Objective. To determine the key objectives of WFAS “Technical Specifications of Acupuncture and Moxibustion: General Rules for the Drafting” (hereinafter referred to as General Rules). Methods. From the medical institutions, colleges, and scientific research organizations at major levels in China and overseas, leading researchers and experts in the field of acupuncture-moxibustion standardization, as well as some experienced foreign specialists in acupuncture-moxibustion, were selected as the respondents. The questionnaire was prepared by using the website of Questionnaire Star, and 60 links of the questionnaire were sent out through e-mail. Excel was used to set up the database and conduct statistical analysis. Results. Fifty-one valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery rate of 85%, involving 9 countries (China, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, United States, and Canada) from 3 continents. Most experts agreed with us on the target people, structural elements, and text structure proposed in General Rules and held that the General Rules should emphasize the safety and international applicability and should stipulate in details the common problems (contraindications, indications, taboo crowd, target people, therapeutic effects) of various techniques and the specific contents of technical operation (manipulating techniques, selection of patient’s body position and treated areas, disinfection and environmental requirements, selection of acupuncture-moxibustion instruments, cautions, needle retention time, treatment frequency, precise location of the acupoints, treatment course) in order to enhance the practicality and operability. Conclusion. The key objectives of General Rules mainly include target people, structural elements, text structure, safety requirements, common technical problems of acupuncture-moxibustion, and specific details of technical manipulations.

ABSTRACT Religious traditions in Indonesia are known to be very moderate and tolerant abroad is a reflection of the character of a great noble nation. Between religion, tradition and culture are able to perform compounds so as to create a genuine religious harmony. Because of this reality Indonesia is regarded as the largest Muslim majority country in the world that almost without conflict, in the midst of reality Muslim countries in the Middle East that impressed the dispute into the daily menu. However, the reality of Indonesia as a moderate nation is injured by the act of a group that is fond of terrorism and radicalism by riding Islamic religious teachings. Thus, this reversed religion is assumed as a source of cruelty.   It is through that phenomenon researcher, feel the need to examine the strategy of disseminating moderate Islam by Nahdlatul Ulama. The selection of this Islamic organization according to the authors due to its success in moderating Islam in Indonesia. In this study, the study using a qualitative approach or method as well as adopting the theory of Van Dijk discourse analysis as a scalpel to peel the discourse of moderate Islam published by PWNU East Java through the website. As for this research, the findings are important, among others are: 1) moderate Islamic discourse campaigned by Nahdlatul Ulama East Java is categorized into three segments, namely social, religious and nationality. 2) the text structure that builds moderate Islamic discourse NU East Java in Van Dijk perspective constructed in three domains, namely text, social cognition and social context. 3) the principles of Public Relationship implemented by NU through cyber (online media), among others; News publications and expert opinions, production of image and video-based information, and updating official NU information to the public about their attitudes and views on the phenomena that occur by promoting the values of Islamic moderatism. Background:Depression as a common psychiatric disorder can occur in two types: Endogenous or genetic and exogenous or Reactional. These two types of depression, from the point of view of response speed to treatment and type of appropriate drug for treatment are different. This study has been executed to compare therapeutic effects of different classes of anti-depressant drugs in treatment of genetic and Reactional depression.Materials and methods:Present survey is a clinical-trial study, a completely randomly block type, that has performed on 30 patients (male and female). Selection of study sample accomplished randomly among unipolar depressed patients that has referred to Ardabil’s psychiatry clinic diagnosed based on DSM-IV criteria. Researcher - Made questionnaire, Beck, and Catelle depression test were used to collect data. To analyze data, for completely randomly blocked designs, two-factor variance analysis method and F test were used.Results:This study showed that Genetical depression does not response treatment Rapidly and its response type is not good and persistent. From the point of view of time, Reactional depression has a delaying response but its response type is good and persistent. In addition, no difference was observed in efficacy of different classes of drugs for treatment of these two types of depression. The results of this research showed that there is no difference between treatment response of two types of depression (Genetical and Reactional).Conclusions:There is no preference in efficacy of different classes of drugs in treatment of these two types of depression.

The analysis has been carried out and the laws of occurrence of emergency threats at pipeline transport facilities associated with the sequential damage of structural elements have been established. When an emergency situation develops, blocking of a separate system node is associated with simultaneous transition to a state of inoperability of all pipelines converging into the zone of that node. Such damage to the point element of the network structure prevents product flows from passing through that point. The ability of a system to withstand a progressive blocking depends on its composition, structure, and is characterized by an indicator of persistence, the value of which is calculated using a simulation method. An example of the use of cluster schemes in solving the problem of structural synthesis and the selection of the best protection option for a pipeline transport system has been considered.

