: In pathogenic experimentation in homeopathy on healthy volunteers, some individuals develop stronger reactions than others, i.e. they show more symptoms of the same biologically active substance. They are defined as sensitive type (ST) individuals. The aim of this work is to create a web-based module for determining ST patients in the homeopathic information system. Material and methods: We carried out an analysis of test questions relating to the definition of ST patients from a specialized homeopathy manual (Horvilleur, 2003). For the development of a web-based GUI, we used Oracle APEX. Results: For the implementation of the software module of ST and the disclosure of its features an electronic questionnaire was developed, containing 533 test questions. Processing the responses from the test allows the programming module to indicate one of 20 medications for ST patients in a specific clinical situation. Conclusion: The module for determining ST patients helps the doctor practicing clinical homeopathy to significantly shorten the time for prescribing the medicament for the terrain treatment in primary care.

Abstrak- Dunia sistem informasi terdapat banyak model sistem informasi, kaitan pasar dengan sistem informasi geografis adalah untuk memberikan berbagai macam informasi, terutama letak geografis pasar tersebut. Pentingnya informasi ini memberi banyak inspirasi terhadap pembuat model untuk merancang sistem-sistem yang mendekati dunia nyata. Model sistem informasi juga diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat prediksi kejadian di masa depan dengan mendasarkan pada data yang ada pada masa lalu dan masa sekarang. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) ini di rancang untuk mengumpulkan data, meyimpan dan mengubah data, serta menganalisis objek beserta data geografis yang bersifat penting untuk di analisis. GIS yang disajikan dengan berbasis web pada perancangan ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat luas. Hasil penelitian dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language) sangat membantu dalam proses perancangan sebuah sistem informasi geografis pasar tradisional serta aplikasi sistem informasi geografis pasar tradisional berbasis web ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana informasi pasar, khususnya bagi para calon pedagang yang ingin berdagang di salah satu pasar tradisional yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Web, Pasar Tradisional, Pemodelan, UML. Abstract- The world of information systems provides many models of information systems, the link of market with a geographic information system is to provide various kinds of information, specially the geographical markets. The importance of this information gives a lot of inspiration for the model makers to design systems that approximates the real world. Model of information system is also expected to be used as predictors of future events by basing on the existing data on past and present. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is designed to collect data, store and modify data, and analyzing object along with geographic data which is important for analysis. GIS is presented with a web based on this design can also be used as a tool to provide information to the general public. The results of research by modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language) is very helpful in the process of designing a geographic information system of traditional markets as well as the application of geographic information system web-based traditional market can be used as a means of market information, especially for potential traders who want to trade in one of the traditional markets in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to produce a preeclampsia diagnostic system online and to determine the difference in the speed of time required to diagnose preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system. This research method is to arrange a framework with a quasi experimental research design with a post test only with control group. This research was conducted at the Community Health Center. The results showed that the majority of respondents were healthy pregnant women namely in the intervention group of 20 pregnant women (30.30%) and in the control group of 15 pregnant women (22.73%). The smallest number of diagnoses is in the case of superimposed preeclampsia. Web-based information systems are also able to increase diagnostic speeds to 7.21%. Statistical test results using the Independent T-Test obtained a P-value of 0.041 <0.05 (α). Conclusion, there is a difference in the time of diagnosis of preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system.   Keywords: Diagnosis, Preeclampsia, Information Systems, Web

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

This chapter presents a modeling for the Web-Based Cooperative Information Systems (WBCISs). This modeling considers the WBCISs as support of the unavoidable interactions among multiple existing heterogeneous subsystems of the information system and external information sources that share business objects and processes. The WBCIS is considered as an artifact that firstly and mainly allow information exchange, coordination and cooperation among these sources; and secondly data restructing and processes reuse or reengineering. The main concepts are Knowledge Sources and Interaction Component. A knowledge source represents a subsystem of the information system (Personal IS, Workgroup IS or Enterprise IS); or any external information source. The modeling considers the knowledge source as a UML package that presents an interface definition (business objects schema and processes). An interactions component is a kind of Web-based broker of business objects and processes. It is a support for communication services and user-oriented semantic services of the knowledge sources. It is based on the Web so that it deals with semi-structured data and accesses any knowledge source (willing to interact) having its URL. It uses a metadata that describes the knowledge sources as UML package. The modeling specializes interactions components according to the interaction situations of the knowledge source namely interactions for coordination that deal with the consistency of the shared business objects, interactions for cooperation related to the coupled processes’ activities or interactions for transmission that deal with informal and unstructured information exchanges. A Coordination Component allows knowledge source location, access, integration, global view and restructing of the business objects. A Cooperation Component allows process’ activities invocation, reuse or reengineering activities. This methodologic specialization allows easier implementation and reuse of the interaction components. An interaction component is modeled as a UML package.

