian association for rheumatic diseases. It was organized the two-days PEP training as well as the visits to relevant institutions. From 23th January-26thJanuary 2020 two trainers from Sweden came to Serbia in order to hold the exams. Results:Association of Rheumatic Diseases Patients of the Republic of Serbia now has six Patient Experts for RA. They will be involved in the education of future doctors through the lectures within the subject Intern Medicine.ORS improved cooperation with Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, as well as, with Ministry of Health.Conclusion:- We achieve to have six Patient Experts. Unofficially right now we have confirmation how they will be included in the education of future doctors through the lectures within the subject Intern Medicine in next school year at the Belgrade University- We reduced contribution of the pharmaceutical companies of our income for 10% to our budget.- We increased donations from personal donators In past year.Disclosure of Interests:None declared

Abstract Low labour costs as one of the key sources of export stimulation, the competitive advantage of domestic agricultural production and bilateral agreements with partner countries - all promote export as a potentially significant factor of encouragement of economic development of the Republic of Serbia.Taking into account this fact, on the one hand, and balance of payments problems that Serbia has been facing over the years, on the other hand, the subject of this paper is an analysis of trends in the Republic of Serbia export and explanation of variations in the export trends during the period from 2004 to 2014. The aim of the paper is to explore export trends forecast from January to December 2015.The analysis uses Holt-Winters and ARIMA methods for analyszing time series. The paper provides insight into the export trend forecasts for the period of 12 months, and thus confirms the possibility of practical usage of the time series analysis methods in forecasting macroeconomic variables such as export. The used methods identify increase of export during the summer and its decrease after October 2015. The paper establishes the existence of a high degree of congruence between forecasts obtained by using two methods, which confirm a high quality of the elaborated methods in the analysis of exports.

The origins and nature of the judicial role of the senate in cases which under the republic were the business of the permanentquaestioneshave been the subject of long debate, and a satisfactory explanation has yet to be found for the change that had undoubtedly taken place by the reign of Tiberius. The discovery and publication of the senatorial decree which concluded the investigation into the charge brought in A.D. 20 against Cn. Piso following the murder of Germanicus,2 in addition to the wealth of new material it provides for the political history of the period and the understanding of the methods of the historian Tacitus, allows an insight into the relation of the senate to thequaestio maiestatiswhich may prove useful in unravelling some of the puzzles which have troubled scholars hitherto.

The subject of this paper is pharmaceutical companies and the risk factors that occur in the distribution of drugs. The paper will present guidelines for the risk management of changes in the environment of pharmaceutical distribution channels. To identify, analyse, and prioritise risks, we used a systematic literature review and the Delphi method. Identification and assessment of important risk factors in drug distribution channels were conducted based on opinions of experts from 10 international pharmaceutical companies operating in Southeast Europe. The purpose of the research was to get opinions from experts about the impacts of the risk factors on the distribution of drugs, which was accomplished through interviews and questionnaires that were conducted. Our study demonstrated a total of 78 risk factors in the distribution channels of drugs and pharmaceutical services. The results of the research combined separate evaluations for risk factors in all categories for easier data analysis. After data were obtained, results were arranged to show which risk factors had the biggest influence upon the distribution of drugs and to determine the negative effects they can produce. The research of risks was done primarily to help the representatives of distribution channels gain better insight into drug distribution.

The article is devoted to the assessment of potential investment risks of the pharmaceutical company “R-Pharm” JSC with the aim of identifying the highest priority risks and developing methods for minimizing them. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the pharmaceutical business is characterized by a high degree of social orientation and annually invests $ 140 billion in the development of production and research, which determines the need for a risk-based approach to ensure the return on investment. The subject of this article is the investment risks of pharmaceutical companies, and the subject of research is the domestic pharmaceutical company “R-Pharm”. In order to assess the potential investment risks of “R-Pharm” JSC, the authors used elements of simulation modeling and system analysis. The proposed methods to minimize key investment risks are aimed at improving the efficiency of investment activities and is recommended as an element of the strategic planning of the company.

This paper is the attempt to show how system theory could provide critical insight into the transdisciplinary field of library and information sciences (LIS). It begins with a discussion on the categorization of library and information sciences as an academic and professional field (or rather, the lack of evidence on the subject) and what is exactly meant by system theory, drawing upon the general system theory established by Ludwig von Bertalanffy. The main conversation of this paper focuses on the inadequacies of current meta-level discussions of LIS and the benefits of general system theory (particularly when considering the exponential rapidity in which information travels) with LIS.

Crimes against marriage and family are a particular group of social relationships that the law has defended properly in view of the high public significance and value they enjoy. At the moment they are regulated in Chapter VI, Section I, of the specific part of the Penal Code the Republic of Bulgaria. The subject matter of this Statement will, however, be the legislative provisions concerning these criminalized acts in retrospect. The purpose of the study is to show by historical method and through the comparatively legal method the development of these criminal groups during the periods of various criminal laws in Bulgaria. This will also provide a basis for reflection on possible de lege ferenda proposals. This report from a structural point of view will be divided into three distinct points, marking each of the penal laws in the Republic of Bulgaria, which were in force before 1968.

BACKGROUND Researchers often spend a great deal of time and effort retrieving related journals for their studies and submissions. Authors often designate one article and then retrieve other articles that are related to the given one using PubMed’s service for finding cited-by or similar articles. However, to date, none present the association between cited-by and similar journals related to a given journal. Authors need one effective and efficient way to find related journals on the topic of mobile health research. OBJECTIVE This study aims (1) to show the related journals for a given journal by both cited-by and similarity criteria; (2) to present the association between cited-by and similarity journals related to a given journal; (3) to inspect the patterns of network density indices among clusters classified by social network analysis (SNA); (4) to investigate the feature of Kendall's coefficient(W) of concordance. METHODS We obtained 676 abstracts since 2013 from Medline based on the keywords of ("JMIR mHealth and uHealth"[Journal]) on June 30, 2018, and plotted the clusters of related journals on Google Maps by using MS Excel modules. The features of network density indices were examined. The Kendall coefficient (W) was used to assess the concordance of clusters across indices. RESULTS This study found that (1) the journals related to JMIR mHealth and uHealth are easily presented on dashboards; (2) a mild association(=0.14) exists between cited-by and similar journals related to JMIR mHealth and uHealth; (3) the median Impact Factor were 3.37 and 2.183 based on the representatives of top ten clusters grouped by the cited-by and similar journals, respectively; (4) all Kendall’s coefficients(i.e., 0.82, 0.89, 0.92, and 0.75) for the four sets of density centrality have a statistically significant concordance (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS SNA provides deep insight into the relationships of related journals to a given journal. The results of this research can provide readers with a knowledge and concept diagram to use with future submissions to a given journal in the subject category of Mobile Health Research.
