<p><strong><em></em></strong><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><br />Bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif sebagai bagian integral pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan potensi siswa guna menghadapi kehidupan MEA yang kompleks. Guru BK hendaknya memahami konsep teoritis dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif di sekolah. Ironisnya, beberapa guru BK belum paham tentang hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman guru BK SMP tentang program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek guru BK SMP se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul, DIY sejumlah 44 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pemahaman jenis <em>multiple choice, </em>dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang program bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 50 poin dan tertinggi sebesar 100 poin. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa belum semua guru BK SMP di Kabupaten Gunungkidul memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif.</p><p><strong>K</strong><strong>ata kunci</strong>: bimbingan dan konseling, komprehensif, pemahaman</p><p><strong> </strong><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><br />Comprehensive guidance and counseling as an integral part of education has an important role to develop of student potential in order to face the complex life of AEC. Guidance and counseling teachers should understand the theoretical and practical concepts of guidance and counseling comprehensive in schools. Ironically, some of the guidance and counseling teachers do not understand about it. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of the guidance and counseling teacher’s understanding about comprehensive guidance and counseling program. The method used is quantitative descriptive which the subjects are guidance and counseling teacher in Junior High School in Gunungkidul District, DIY. The number of subject in this resserch are of 44 people. This research is <em>multiple choice tests</em> type<em>,</em> with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the average of guidance and counseling teachers understanding about guidance and counseling program was 50 points and the highest was 100 points. This shows that not all guidance and counseling teachers in Junior High School in Gunungkidul have a good understanding of the comprehensive guidance and counseling program.</p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: guidance and counseling, comprehensive, understanding</em>

Problem is a state that is not in line with expectations and must be solved immediately. The junior high school student is in the early adolescent phase, which finds many major changes in him that can cause problems. Guidance and conseling services should be provided in accordance with the problems experienced by students and their needs. However, guidance and conseling teachers have difficulty identifying the problems that affect the giving of guidance and counseling services. This study observes the problems experienced by students in junior high school with the number of respondents as many as 193 students. They are first year students of junior high school in Yogyakarta. We analyzed student problems using survey methods with problem-based guidance and counseling instrument, namely Alat Ungkap Masalah (AUM) Umum. The results showed that the 3 highest problem experienced by junior high school students in Yogyakarta covered 45% of he Social Relationship, 44% Personality, and Physical Health got 40%.

This article aims to describe the students' learning creativity profile reviewed from school's accreditation status. The method in this study was a survey method by distributing a questionnaire of students’ learning creativity through google form. Participants in the study were grade VIII students in public schools with National Standard School accredited status, schools with A accredited State Junior High School (JHS), and B accredited State Junior High School (JHS). Based on the results of data processing, there was a significant average difference in learning creativity on indicators the ability to deal with learning problems between public schools with National Standard School accredited status and schools with A accredited State JHS. The average ability to deal with learning problems is also significantly different between schools with A accredited State JHS, and B accredited State JHS. A significant difference in average is also shown in the indicators of interest in learning creations and indicators of the ability to develop in learning between public schools with National Standard School accredited status and schools with A accredited State JHS. The results of this study can be used as empirical data for research on guidance and counseling programs to develop students' creativity in schools.Keywords: Profile, learning creativity,  student

The counselor job and responbility is to give guidance and counseling service, performing the job needs motivation in order to reach the educational purpose. The headmaster is responsible to provide the facilities  for the counselor in doing them job. The purpose of the study is to find out the relationships between the headmaster’s working motivation and social support with counselor performance. This research used quantitative in nature, using correlation method. Objective of the Research be done counselor in Junior high school Kerinci. The results of the study revealed that, there is a significant relationship between the headmaster’s working motivation and social support with the counselor performance.

ABSTRAKLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya permasalahan yang sangat kompleks pada remaja, bahwa sebanyak 28% remaja perempuan dan 24% remaja laki-laki meminum minuman beralkohol sebelum usia 15 tahun. Sekitar 2,8% remaja 15-19 tahun terlibat penyalahgunaan NAPZA. 0,7% perempuan dan 4,5% laki-laki umur 15-19 tahun melakukan seks pranikah. Sekitar 32,1% remaja perempuan dan 36,5% remaja laki-laki mulai pacaran saat mereka belum berusia 15 tahun, Dari data di Puskesmas Boyolali II, bahwa anak-anak yang duduk dibangku SMP masih sangat mudah untuk dipengaruhi terutama dari lingkungan(Puskesmas Boyolali II, 2019), SMP N 3 Boyolali merupakan wilayah kerja Puskesmas II Boyolali merupakan sasaran untuk program PIK R. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan program konseling PIK-R dengan perilaku menyimpang anak SMPN 3. Design penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Populasi berjumlah 224 responden.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Univariatdan Bivariat. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Chi-Square dengan program komputer diperoleh hasil p-value 0.008 (<0.05). Didapatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara program konseling PIK-R dengan perilaku menyimpang anak SMPN 3. Kesimpulan bahwa program konseling PIK-R dilaksanakan terencana, terstruktur dengan materi yang mudah dipahami, responden yang memiliki perilaku menyimpang 44,4% baik dari anak laki-laki dan perempuan. Remaja yang masih memiliki perilaku menyimpang yaitu siswa-siswi yang mengikuti program konseling PIK-R <2x. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan remaja dilingkungan SMPN3 Boyolali dapat menerima informasi yang baik melalui Program PIK-RKata Kunci : Program PIK-R, Perilaku menyimpang. COMPARATION PIK-R COUNSELLING  PROGRAM WITH DEVIATE BEHAVIOR OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTABSTRACTThe Background of this research is the occurrence of a complex and diverse problem in adolescents, that as many as 28% of adolescent girls and 24% of adolescent boys drink alcoholic drink before the age of 15 years. Approximately 2,8% of adolescent 15-19 years are involved in drug abuse. 0,7% of woman and 4,5% of men aged 15-19 years had premarital sex. Around 32,1% of adolescent girl and 36,5% of adolescent boy start dating when they are not yet 15 years old. The aim to explore comparation of PIK-R counselig program with deviant behavior junior high school students. A cross sectional quantitative study was used to measured 36 respondens aged 11-13 years. Data collection tool using questionnaires and analyzed using univariat and bivariat analysis.The result of data analysis using Chi-Square with a computer program, obtained p-value 0.008 (<0.05). There is a significant relationship between the PIK-R counseling program with deviant behavior of  junior high school students.So it can be concluded PIK-R counseling program carried out planned, structured with theory the easy in understand, respondent which has deviant behavior 44,4% of man and of woman. Adolescent still has deviant behavior that is student follow PIK-R counseling program <2x. The results of this study, it is expected that adolescents in Boyolali Junior High School can receive good information through PIK-R.Keywords : Program PIK-R, Deviate behavior.

The implementation of the learning process cannot be separated from the existence of the teacher. The creation of an effective learning atmosphere requires a close relationship between teachers and students. The reinforcement given by the teacher affects the level of student activity and participation in the learning process. In schools, there are still teachers who are not appropriate to implement reinforcement. This can be seen in the poorly educated treatment of teachers towards students, such as yelling at students in public, and negative labeling of students.The purpose of this study was to describe the level of reinforcement of subject teachers in Padang City Junior High School. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of 149 students who were taken using the purposive random sampling technique. The instrument used was the "Teacher Reinforcement Scale" with a reliability value of 0.714. The results of this study reveal that the reinforcement of subject teachers in schools is in a low category. The results of the study generally show that the reinforcement of subject teachers is in a low category and needs to be improved in order to encourage students to be more active in participating in the learning process. The results of this research can be used as a basis for school counselors or Guidance and Counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling services in schools by involving subject teachers.

