Equity of early childhood education in various regions isnot evenly distributed there are only a few places for rural areas this is caused by the level of knowledgeand insight parents who do not understand and the environment that affect. While for urban areas,especially people, the importance of early education because the level of understanding and intellectual isso high, it is a motivation for the government to commit to early childhood education so important tomeet the needs of the community for education, policies that support this education has been issued basiclaw for the organizer, among others, the Decree of the Minister of Education, the Law on Education andthe regional level by the Decree of the Head of Region. Government dalah this course can facilitate bothbuilding facilities and play facilities for children's games in the room and outdoor games.AbstrakPendidikan yang diperoleh pada usia dini sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan anak baik psikomotorikperkembangan otak, dan perilaku anak serta prestasi anak ketika memasuki usia dewasa terutamajangkauan ke depan bangsa sebagai generasi penerus. Hal ini tentunya harus dibekali dengan pendidikandan penanaman nilai-nilai kemanusian serta kepribadian dan karaktek. Pemerataan pendidikan anak usiadini di berbagai daerah memang belum merata hanya ada beberapa tempat saja untuk daerah pedesaan halini diakibatkan oleh tingkat pengetahuan dan wawasan orangtua yang kurang paham dan lingkungan yangmempengaruhi. Sementara untuk daerah perkotaan khususnya masyarakat merasakan pentingnyapendidikan usia dini karena tingkat pemahaman dan intelektual sudah begitu tinggi. Hal ini merupakanmotivasi bagi pemerintah untuk berkomitmen terhadap pendidikan usia dini begitu penting untukmemenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan pendidikan, kebijakan yang mendukung terhadap pendidikan initelah dikeluarkan dasar hukum bagi penyelenggaraanya antara lain keputusan Menteri pendidikan,Undang-undang tentang pendidikan dan tingkat daerah dengan Surat Keputusan Kepala Daerah.Pemerintah dalam hal ini tentunya dapat memfasilitasi baik sarana bangunan maupun sarana bermain bagiana, alat permainan dalam ruangan maupun alat permainan diluar ruangan.Kata kunci: Kebijakan, pendidikan, anak usia dini

Taiwan has become a global high-tech center. The success of becoming the leading country of high-tech and information technology is accredited to the efforts of the government and of all citizens. In addition, Chinese highly value in academic success, and this has contributed to the success of Taiwan. Parents believe the success of life is rooted in a good education, especially in the early years. This chapter presents an overview of early childhood education in Taiwan and explores how Chinese culture had influenced the value of parents’ expectation in education, as well as how children learn through the use of technology. The last part of the chapter discusses the discrepancy between current early childhood education situations and teachers’ professional development.

The purpose of this study were (1) to know the perception of PGPAUD students toward early childhood education in Ponorogo District. (2) to know the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo Regency based on perception of PG-PAUD students Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive involving 30 students. Data collection was done by interview technique. The interview was conducted directly to the students of PGPAUD Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results of this study are 1) PGPAUD student perception on the implementation of early childhood education in Ponorogo regency in general has not run well according to national standards of early childhood education. 2) the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo District are a) there are some teachers of PAUD who have not S1 PGPAUD, the welfare of early childhood teachers are still low, facilities and infrastructure is not adequate, and mininya assistance from the government, both central and local.

Considering the low level of public knowledge about the importance of Early Childhood Education and the low quality of management and the lack of infrastructure (in the form of APE) as well as the many assumptions from the public that Early Childhood Education can only be reached by economically capable people causing lack of motivation to involving their children in the Early Childhood Education program, it is deemed necessary to carry out a study on the optimization of the management of non-formal Early Childhood Education programs held in the community, such as the SPS Early Childhood Education Cempaka which operates in RW 09 Ciwaruga Village, Bandung Regency West. Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. Therefore, the manager must be able to define and find ways to achieve all the objectives set through the effective implementation of management functions of Early Childhood Education management.