Information Systems (IS) agility is a current topic of interest in the IS industry. The study follows up on work on the definition of the construct of IS agility and attributes for sensing and diagnosis in an agile IS. IS agility is defined as the ability of an IS to sense a change in real time; diagnose it in real time; and select and execute an action in real time. This paper explores the attributes for selecting and executing a response in an Agile Information System. A set of attributes were initially derived using the practitioner literature and then refined using interviews with practitioners. The attributes' importance and validity was established using a survey of the industry. All attributes derived in this study were deemed pertinent for selecting and executing a change in an agile information system. Dimensions underlying these attributes were identified using Exploratory Factor Analysis. This list of attributes can form the basis for assessing and establishing execution mechanisms to increase IS Agility.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

Laboratory of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh not well organized, whereas all activities in thelaboratory requires administration, so that the laboratory can be functioned optimally. Informationtechnology is one way that can be used to simplify the administrative management of the laboratory.The aim of this research was to design and build a web-based laboratory information system inorder to facilitate the administrative management of the laboratory. Information systemdevelopment methods carried out by the approach of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) anddesigned using system modeling tools. Implementation of this information systems using webprogramming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript by using CodeIgniter framework andMySQL as the database server. The development of information technology that very rapidly, have an impact transformation on various aspects of life. One of the growing information technology and widely implemented is a web-based information systems. Implementation of a web-based information system currently does not just present the information in text form, but also displays the information in the form of a map. In the terms of its utilization, application of GIS technology can be widely used in various fields, including in the health field. This can be used in the presentation of information dissemination of healthy facilities in the city of Padang. Information Systems for mapping Healthy Facilities in Padang City is a tool to convey information distribution healthy facilities that exist in Padang. This information system is designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage. To display the digital maps, Google Maps is used because it has the APIs that can be integrated with multiple technologies. The presence of this information system is expected to provide facilities for those who need information about healthy facilities in Padang City. Abstract   Primary Care Information System (P-Care) is used at the first level health facility (FKTP) for the service of patients of the National Health Insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of using the P-Care information system by evaluating the system using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model. This is a cross-sectional survey research with Primary Care information system objects. The variables studied were the user satisfaction factors of the p-care information system including content aspects, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The research subjects were primary care information system operators with 61 FKTPs as samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. P-care application user satisfaction index was 75.5 (satisfied category). This shows that respondents generally have received the primary care information system. The lowest index on A1 (system accuracy), C1 (accuracy of information), and T1&2 (timeliness of information). The lowest average user satisfaction index is on aspects of system accuracy and timeliness. To improve the index of primary care information system user satisfaction, the BPJS needs to improve system monitoring, increase feedback and increase report output. FKTP can develop a bridging P-Care system and structuring the medical record system to be more effective and efficient.   Keywords : information systems, user satisfaction, primary care, EUCS Model     Abstrak   Sistem Informasi Primary Care (P-Care) digunakan pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) untuk pelayanan pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).  Kepuasan pengguna aplikasi P-Care merupakan faktor penting dalam kinerja sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keberhasilan penggunaan sistem informasi p-care dengan melakukan evaluasi sistem menggunakan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey bersifat cross sectional dengan obyek sistem informasi Primary Care. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi p-care meliputi aspek content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Subyek penelitian adalah operator sistem informasi primay care dengan 61 sampel FKTP. Data dianalisis dengan cara diskriptif analitik. Indeks kepuasan pengguna aplikasi P-care adalah 75,5 (kategori puas). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden secara umum sudah menerima sistem informasi primay care.  Indeks terendah pada A1 (akurasi sistem), C1 (ketepatan informasi), dan T1&2 (ketepatan waktu informasi). Rata-rata indeks kepuasan pengguna paling rendah pada aspek akurasi sistem dan ketepatan waktu. Untuk meningkatkan indeks kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi primary care, maka pihak BPJS perlu meningkatkan monitoring sistem, meningkatkan feedback dan penambahan output laporan. FKTP dapat mengembangkan sistem bridging p-care dan penataan sistem rekam medis untuk pelayanan pasien yang lebih efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci : sistem informasi, kepuasan pengguna, primary care, EUCS Model
