The problem of adaptation of foreign students to the Russian educational environment is becoming increasingly important due to the increase in the number of foreign students in higher education institutions of Russia. The Internet support of the adaptation system on the basis of specially created for it support systems — “buddysystems” — begins particular importance in this process. The article describes the author’s system of work with newly arriving students, undergraduates, graduate students for their comprehensive adaptation at the Ural Federal University named after the fi rst President of Russia B. N.Yeltsin, Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. One of the key elements is the using of digital technologies for successful communication with foreign students. Analysis of the project “BUDDYSYSTEMURFU” shows its multiplicativity and the possibility of implementation in the universities of the country.

The textbook describes the scientific and practical problems of the criminal procedural activity of the bodies of inquiry of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as the organization of their procedural activities. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students and cadets studying in the specialty 40.05.01 "Legal support of national security", officials of the bodies of inquiry, as well as students studying in the areas of training 40.03.01 and 40.04.01 "Jurisprudence". It can be used by graduate students, adjuncts and applicants in preparation for passing exams according to the candidate's minimum program and conducting training sessions during pedagogical practice.

The growing global competition and the need for exibility of educational institutions of higher education actually require a transformation of processes that provide a high level of interaction and integration between business processes and systems at all organizational levels and all participants in the entire value chain.The digitalization of the educational system is an objective necessity for functioning in a modern highly competitive environment.The introduction of innovations in educational activities using digital technologies allows you to reduce the cost of implementation, making changes, updating educational programs, and increasing the degree of exibility of the educational environment to changes in external factors.Digitalization as a whole is aimed at reducing the in uence of the human factor, which makes it possible to minimize negative risks when making managerial decisions.The purpose of this article is to study the opinions of students of the Federal state Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev-KAI» (hereinafter referred to as the University, KNRTU-KAI) on the prevalence of digital technologies at the university. Educational environment and other educational institutes define the basic framework of education. Ministry of Science, higher education and Educational Organizations are some of the most important and widespread social organizations which hold the responsibility of selection and transmittance of values and custom to future generation. Educational Organization has direct influence not only on development of latent talents and increasing knowledge and abilities of students but also leads to an increase in national annual production and gross production of every country. With a profound look, we understand that education plays a remarkable role in every society in training children and future generation who are all the assets of a country. With the process of European Integration of Higher education under way and the Russian Federation building up social, political, economic and cultural relations with its European partners, the development of intraurban, domestic and international academic mobility of Russian HE student is gaining momentum, attracting increasing numbers of HE institutions. The article analyses student academic mobility, focusing on the concepts of ‘mobility’ and ‘academic mobility’ as well as the students’ stance on academic mobility and the state policy in regard to the phenomenon. The author researches the dynamics of the Russian State University of Tourism and Service student participation in mobility schemes and presents the data collected in the course of a theme pilot testing surveying undergraduate and post-graduate students of the targeted university.

The concept of the “Energy strategy of Russia for the period up to 2035” implies a comprehensive structural transformation of the energy sector and its transition to a qualitatively new level through the use of digital technologies. One of the first steps in building a model of the Internet of energy in Russia may be the introduction of a mechanism for creating industrial microgrids, for which a draft resolution of the government of the Russian Federation has already been developed. The article considers the features of functioning of a new subject of electric power industry - active energy complexes, their conceptual, economic and legal features, and also developed a method for evaluating the system effects of their implementation.

The article considers the issues of digital transformation of higher education. The approaches to the definition and content of the term “digital transformation” are analyzed, the specifics and conditions of digitalization of the economy and the development of higher education are investigated. As prerequisites for the digital transformation of higher education, one can designate not only the penetration into the educational field of various information technologies that have changed the learning process itself, but also a number of regulatory legal acts. The reasons for the digital transformation of universities are identified. There are considered the issues of the modern content of digital technologies in higher education and a set of digital competencies that a university teacher must master. The experience of individual universities (Tyumen State University, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Toliatti State University) in building a digital educational environment has been analyzed. The digital transformation of higher education involves the restructuring of all areas of activity based on information and communication technologies. Changes should take place in technologies and training programs, methods and means, forms of educational activities, planned educational outcomes, and assessment results. It is noted that digital competencies are a set of skills and knowledge necessary to carry out professional activities using digital technologies. There have been listed the digital competencies that the future university graduates should master: working with applied programs, digital equipment, digital information, communication skills in a digital environment, self-writing software, creating their own digital products, working in various programs, etc. Retraining the teaching staff implies developing advanced training programs aimed at mastering digital competencies that are in demand by the digital economy, and which must be formed among university graduates. It has been inferred that the totality of information systems, digital devices, sources, interfaces, services, which are developed and aimed at implementing the educational process and university management, constitutes a digital educational environment.
