Several factors have been identified in the literature as affecting SME performance, in particular ability to access finance. Access to finance is in turn influenced by variables in both the enterprise's internal and external environment. It is held that SMEs are unable to access external finance because they are not investment ready. They lack the necessary information and knowledge of their businesses to approach finance providers or to be successful in accessing funds if they do. Face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaire were conducted to collect primary data from 407 SMEs operating in the trading sector in 3 provinces- Bangkok, Chiang-Mai and Khon-Kan. Results of the structural equation modelling (SEM) reveal that quality of financial information has significant positive effect on performance and on owner-managers' perception of their ability to access external capital. A significant positive effect of their perception of ability to access capital on performance was also found.

This study aims to test and analyze the quality of the system against perceived usefulness, the quality of information against perceived usefulness, the quality of the system to user satisfaction, Information Quality to user satisfaction and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction. The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on student satisfaction in using the Integrated Academic Information System (SITA) at Batanghari University (Unbari) Jambi. This research was conducted in the Unbari Jambi environment, with the population in this study were students in the Unbari Jambi environment. The sample in the study was 98 students with proportionate random sampling technique. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data, namely data obtained from the opinions of respondents through a research questionnaire, and secondary data, namely data obtained from Unbari Jambi. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of the study found that: 1) system quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 2) the quality of information has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 3) service quality has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; and 4) system quality, information quality, and service quality together have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Unbari Jambi students with a contribution of influence of 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

Objective - This paper examines the influence of Good University Governance ('GUG') on Human Capital ('HC') and Quality, as well as the influence of CUG on HC through the use of Quality . Methodology/Technique - This research uses an explanatory survey design. The data was collected by visiting state and private universities in Indonesia that offer an S1 Accounting Study Program. Twenty cities were covered and responses to 70 questionnaires were processed. The influence of GUG on HC was analysed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). Findings - The study found that GUG has a significant positive effect on Quality and GUG has a significant positive effect on HC. However, the influence of Quality on HC and the indirect influence of GUG on HC through Quality were negatively significant. Overall, the total influence of GUG on HC was positively significant. Novelty - This study suggests that GUG improves HC and the Quality of services in Indonesian universities. However, improved quality of HC seems to lead to a deterioration in the quality of university services. Further, quality of services fails to mediate the influence of GUG on HC. The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is analyze the factors influence the quality of financial statement .This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to accounting of SKPD Semarang. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. This study aims to analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Price (X4) on Satisfaction (Y1), analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Satisfaction (Y1) on Trust (Y2) and analyze the influence of Satisfaction (Y1) and Trust (Y2) on Customer Loyalty (Y3).This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 150 respondents who are Instagram followers with kasasiur_banjar accounts. In this study using the Non Probability Sampling technique by purposive sampling. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of the studied variables Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools are used.The results of the study concluded that User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Information quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of information t has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on trust. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

This chapter explores the influence of empowering leadership on organizational commitment of Indian millennials. Also, the mediating effect of trust in the leader is examined. Primary data were collected from the sample of 440 IT employees working in Delhi/NCR. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed relationships based on model fit and standard path coefficients. Findings indicate that empowering leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and trust in the leader, which also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and trust in the leader has shown to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational commitment of millennials. The chapter contributes to the limited empirical literature on the linkage between empowering leadership and organizational commitment in a generational context, specifically millennials in Indian context. The chapter provides a leadership-based approach to bolster organizational commitment of millennials.

Every organization is required to be in a conducive condition in order to produce optimal performance to serve the community. The successfulness of an organization in many activities was based on technological advantages, fund avalaibility, facilities and human capital. It demanded that every organization of the company must improve its competence in terms of human resources. This research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach that aimed to:1) analyze the effect of motivation on organizational commitment;2) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance;3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employees’performance;4) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Regional Service Office of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province with the total sample of 45 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census). Primary data collected using the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicated that:1) motivation had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment;2) motivation did not have a significant effect on employees’ performance;3) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance;4) motivation had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance through organizational commitment of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province employees.

Abstract. Internal Auditor is a profession of community trust. The great trust of the Community requires internal auditors to pay attention to the quality of audit. Internal auditors are expected to have a large enough role to assist in achieving organizational objectives. This research aims to analyse and empirically prove the influence of motivation, management support, and integrity of the internal audit quality of inspectorate apparatus in the regional financial supervision. This is a quantitative research. It employed primary data collected by questionnaires. Respondents in the study were internal supervisory officers working on the Inspectorate of Manado City. 45 respondents were selected as respondents, which were directly involved in the examination activities. Data was analyzed by multiple linear regression and run by SPSS program version 22. The results showed that: 1). Motivation has a significant positive effect on the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City. 2). Management support significantly and positively influence the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City. 3). Integrity has a significant positive effect on the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City.Key Words: Motivation, Management Support, Integrity, Audit Quality.Abstrak. Auditor internal merupakan suatu profesi kepercayaan masyarakat. Kepercayaan yang besar dari masyarakat mengharuskan auditor internal memperhatikan kualitas audit yang dihasilkan. Auditor internal diharapkan mempunyai peran yang cukup besar untuk membantu dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh motivasi, dukungan manajemen, dan integritas terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah aparat pengawas internal yang bekerja pada Inspektorat Kota Manado. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 45 responden, yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pemeriksaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado. 2). Dukungan manajemen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado. 3). Integritas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Dukungan Manajemen, Integritas, Kualitas Audit.
