Ethical Leadership Behaviour of Principals in Relation to Organizational Commitment of BEd College Teachers

The present study is an attempt to investigate the ethical leadership behaviour of principals in relation to organizational commitment of BEd college teachers. A sample of 200 BEd College teachers was selected by stratified random sampling technique. Due representation was given to male and female teachers and type of management namely private aided and private unaided colleges. Appropriate tools were administered and the data collected was analyzed by using’-test and co-efficient of co- relation. It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between ethical leadership behaviour of college principals and organizational commitment of BEd college teachers also revealed that teachers working under principals with high and moderate ethical leadership behaviour had higher levels of commitment than teachers working under principals with low ethical behaviour. Teachers working in private aided colleges, teachers on permanent basis and more experienced teachers had higher levels of organizational commitment. The study implies the need for principals to practice ethical behaviour.  Keywords: Organization, commitment, ethical, leadership behaviour of principals

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

The study is conducted to highlight the employees’ perspective of CSR in the banking sector of Pakistan and its impact on their job attitudes: job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Primary data were collected from 177 employees working in 22 different banks of Lahore (Pakistan). Stratified random sampling technique was used for sample selection. The population included all the banks in Lahore. Results show the existence of a direct relationship between a) CSR and Organizational Commitment b) CSR and Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

Leadership plays an important role because leaders will move different subordinates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment with a contribution of 0.503 or 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftable (38,975> 2,720) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how big the influence of knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers school for disabilities Cirebon. This study with quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires. Population taken for this research is teacher with status of Civil Servant at school for disabilities Cirebon which amounted to 101 employees. Sampling technique in this study using Probability Sampling, and for the proportional distribution is done propotionate stratified random sampling technique with 81 responden. Based on the results of analysis shows that: 1). Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 2). Individual innovation capability has no effect on teacher performance. 3). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 4) Knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability, and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in school for disabilities Cirebon .

The growth of online taxi service recently becomes the threats for PT Lombok Taksi to still survive against the competition in the business this research is aimed at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the service quality of drivers of PT Lombok Taksi, at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on organizational commitment, at analyzing the significant effect of organizational commitment on service quality of drivers PT Lombok Taksi. This research is associative-causal the population is all 532 drivers of  Lombok Taksi from which 84 samples (rounded to 100) were selected as respondents by applying the Slovin formula. The samples were selected through propotional random sampling technique. The hypothesis test was conducted using path analysis using SPSS program version 16.00 for windows.Keywords : work satisfaction, organizational commitment, service quality.

Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional stratified random sampling. menguji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis regresi lain menggunakan dimoderasi. Berdasarkan analisis di atas semua hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa efek positif dari partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Komitmen organisasi dan struktur desentralisasi memoderasi hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan variabel motivasi tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada SKPD di Pemkab. This study analyze the effect of budget participation on managerial performance and the influence of organizational commitment, motivation and a decentralized structure in moderating the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance in Pemkab. Purbalingga.The samples used are 269 government manager of Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga for all the regional work units. The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The first hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, and for another using moderated regression analysis. Based on the analysis above all hypotheses can be concluded that the positive effect of budget participation on managerial performance. The commitment of the organization and structure of decentralized moderate the relationship between budget participation on managerial performance. Abstract: The purpose of this study is examined the effect of job involvement on employees performance mediated with organizational commitment at some service office of Bengkulu city. This research was conducted at some service office of Bengkulu City. The object of research is the employees at some service office of Bengkulu City. Sample used in this study was 143 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis with moderate variable and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey descriptive, the method  in this study using Pearson Correlation to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the job involvement partially have positive and signifikan effect on employees performance, and organizational commitment was partial mediated the effect of job involvement on employees performance at some service office of Bengkulu city.Keywords : Job involvement, organizational commitment, employees performance

The chief objective of this article is to probe into the level of job satisfaction among community campus teachers. Job satisfaction is the state of how content persons are with their jobs. It can be appraised on the basis of their responses to their feelings, perceptions, likes and dislikes for the jobs. Divergent factors can influence the satisfaction level of the personnel in their work. A crosssectional survey design was adopted to carry out the research study. Twenty question items of five-point Likert scale type regarding the job satisfaction of the teachers were administered at two campuses situated in Dang District of Nepal in 2020. Simple random sampling technique (lottery) was used to select 52 campus teachers as respondents for the study by maintaining the confidence level (95%) and the margin of error (5%) from the population of 59 teachers. The collected data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS .The study revealed that the teachers were satisfied (Median=4) with their teaching profession at the respective campuses. The Mann-Whitney U test showed that the teachers of the two campuses had a similar level of job satisfaction. Similarly, there was no statistically significant difference in the job satisfaction between male teachers and female teachers.

The Influence of Professionalism, Organizational Commitment and Ethical Sensitivity on Intention to Do Whistleblowing: Case of Asset and Finance Management Body of Bali Province.The purpose of this research is 1) To know the positive influence of Professionalism on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. 2) To know the positive influence of Organizational Commitment on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali 3) To know the positive influence of Ethical Sensitivity on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing case study in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this research were 167 employee of Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. This study uses simple random sampling technique. Data were analysed using regression analysis techniques, descriptive statistic, determination, f-test, and t-test by software SPSS for windows. The results of the study found that 1) Professionalism has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing. 2) Organizational Commitment has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing. 3) Ethical Sensitivity has positive and significant effect on Intensity in doing Whistleblowing.
