The productivity of ruminant animals largely depends on the provision of rations with a sufficient amount of high-grade protein, the quality of which is characterized by a general level of intake from the prednis and the composition of amino acids available for absorption in the intestine. The number of these amino acids is an objective criterion of protein nutrient feeding. The article presents the results of studying the effect of protein feed additives on milk productivity and the quality of lactating goat milk of Zaanen breed. The scientific and economic experience was carried out on three groups of goats of Zaanen breed of the first lactation, formed on the principle of para- analogues. Studies have established that the equivalent replacement in the diet of a sunflower meal with soybean and red oilcake significantly increases the average daily milk yield by 16.1% (P 0.01) and 11.7% (P 0.05). The qualitative indicators of goat milk of these experimental groups also had slightly higher values. So, the milk of goats, that received red oilcake, by the mass fraction of protein, exceeded the milk of goats that received sunflower oil cake by 0.08% (p0.05), soybean cake - by 0.11% (p0.01). Our research, aimed at a comprehensive study of the effectiveness of using sunflower, soybean and rye cake in rations of lactating goats, taking into account their effect on milk production of goats, the composition and technological properties of milk, morphological and biochemical indicators of blood, are topical, of scientific and practical importance.

<p><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of the research was to investigate the chemical, mineral and amino acid content of meat of quails fed by biologically active additives based on the submerged bees of apimore, apiminum, aphytoitis. Feeding was carried out with full-fodder mixed fodders from one day to 56 days of age. The control group was fed by this fodder; experimental quails of the 2nd<span>  </span>group were fed by this fodder with added 3% of the apimore compound; the 3rd<span>  </span>group was fed also by apimin at the rate of 1.1 g per 1 kg of mixed fodder; the 4th<span>  </span>group was also fed by apiates at a rate of 200 ml per 1 kg of mixed fodder. Apimor and apimin were thoroughly mixed with feed. The feed additive aphytoitis was drunk with water, certainly, we have taken into consideration daily water consumption of quails. Four birds were slaughtered in each group at the end of experiment. The selection of average samples of muscle tissue was carried out during anatomical disassembly of quail carcasses. Physical and chemical parameters, mineral and amino acid compositions were evaluated for the study of the effect of feed additives based on submerged bees on muscle quality. In the control group, the ratio of pulp and bone was 3.81:1, in the experimental group it was 4.07-4.2: 1. Quails fed by apiite had the highest rate of breast meatiness; it was 4.3% (p &lt;0.001) higher than in the control group. The nutritional value of white quail meat of the 2nd group was significantly higher by 7.2% (p &lt;0.01), and in the 3rd and 4th groups it was lower, respectively, by 0.6% and 1.3%. The nutritional value of white meat protein is caused by the presence of essential amino acids in it. A noticeable increase of these amino acids in poultry meat of experimental groups indicated an improvement of its dietary qualities. Under the action of apivite valine increased by 2.1% (p &lt;0.001), lysine increased by 3.6% (p &lt;0.001) in the poultry meat; under the action of apimor content of threonine increased the by 8.5% (p &lt;0.001), methionine increased by 9.8% (p &lt;0.01), and phenylalanine increased by 11.2% (p &lt;0.001). Feeding by the researched feed additives influenced the increase of calcium in white meat quail by 37.7-40.5% (p &lt;0.001), phosphorus by 8.9-17.4% (p &lt;0.001). Usage of apivite increased the cuprum content by 22.7% (p &lt;0.001). The quail meat of the 4th group was characterized by the highest content of zinc, it was by 23.3% more than the control (p &lt;0.001), the 2nd and 3rd groups had more by 5.5% and 6.7% respectively. There is a tendency to increase the iron content in the experimental groups by 5.1 to 15.6% (p &lt;0.01). In studies, the content of cadmium was lower than the <span>threshold limit value</span> under the action of the apimore by 6.0%, apimin by 8.0 % and apivite by 34.0 %, plumbum content was lower by 36.6%, 31.4% and 32.6% respectively. The best indicators for reducing cadmium content in the chest muscles had the 4th group under the action of aphids, plymbum had the 2nd group under the action of apimor. According to the results of our research, the quality of quail meat from experimental groups significantly exceeds the quality of their analogues in the control group.</span></p>

