The concept of Islamic Economics emphasizes that market Trading and pricing need to be regulated to uphold market balance and economic justice in view of interests of those involved in the market. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Economy’s observance in accordance with Islamic sharia in the traditional markets, the number of merchant populations used as samples was 138 people, the research method uses qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques by observation and structured interviews. The results showed that traders in the traditional market of Manis Kosambi Cikakak Village had practiced trade with Islamic Business Ethics. The Practice of Islamic Economy in the Traditional Market of Brebes Regency had been carried out by most traders almost 84.8%. The system of commerce with the islamic economy is rooted in and habutual practices with islamic business ethics, doing bussiness by selling clean products, honesty, openness, fair, and by backing out of riba, or loan shark has been accustomed by traditional merchants of Brebes Regency in Manis Kosambi market Cikakak Village of Brebes Regency Keywords: Islamic Economic Traditional Market

Traditional markets are one of the heart of the economy. Traditional markets are very necessary in supporting national economic growth. The rapid development of modern markets is felt by many parties impacting the existence of traditional markets. Along with this, the facts in the field show a shift in ethics in trade in traditional markets. In Islam, values and ethics in all aspects of human life as a whole are very important, including aspects of business activities. This article will explain the extent to which Islamic business ethics have been applied by traders in the Aceh Besar lambaro market, as well as what efforts should be made so that traders always apply Islamic business ethics in running their businesses. The results of the study found that traders had not fully implemented Islamic business ethics as required. Indicators are always honest on the scale, selling quality goods, do not hide the defects of goods, on average under 50% of traders who answer always carry out the indicators of business ethics. As for other business ethics indicators such as accuracy in promising, patience, friendliness, tithing, prayer services, on average above 50% traders said they could carry out the ethics properly. In order for traders to always be consistent in applying business ethics, awareness of the the trader himself to implement it, the role of the buyer as a consumer who understands his rights and obligations is important in the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the market. The supervisory function of the government also plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of Islamic business ethics of the lambaro market traders. Local governments can form market supervisory institutions that collaborate with market organizations headed by one of the market traders. Supervisory agencies and market organizations will jointly oversee the operations of activities in the Lambaro market, both in terms of cleanliness, security, supply of goods, including ensuring the implementation of business ethics for traders and following up all forms of violations that occur in the market.

The concrete market is a gathering place for buyers and sellers to trade goods that are there. Based on preliminary studies indicated there are some traders who make a deviation in business practices in terms of Islamic business ethics principles. The formulation of this research is about how the application of Islamic business ethics principles to traders in traditional markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of Islamic business markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The research method using the descriptive method of the qualitative. The data source in this study, namely the primary data is interviewed to the relevant parties is traders, buyers and managers of traditional markets Pancasila. While the secondary data are data obtained through reports on traders and PD. Profiles the traditional market of Pancasila. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using analytical techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, with its stages: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the results obtained from traders, buyers, and managers of traditional markets Pancasila shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics basically traders have applied in the activity of buying and selling. However, there are some deviations committed by traders in buying and selling such as, there are still those who neglect prayers, cheating on scales, selling goods below market prices due to tight market prices, less honest traders do not pay the debt to the supplier, doing savings and loan to conventional bank, unclear expiration limits, and there are still processed food products that add formalin and borax.