Dalam perkembangan di zaman sekarang khususnya di Kota Lhokseumawe dimana akhlak siswa telah tergeser lebih jauh dari ajaran Islam, baik sikap, sopan santun dan juga pergaulan yang tidak terarah lagi sudah masuk ke ranah narkoba, pencurian, dan bahkan sudah masuk ke ranah free seks, melihat perkembagan ini yang sangat mengkhawatirkan, maka peneliti sangat tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam tentang pelayanan bimbingan terhadap pembinaan akhlak siswa di sekolah, karena sekolah mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membina akhlak siswa, maka atas dasar inilah peneliti membuat pertanyaan penelitian, diantaranya, 1), bagaimana pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMPN se Kota Lhokseumawe, 2), bagaimana bentuk pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMPN se Kota Lhokseumawe, dan 3), Mengapa layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pembinaan akhlak tidak berjalan di sekolah. Atas dasar pertanyaan penelitian, maka menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1), untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMPN se Kota Lhokseumawe, 2), untuk menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMPN se Kota Lhokseumawe, dan 3), untuk menjelaskan mengapa layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pembinaan akhlak tidak berjalan di sekolah. Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumetasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tersebut. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa 1), layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pembinan akhlak siswa telah guru lakukan sesuai dengan prosedur, yaitu pertama memberika pelayana dasar terhadap siswa, kedua layanan respinsif dan ketiga layanan peminatan dan perencanaan individual terhadap siswa. 2), bentuk yang selama ini dilakukan oleh guru terhadap pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling, guru membuat tahapan-tahapan terhadap kasus/masalah yang terjadi pada siswa, yaitu setiap siswa yang bermasalah di tanangani dulu oleh guru mata pelajaran, setelah itu guru kelas, setelah itu baru guru bimpen hingga waka kepala sekolah. Adapun yang 3), tentang tidak berjalan pelayana bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pembinaan akhlak siswa tidak berjalan, semua program yang telah di rencanakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling semua berjalan sesuai dengan rencaana dan aturan, masalah ada kesalahan terhadap siswa diluar sekolah bukan semata menjadi tanggung jawab guru atau lingkungan sekolah, maka perlu dilibatkan masyarakat dan pemerintah, maka dari semuanya itu pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMPN se Kota Lhokseumawe telah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan aturan serta SOP yang di peugang oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling disetiap sekolah. Abstrak In the current development, especially in the Lhokseumawe city where the morality of students has been shifted further than Islamic teachings, both attitudes, manners and uncoordinated relationships have already entered the realm of drugs, theft, and have even entered to the domain of free sex, based on this worrying development, so the researchers are very interested in investigating more deeply the guidance service for students' moral development in schools, which have a very important role in fostering student morals, so based on this basis the research questions, of the research are, 1), how is the guidance and counseling service in the moral development of students at the junior high school of Lhokseumawe, 2), how is the form of guidance and counseling services in the moral development of students in Lhokseumawe High School, and 3), Why guidance and counseling services for moral formation do not run in school . On the basis of the research questions, the purpose of this study ware to find out: 1), the explaination of the guidance and counseling services in the moral development of students at the junior high school of Lhokseumawe, 2), to investigate the forms of guidance and counseling services in student moral development in junior high school of Lhokseumawe, and 3), to indentific the reasans of the guidance and counseling services for moral formation do not work in junior high school of Lhokseumawe. To get the results of the study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods, collecting the data through observation, documentary and interview the sourced of the research data are based on the guidance and counseling teacher at the school. The result of this study are. 1), guidance and counseling services for students' moral development had been done by the teacher according to procedures, namely first, giving basic services to students, secona respective services and the third specialization services and individual planning to students. 2), the form that has been carried out by the teacher on guidance and counseling services, the teacher makes stages of cases / problems that occur in students, where, every student who has a problem is handled first by the subject teacher, then the class teacher, and the last the teacher just signed up to the headmaster. 3), all the susdance and conseling programs that have been planned by the guidance and counseling teacher are run well according to the plans and rules, meanwhile the problem is the students mistakes outside the school which not only the responsibility of teachers or school environment, it needs to be involved by the community and the government, so that all guidance and counseling services for the moral development of students in Lhokseumawe Public High School have been implemented well and in accordance with the rules and SOPs held by the guidance and counseling teachers in each school.
