This article suggests a new concept of entrepreneurship based on a modern approach about competition between agribusiness entities and according to the area of their commercial activity. The importance of entrepreneurship measurement is grounded and the correctness of the methodology is proven. Creating a model that covers all aspects of entrepreneurship measurement was determined as the aim of this article. This article presents a real, innovative methodology for measuring entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector based on the modification of TOPSIS method. The method chosen was recognized as the most appropriate for determining the level of entrepreneurship, which is expressed by quantitative parameters. Using the modification of multicriteria TOPSIS method for measuring entrepreneurship in agricultural entities, 12 specific criteria were selected. The model has been tested in the livestock farms of Lithuania to include entrepreneurship as a criterion in assessing the potential of these farms and their readiness to apply sustainable and environmentally friendly activities to organic farming. The applicability of the model has been directly confirmed. The use of the model makes it possible to rank agricultural businesses in a given region according to their degree of entrepreneurship.

The article considers the problems of the influence of cooperation on the development of credit resources market for agricultural sector. The analysis of activity of agricultural goods producers of Cherkasy region on capacity of farmland, majority of which are small-scale, has been carried out. Due to limited access to credit resources on credit resources market in general and preferential lending, growth of tax burden in particular, small-scale agricultural companies are in a difficult financial situation, which makes it impossible for them to operate on the principles of self-financing and self-sufficiency. The solution to this problem is possible through the creation of production, service and credit cooperatives and on their basis – the Agrarian Bank. The basic principles of functioning of agricultural cooperatives have been studied. It has been determined that the development of credit cooperation in this sector of the economy is mainly through the prism of lending, while leveling other important functions that can contribute to the sustainable development of small-scale agrarian sector. The peculiarities of the development of agrarian cooperation in Ukraine have been revealed, and functioning of the information-consulting center for consulting farmers has been singled out in the structure of the rural cooperative. It has been found that cooperation is one of the key institutions that will improve the efficiency of agricultural economy. The development of the cooperative movement in Ukraine can be a driving force for qualitative change not only in the agricultural sector but also in the country as a whole. But this requires the combined efforts of villagers, NGOs and government officials. The relevant laws need to be updated, and the very idea of cooperation needs more coverage and discussion. According to the world experience in a market economy, cooperatives are a third force or alternative to public and private enterprise.

This research is intended to compare and demonstrate the difference between the cost and benefit of organic farming and chemistry. Compare differences in the quality of yields and minerals in the soil both before and after cultivation and modeling of agribusiness. Using Business Model Canvas for the decision of agricultural entrepreneurs who want to modify the farming process. The research found that in the experiment comparing between the costs of Organic farming and Chemical farming to produce three types of vegetables that are cucumber ,red oak salad and radish, with the total cost of growing vegetables in Organic farming, higher than the total cost of growing vegetables in Chemical farming. There is a greater frequency of fertilizing and injecting Organic matter than chemical farming. The net profit from the sale of vegetables in the Organic agricultural sector is higher than the net profit from the sale of vegetables in the Chemical agricultural sector, as the production price of Organic agricultural sector is higher than the production price of Chemical agricultural sector because the production process of organic farming has a higher production process and requires higher production attention to produce quality, and another factor is that Organic vegetables have a higher production cost than vegetables from chemical farming, resulting in less volume of organic production in the market than vegetables from Chemical agricultural sector. Consumers are demanding more healthy Organic vegetables. As a result, the price of vegetables that produced by Organic agricultural sector is higher than the price of vegetables that produced by Chemical agricultural sector, and the Return on Investment in Organic vegetables is higher than the vegetables that produced by Chemical agricultural .The Return on Investment in production of Organic farming is 61.48% and The Return on Investment in production of Chemical farming is 33.87%. It is therefore possible to conclude that growing vegetables in Organic way is safe for vegetable farmers who do not have to be exposed to any harmful Chemicals, as well as the resulting produce that is safe from residues, allowing consumers to be safe from toxin residues and receive good quality vegetables. Type of Paper: Empirical/Experimental Keywords: Agricultural; Organics; Cost ;Business Model ;Comparison.

Economic output implies that underground sectors such as prostitution are taken into account. This article presents an innovative methodology to measure turnover and added value in prostitution based on a combination of observational and Internet data. The method is applied to Belgium. Turnover is broken down in transactions and price per segment. The starting point is an observation-based measure of turnover in one locational and visible segment of the market: window prostitution. Fundamental differences between segments make linear generalizations from one segment invalid. Therefore, we estimate the relative size of transactions in other segments (such as brothels or escort) with Internet data. In combination with measures of average price per transaction, a consolidated estimate of turnover in prostitution in Belgium is measured. Estimates of nonresident production are based on data on sex workers’ country of origin. Several bootstrap replications allow for robustness checks of the delta-based standard errors.

The article analyzes the current situation with the access of farms to credit resources in the country and the world, a new approach to facilitating farmers ' access to credit resources is proposed. Surveys within the framework of the farm data monitoring system on the information base of the Center for Agrarian Research under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan revealed the current state of access of agricul-tural producers to financial and credit resources. The new approach addresses issues related to the imple-mentation of intermediary and guarantee functions by research institutes of the agricultural sector. The posi-tive influence of the latter on creditworthiness is shown due to the mediation between the bank and the farmer.
