The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator that can describe the welfare of the community in a country. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2012 as many 99% of maternal death’s were caused by labor problems. The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in developing countries is the highest compared to MMR in the depeloved countrieswith a total 450 deaths/ 100.000 live births. This is very important, considering the high MMR associated with pregnancy, childbirt, nipas, beside being coused due to complication also coused by several complicating factor of labor that effect the length of labor, including age, parity, distance of pregnancy, activity during pregnancy, antenatal care visit. This type of research is quantitative analytical methods. The study was conducted at the Sindang Barang health center Bogor City in 2018, totaling with 45 respondents. Using the total sampling technique. The instrument used were physical activity questionnaires and partograph sheets while data analysis techniques used univariate and bivariate analysis. In the statistical test of study of the relationship between maternal physical activity and the length of labor in Sindang Barang Health Center Bogor city 2018, it can be concluded that there are 20 (44,44%) mothers with long-term labor activity > 24 hours, there are 1 (22,2%) mothers with heavy activity that experience normal labor < 24 hours, there 9 (24,4%) mothers with strenuous activity who experience prolong labor > 18 hours, there are 2 (4,45%) mothers with heavy activity who experience < 18 hours. There are 1 (2,22%) mothers with mild activity who experience prolonged labor > 24 hours, there are 3 (6,67%) mothers with mild activity who experience normal labor < 24 hours, there are 2 (4,45%) mothers with mild activity who experience prolonged labor > 18 hours, there are 7 (15,55%) mothers with mild activity who experience normal delivery < 18 hours. Based on the results of the value of P value 0.000 is obtained so that the alternative hypothesis is accept and the null hypothesis is riject. So that there is Relationship between Mother’s physical Activity and the Length of Labor in the Sindang Barang Health Center in Area Bogor City 2018.

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is around 90% at the time of delivery. in Indonesia until 2018 the Maternal Mortality Rate is still high at 305 per 1000 live births[1]. This is caused by postpartum bleeding due to several factors such as uterine atony and perineal rupture. The research objective was to determine the relationship between birth weight of infants and perineal rupture in Primipara at Japara Public Health Center, Kuningan Regency in 2019. The research method was analytic with a cross sectional approach, sampling with a total sampling technique with a total of 52 mothers giving birth. The instrument used was a checklist sheet and the analysis used Spearman Rank. Based on the results of the univariate analysis study, most mothers gave birth to babies with normal birth weight, namely around 59.6%, while most of the mothers experienced perineal rupture, namely around 51.9%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a value (p = 0.09), this indicated that there was a significant relationship between birth weight of infants and perineal rupture in mothers who gave birth. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between birth weight of infants and perineal rupture in mothers who gave birth. It is hoped that midwives will always carry out labor management in accordance with the standards of normal delivery care when giving birth and teach pregnant women how to massage the perineum.

Maternal and child health was a priority of health program in Indonesia. Maternal Mortality Rate in Semarang was ranked second highest in Central Java. The highest proportion of maternal deaths occurred during puerperium. That’s indicates, there was a problem in a process of maternal health services during puerperium period in health facilities. This study was conducted to examine constraints on health systems that limit range of interventions or health services that were important for postpartum, bottlenecks related to postpartum services in Public Health Center (PHC), especially infrastructure, human resources, access to PHC, post partum visits (KF1 and KF3), as well as quality of post partum services on risk reduction of maternal mortality. This case study used a qualitative approach. Data collection through interviews to five midwives as main informants, 5 midwives coordinator and 5 heads of PHC as informant triangulation. Data analsyis used content analysis method, then assigned priority bottleneck through MCUA (Multiple Criteria Utility Assessment) techniques. WHO's scale-up BNA plan to analyze bottleneck causes. Results showed, there was a bottleneck on childbirth services in PHC. The causes of bottleneck risk reduction efforts of maternal mortality incidence in puerperium period has never been analyzed workload of health personnel in PHC, lack of monitoring and evaluation of an availability infrastructure facilities in PHC, there has not been regular training, especially on delivery until puerperium services, and PHC has not received more detailed and operational information about puerperium so their maternal knowledge about puerperium has not increased much and couldn’t raise mother's awareness to do so. Semarang Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang) needs to conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation implementation of postpartum services and improve quality of childbirth services in PHC.Keywords: Bottleneck analysis, health services, post partum, Primary Health Care, Puskesmas, Maternal Mortality Rate

MTBS is one of the government’s efforts to reduce infant mortality rate. Most of sick toddler cases found in Situbondo regency are dealing with dengue fever and pneumonia, especially in Banyuputih Public Health Center area. One of the approaches to reduce the infant mortality rate is to consistently fill the MTBS format. However, due to limited manpower and the workload, medical personnel especially midwife could not optimally fill out the MTBS, so that toddler diseases could not be detected early. It is because the filling format and the reporting system of MTBS are not user friendly. The objective of this research is to develop MTBS implementation by using Information Technology System, in order to increase the quality of midwife service in giving midwifery care and reduce the infant mortality rate in Banyuputih Public Health Center area. This research generated a product in the form of information system called e-MTBS

ABSTRACTAnxiety and fear experienced by the mother, especially primipara, can prolong the duration of labor and increase the incidence of labor by action, namely labor with cesarean section. Mental health including pregnancy anxiety has been proven to be reduced or eliminated through physical exercise. One of the recommended physical exercises is yoga because it is easy to do and is very beneficial for physical fitness and psychology. Yoga in pregnancy is more effective in reducing anxiety and depression. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about prenatal yoga. Quantitative research design. The subjects in this study were pregnant women trimester I, II and III in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. Research subjects were given questionnaires to measure the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding Prenatal Gentle Yoga. The study was conducted in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. The data collected was analyzed univariately. The results of the study revealed that 32 mothers who took classes in pregnant women in the working area of Putri Ayu Health Center had less knowledge about prenatal gentle yoga, namely 18 mothers (56.2%) and had a positive attitude of 25 mothers (78%). It is recommended for health workers to provide information about some of the development activities that pregnant women can do to provide comfort during pregnancy, for example with prenatal gentle yoga.