Autophagy plays a critical role in stem cell maintenance and is related to cell growth and cellular senescence. It is important to find a quality-control marker for predicting senescent cells. This study verified that CD47 could be a candidate to select efficient mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to enhance the therapeutic effects of stem cell therapy by analyzing the antibody surface array. CD47 expression was significantly decreased during the expansion of MSCs in vitro ( p < 0.01 ), with decreased CD47 expression correlated with accelerated senescence phenotype, which affected cell growth. UCB-MSCs transfected with CD47 siRNA significantly triggered the downregulation of pRB and upregulation of pp38, which are senescence-related markers. Additionally, autophagy-related markers, ATG5, ATG12, Beclin1, and LC3B, revealed significant downregulation with CD47 siRNA transfection. Furthermore, autophagy flux following treatment with an autophagy inducer, rapamycin, has shown that CD47 is a key player in autophagy and senescence to maintain and regulate the growth of MSCs, suggesting that CD47 may be a critical key marker for the selection of effective stem cells in cell therapy.

Infection with HPV (human papillomavirus) 16 is the cause of 50% or more of cervical cancers in women. HPV16 infection, however, is very common in young sexually active women, but the majority mount an effective immune response and clear infection. Approx. 10% of individuals develop a persistent infection, and it is this cohort who are at risk of cancer progression, with the development of high-grade precursor lesions and eventually invasive carcinoma. Effective evasion of innate immune recognition seems to be the hallmark of HPV infections, since the infectious cycle is one in which viral replication and release is not associated with inflammation. Furthermore, HPV infections disrupt cytokine expression and signalling with the E6 and E7 oncoproteins particularly targeting the type I IFN (interferon) pathway. High doses of IFN can overcome the HPV-mediated abrogation of signalling, and this may be the basis for the therapeutic effects on HPV infections of immune-response modulators such as the imidazoquinolones that induce high levels of type I IFNs by activation of TLR (Toll-like receptor) 7. Using the unique W12 model of cervical carcinogenesis, some of these IFN-related interactions and their relevance in the selection of cells with integrated viral DNA in cancer progression have been investigated. Our data show that episome loss associated with induction of antiviral response genes is a key event in the spontaneous selection of cervical keratinocytes containing integrated HPV16. Exogenous IFN-β treatment of W12 keratinocytes in which the majority of the population contain episomes results only in the rapid emergence of IFN-resistant cells, loss of episome-containing cells and a selection of cells containing integrated HPV16 in which the expression of the transcriptional repressor E2 is down-regulated, but in which E6 and E7 are up-regulated.

Buddhist architecture which was introduced to China from India had become an important component of traditional Chinese architecture, and the characteristics of different regions had formed after the long-term development. This article starts from Shanxi’s location environment, analyzes the considerations of geographical environment of Shanxi temple construction’s site selection and the historical regularity of their distributioncombining with the site selection factors of traditional Chinese architecture. Thus, the general rules of site selection of Shanxi temples and its particularity of distribution are revealed preliminarily from the viewpoint of space and time.

Redesign or inverse design is the process of generating a new optimal design which satisfies performance specifications starting from a baseline design with undesirable performance. The LargE Admissible Perturbation (LEAP) methodology makes it possible to redesign a structure for large changes in performance objectives and redesign variables without trial and error or repetitive finite element analyses. The next level of challenge in redesign automation is to identify a priori the structural elements and their properties that have the biggest impact and use only those in redesign. Based on LEAP, guidelines are developed in this paper for identifying effective selection of redesign variables for improved accuracy and reduced CPU time. These guidelines enable the designer to define the elements to be redesigned, to partition those elements among redesign groups, and to specify redesign variables in each group. In the numerical applications, an offshore tower is used to verify the developed guidelines. Three models of this tower with 160, 320, and 480 elements are used.

Developed in Poland systems of prefabricated residential buildings provide an opportunity for an effective solution to the basic problem of the period of industrial development which was the lack of an adequate number of apartments. Unfortunately, the degree of realization of objectives due to numerous errors caused problems in the usage of made objects. The paper provides an overview of the basic causes of failures and defects in the prefabricated residential buildings, starting from the design stage, the conditions of transport, assembly of components and ending with negligence resulting from their improper use. The effects of neglect are shown in the examples of buildings from Lublin and the surrounding area as one of the most common technical problems. An analysis of the causes of the faults and their effects in the form of failure and damage of structural elements was shown.