Science and practice have proved that balanced nutrition involves the intake of the organic, mineral, and biologically active substances in the bird’s body in certain quantities and proportions due to their needs. Balanced poultry feeding is a guarantee of not only high productivity, but also the prevention of diseases that negatively affect the safety of livestock and product quality. Providing poultry with high-quality protein is especially important nowadays. Birds spend more essential amino acids per unit of body weight gain and, accordingly, more of them should be daily supplied to the body with feed. Plant proteins are the basis of grain feeds that contain all eleven essential amino acids required for protein synthesis in the body of chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys. However, it was revealed that most of these amino acids are concentrated in grain in insufficient quantities and cannot fully satisfy the needs of highly productive poultry. As a result, it is necessary to additionally introduce high-protein supplements into the diet as a source of essential amino acids or use synthetic concentrates of lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan. High-protein supplements are coming in two types – animal and plant-based. From the plant-based ones, soy products are considered the most valuable as a concentrated source of the first limiting amino acid - lysine, and sunflower meal is rich in methionine. And even so, plant-based protein feed is not able to create a complete balance of all essential amino acids. This can be done only if the animal-sourced protein is introduced into the poultry diet in the form of fish meal, meat and bone meal, meat meal, or yeast. Besides, scientific research has proven that yeast can be considered a wonderful natural source of B vitamins. The analysis of scientific research indicates that today there is a wide search and study of various feed supplements that could be a source of complete protein and have in its composition a complete complex of amino acids for birds. There are not enough such high-quality feed additives in Ukraine, and those coming from abroad are distinguished by high cost and are often falsified. Therefore, the use of yeast in poultry diets as long as their industrial production according to the technology based on the state standard is relevant for solving a number of modern poultry farming problems and is of great scientific and practical importance.

This study evaluated the ability of Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma koningii to improve the quality of tea dregs (TDs) through solid-state fermentation as well as the value of the fermented tea dregs (FTDs) produced for use as bio-feed additives. After fermentation, FTDs differed in color and structure. Fermentation with A. niger and T. koningii increased the contents of crude protein, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber of TDs. Compared to the unfermented group, the contents of reducing sugar, total flavonoids, total polyphenols, and theasaponins were increased in A. niger FTDs, while in T. koningii FTDs caffeine was completely degraded, the theasaponins were lower, and the contents of reducing sugar and caffeine higher. Regarding free amino acids, A. niger FTDs had the highest content of total amino acids, total essential amino acids, total non-essential amino acids, total aromatic amino acids, total branched-chain amino acids, and total non-protein amino acids, and all types of essential amino acids, followed by T. koningii FTDs and the control TDs. Fungal fermentation had similar effects on the content of various hydrolytic amino acids as those on above free amino acids, and increased the content of bitter and umami components. The composition of essential amino acids of TDs or FTDs was similar to that of the standard model, except for sulfur-containing amino acids and isoleucine. Solid-state fermentation with A. niger and T. koningii effectively improved the nutritional value of TDs, increased the contents of functional substances, and improved the flavor of TDs. This study demonstrated a feasible approach to utilize TDs that not only increases animal feed resources, but also reduces the production of resource waste and pollution.

The quality of raw materials and goods of animal origin depends first of all on the safety of feed, their balance in terms of the main nutrients and digestibility by the body. As a rule, the lower the quality and safety of feed, the lower the productivity of all types of animals and poultry. The quality of feed is influenced by all stages of their production: growing conditions, harvesting and storage, processing technologies, canning and preparation for feeding. Where high-quality feed is used in diets, maximum productivity and high realization of the genetic potential of animals are obtained. During the storage and processing of plant and animal raw materials its physic and mechanical, biochemical, sanitary and microbiological properties change. This can be avoided only by observing the sanitary and hygienic requirements for bagging, harvesting, and storing feed. The quality of feed is confirmed by its physical, chemical, organoleptic, microbiological and other indicators, which determines the variety of feed control methods at all stages of their turnover. In this connection, the development and strengthening of control over the quality and safety of feed and feed additives is one of the important tasks of modern animal feeding science. The purpose of the work was to carried out a comparative assessment of four samples of the starting compound feed SK-3 for piglets of different producers. The experimental part of the work has been carried out in the laboratory of veterinary expertise at the compound feed plant LLC “Athens-Volga”. For the study of compound feed an average sample was taken from each sample, separating from the combined sample using a hand scoop according to Federal standard 13496.0-2016. Methods of sampling. Quality and safety control was carried out according to organoleptic, physic and chemical, microbiological indicators and the content of mycotoxins in compound feed. Monitoring of compound feed of the compared samples of the starting compound feed for piglets SK-3 according to the studied indicators has shown that all samples meet the sanitary and hygienic requirements of Federal standard of our country.

Russian market of complete feed recent years shows a steady development. Currently the Kurgan region the state of base of feed and a shortage of specialized feed additives leads to a violation of maintenance conditions for livestock, reduced productivity. The increase in production of concentrates and complete feed currently is an actual scientific and technical problem whose solution is of great scientific and practical importance. To solve this problem, the technology of production of animal feed and PMVA on the basis of full-fat extruded soybeans produced using a shaft cooler and sapropel dehydrated with the use of filtering centrifuges continuous action has been proposed. The proposed technology of production of animal feed and PMVA completely solves the problem of removing excess moisture from the sapropel immediately after the production and delivery of product to the shore. The process of extraction and preparation for use of sapropel reduced from several days or months (winter freezing) up to several hours.
