With the rapid development of the economy and society, geological disasters such as landslides, collapses, and mudslides have shown an intensifying trend, seriously endangering the safety of people’s lives and property, and affecting the sustainable development of the economy and society. Aiming at the problems of merging different data layers and determining the weighting of data stacking in the statistical analysis model based on GIS technology in the evaluation of the risk of geological disasters, this study proposes a logistic regression model combined with the RBFNN-GA algorithm, that is, the determination of the occurrence of geological disasters. The fusion coefficient (CF value) with the RBFNN-GA algorithm model, and with the help of SPSS statistical analysis software, solves the problem of factor selection, heterogeneous data merging, and weighting of each data layer in the risk assessment. In the experimental stage, this study adopts the method of geological hazard certainty coefficients to carry out the sensitivity analysis of the geological hazards in the study area. Using homogeneous grid division, the spatial quantitative evaluation of the risk of geological disasters is realized, and at the same time, the results of the spatial quantitative evaluation of the risk of geological disasters are tested according to the latest landslide points in the region. The existing classification mainly depends on the acquisition of land use/cover information or the processing method of the acquired information, but the existing information acquisition will be limited by time, space, and spectral resolution. The results show that the number of landslide points per unit area in the extremely unstable zone and the unstable zone is 0.0395 points/km2 and 0.0251 points/km2, respectively, which is much higher than 0.0038 points/km2 in the stable zone, indicating the evaluation results and actual landslide conditions.

Along with the rapid development of the geographic information system, high-dimensional spatial heterogeneous data has emerged bringing theoretical and computational challenges to statistical modeling and analysis. As a result, effective dimensionality reduction and spatial effect recognition has become very important. This paper focuses on variable selection in the spatial autoregressive model with autoregressive disturbances (SARAR) which contains a more comprehensive spatial effect. The variable selection procedure is presented by using the so-called penalized quasi-likelihood approach. Under suitable regular conditions, we obtain the rate of convergence and the asymptotic normality of the estimators. The theoretical results ensure that the proposed method can effectively identify spatial effects of dependent variables, find spatial heterogeneity in error terms, reduce the dimension, and estimate unknown parameters simultaneously. Based on step-by-step transformation, a feasible iterative algorithm is developed to realize spatial effect identification, variable selection, and parameter estimation. In the setting of finite samples, Monte Carlo studies and real data analysis demonstrate that the proposed penalized method performs well and is consistent with the theoretical results.

Chinese cities are becoming larger and urbanization is accelerating with the rapid development of China's economic construction and formulation of planning objectives. Traditional manual management and information processing methods cannot satisfy the requirements of modern urban planning management. Thus, this study analyzes the application of geographic information system (GIS) in urban planning, starting with the characteristics of GIS technology. Structured analysis and design are conducted for urban planning and the location system. The software engineering approach is adopted throughout the entire process, from the survey to the overall design of the system and database. The evaluation factors of the pension facilities in Baohe, Hefei are extracted through the factor evaluation method, and the weight value is determined. The GIS analysis method is then used, and site suitability evaluation is performed on the Baohe district land layout. Results show that the application of urban planning and a location system based on GIS technology can provide the basis for urban planning.

Unbalanced regional development is an inevitable trend in the development of all countries in the world. The rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology has created tools for the study of regional development issues. IoT has many advantages and thus owns a very wide range of applications. This paper makes use of geographic information system (GIS) technology, which can be viewed as one of the IoT sensing information. Changes in spatial regional economic differences and space and the evolution of the structure are particularly examined by processing spatial information such as maps, analyzing phenomena and events that exist on the earth, and exploiting Kriging and inverse distance weighting (IDW). The numerical results in this paper justify that the introduction of GIS technology to the study of economic diversity can upgrade regional economic research from a traditional qualitative and statistical level to a quantitative and spatial visualization level.

Rapid development of remote sensing technology has become an important means of geological hazards monitoring. Domestic high- resolution satellite data such as TH-1, ZY-3, GF1/2 and BJ-2, because of its high quality and low price, are more and more widely used in the field of geology. However, there are still some problems in data processing and the research on domestic satellite data in coal mining geological hazards monitoring is not much. So it needs further research and application. This paper aims to establish a set of technology scheme for dynamic monitoring and analysis of geological hazards in coal mining collapse area based on domestic high-resolution satellite. We selected the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Midong District of Urumqi where geological disasters are more serious as the study area, compared and analyzed the domestic high-resolution satellite images based on the TH-1 (2014), GF-1 (2015), BJ-2 (2016). This paper identified dynamic change of geologic hazard, set up the symbol of interpretation, evaluated and explored the practicability of land disaster investigation and dynamic monitoring with domestic high-resolution satellite. Based on the dynamic monitoring with domestic high-resolution satellite data from 2014 to 2016, we found that the geological disasters such as ground collapse and ground cracks are increasing. We suggest that it should be planned first, and exploitation should be scientific. It is necessary to strengthen the restoration of governance.

Qualitative neuropathologic evaluations are appropriate for initial screening of compounds for neurotoxicity. In the future, advances in tissue preparation and computer technology will make quantitative evaluation of some nervous tissue structures more routine. These evaluations will be used as part of tier II studies to determine dose-responses or no-effect levels. Quantitative methods can enable small but significant differences to be detected, and the data can be subjected to statistical analysis.