Trade is a form of business that is run by many people around the world, ranging from trading various kinds of daily necessities or primary needs, to selling the need for luxury goods for human satisfaction. For that, to overcome the many needs of life, they try to outsmart them buy products that are useful, economical and efficient. One of the markets they aim at is the second-hand market or the so-called trashy market. As for a trader at a trashy market, they aim to sell in the used goods market with a variety of reasons. These reasons include; first, because it is indeed to fulfill their needs. Second, the capital needed to trade at trashy markets is much smaller than opening a business where the products come from new goods. Third, used goods are easily available and easily sold to buyer. Here the researcher will discuss the behavior of Muslim traders in a review of Islamic business ethics (the case in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market). Kediri Jagalan Trashy Market is central to the sale of used goods in the city of Kediri. Where every day there are more than 300 used merchants who trade in the market. The focus of this research is how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in general. Then, from the large number of traders, of course not all traders have behavior in accordance with Islamic business ethics, as well as traders who are in accordance with the rules of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in buying and selling transactions and to find out how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in reviewing Islamic business ethics. Indeed, in terms of the whole implementation of life has been arranged in the view of Islamic teachings to regulate all human life including in relation to the implementation of the economy and business. Islam does not allow any person to work haphazardly to achieve his/her goals and desires by justifying any means such as committing fraud, cheating, false vows, usury, and any other vanity deeds. But, Islam has given a boundary or line between the allowable and the unlawful, the right and wrong and the lawful and the unlawful. These limits or dividing lines are known as ethics. Behavior in business or trade is also not escaped from the moral value or business ethics values. Islamic business ethics is of which adheres to the principle of unity, equilibrium principle, freewill principle, responsibility principle, It is important for business people to integrate that ethical dimension into the framework or scope of the business. This article aims to determine the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School's efforts in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri? Second, how is the development of Amidas Gontor Mineral Water in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics? This article using field research (field research), the method used in this study using a qualitative approach, namely the author obtains data directly from sources from teachers/managers and students of the Darrusalam Gontor Islamic boarding school, Ponorogo. Research results 1) The Darussalam Gontor modern cottage's efforts in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of the Santri, which are taught, have five characteristics, namely: confidence is cultivated to the students, by giving confidence in carrying out the production of Amidas Gontor brand mineral water—having continuous and innovative initiatives, in developing the business unit it holds and having achievement motives, which can provide the students with provisions to apply what they have learned after becoming alumni regarding entrepreneurship. The spirit of leadership, where the alumni who serve are entrusted to manage Amidas Gontor. Dare to take calculated risks, introduce the entrepreneurial results of the santri, events and expos are often held in the cottage, apart from the students, caretakers, guardians of Santri, and the wider community. 2) Development of Gontor Amidas mineral water in the perspective of Islamic business ethics principles; Unity/State; Obedience to worship is a belief in the existence of one God. Balance (Justice); evenly distributed. Free Will, done verbally for the Ponorogo area, the outer island area is done through an online application. The Pondok Gontor party is responsible for compensating for damage to the Ponorogo area outside the island. 3) Virtue: Truth and Honesty. Honest and true in establishing partnerships with agents, shops, distributors, retailers of mineral water Amidas.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha santri? Kedua, Bagaimana Pengembangan Air Mineral Amidas Gontor Dalam Perspektif Etika Bisnis Syariah? Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research), metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penulis memperoleh data langsung dari narasumber dari guru/pengelola dan santri pondok pesantren Darrusalam Gontor Ponorogo. Hasil Penelitian 1) Upaya Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha santri yang diajarkan memiliki lima ciri, yaitu: menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri kepada santri, dengan memberikan rasa percaya diri dalam melaksanakan produksi air mineral merk Amidas Gontor. —memiliki inisiatif yang berkesinambungan dan inovatif, dalam mengembangkan unit bisnis yang dimilikinya dan memiliki motif berprestasi, yang dapat membekali mahasiswa dengan bekal untuk menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajarinya setelah menjadi alumni tentang kewirausahaan. Semangat kepemimpinan, dimana para alumni yang mengabdi dipercayakan untuk mengelola Amidas Gontor. Berani mengambil resiko yang diperhitungkan, memperkenalkan hasil wirausaha para santri, event dan expo sering diadakan di pondok, selain para santri, pengasuh, wali santri, dan masyarakat luas. 2) Pengembangan air mineral Gontor Amidas dalam perspektif prinsip etika bisnis Islam; Persatuan/Negara; Ketaatan untuk beribadah adalah keyakinan akan adanya satu Tuhan. Keseimbangan (Keadilan); didistribusikan secara merata. Kehendak Bebas, dilakukan secara lisan untuk wilayah Ponorogo, wilayah pulau terluar dilakukan melalui aplikasi online. Pihak Pondok Gontor bertanggung jawab untuk mengganti kerugian daerah Ponorogo di luar pulau. 3) Kebajikan: Kebenaran dan Kejujuran. Jujur dan benar dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan agen, toko, distributor, pengecer air mineral Amidas.

This paper aims to examine the concept of maslahah maximizer in sharia hotels in the perspective of Islamic business ethics. As is known, in the behavior of a manufacturer in general, in improving the competitiveness of products, a producer is competing to find a strategy to achieve maximum profits, so as to gain high profits, which affects the realization of welfare, both individually and members. The reality that happens, to realize the welfare, the company in this, the hotel manager justifies all means, offer worldly satisfaction and beautify the interior of the room, to be able to get the maximum profits. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.