Various problems of Early childhood Education (ECD) in Indonesia is about the opportunity the acquisition of early childhood education have been uneven and is still concentrated in urban areas, lack of teachers and teaching staff in terms of quantity and quality, and there are still many learning-oriented on the wishes of the parents rather than on the needs of the child. Depart from the real conditions of the early childhood education, to lead the realization of educational system as a social institution is strong and authoritative, the government has issued the three pillars of government policy in early childhood education in the Strategic plan of the Ministry of National Education from 2009 to 2014, and now the government has fine-tune these policies in the Strategic Framework Ministry of Education and Culture of the 2014-2019 strategic plan (Strategic plan update)

O presente artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre o direito à Educação Infantil no Brasil,de modo a indagar sobre a participação dos governos estaduais na garantia dessedireito, considerado um dever do Estado cuja viabilização depende do efetivo exercíciode colaboração entre os entes federados. Neste caso, opta-se por analisar informaçõessobre o conjunto dos estados brasileiros, como: as performances das matrículasestaduais nesta etapa; os PIBs dos respectivos estados e os partidos políticos dasgestões governamentais iniciadas a partir da vigência da Lei de ResponsabilidadeFiscal. Ressalta-se a necessidade de revisão do pacto federativo no âmbito de formasde cooperação para a oferta da Educação Infantil no país, também como forma decombate à privatização e precarização do atendimento educacional das criançaspequenas.Palavras-chave: Educação Infantil; governos estaduais; cooperação federativa; partidos políticosThe purpose of the this paper is to reflect upon the right to Early Childhood Education inBrazil, in such a way as inquire the role of local state governments in safeguarding suchright, one that is deemed to be a State responsibility and whose accomplishmentdepends on the actual collaboration among the federated states. In the present case, wehave decided to analyze information on the Brazilian federated states as a whole, suchas the number of actual enrollments in this stage of education, the states’ GDP, and thepolitical parties ahead of the government administrations as from the enactment of theFiscal Responsibility Law. We emphasize the need for a revision of the federalagreement as regards the cooperation mechanisms relating to the offer of EarlyChildhood Education in the country, also as way to oppose the privatization anddebilitation of the educational services provided to young children.Keywords: Early childhood education; state governments; federalist cooperation;political parties

Early childhood education is one of the efforts made by the government to start education in the early stages of child development. Through a psychological and educational approach, educators in early childhood must have the characters and competencies that have been implemented by the government in Government Regulation No.27 of 1990 Article 14 Paragraphs (1) and (2). This is a literature research which gathers theories dealing with early childhood educators referring to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is summarized in the terms of Prophetic Parenting. The results of the study are presented in the form of important points for person who is dedicated to becoming an early childhood educator. These points are some forms of character that must be owned by early childhood educators based on several Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The characteristics of the educator who wants to succeedin his field are not in a hurry, gentle, compassionate, tolerant, not easy to get angry, proportionate and able to give advice. The results of this study are expected to be used by the head of PAUD to create the characters of early childhood educators in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Keywords: Prophetic Parenting, Character, Early Childhood Educator

<p class="0abstract"><span lang="EN-US">Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become essential tools for the development of quality educational practices. The special situation of COVID-19 has evidenced the problem of the teacher training. This work investigates the perception of the future teachers of Early Childhood Education about the use of ICT and the policies developed by the Government of the Canary Islands regarding the provision of resources, materials and training. The study had a sample of 110 teachers in training from the University of La Laguna, the results showed agreement regarding the quality and quantity of training received, however, despite not showing interest in continuous training in ICT, they consider fundamentally mastering this competence to improve the quality of the educational response in the Canary Islands.</span></p>

Many challenges must be faced by thr GOI in developing the program, nowadays the Govemment of lndonesia (G01) through Early Childhood Education (ECE) Department has been enhancing early childhood education programs for 0 to 8 year old children. The major challenges are children access to early childhood education services and quality of early childhood education programs. Considering the challenges, The United States Agency for Intemational Development (USAID) in partnership with Indonesia's Ministry of National Education is currently implementing a small scale interactive audio instruction (1AI) pilot program targeting 5-6 year olds and their teachers in seven provinces. The program can simultaneously lead acfivities to kindergarten children and teachers as well as train the teachers, who don't have early childhood education background, and how to create high qualityactivities for children. Because of its' simple technology, the program can be applied in various Indonesia district condition, This paper explores the potential role a simple technology can play in assisting the government meet its early childhood education goals and discusses whether something as commonplace as a CD player or radio, when coupled with a proven education methodology, could present a cost effective way to achieving quality at scale.

Based on research and activism on early childhood education and care in the area of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, we argue that the Indonesian government’s focus on early childhood has come at a cost to local women. Community-based early childhood programs are delivered by women whose work is unpaid or underpaid. Although early childhood education in the form of kindergarten has long existed in Indonesia, its extension to the very young through Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini or early childhood education programs for children aged 0–8 years is more recent. Yet, there are many contradictions in this attention to the very young child. While the programs are designed to empower young children and improve their chances of success in education, the community-based programs promoted by the government are delivered through the work of women who may be denied these same benefits. Based on our separate researches, local women offer their services in early childhood education for a variety of reasons: they believe in these programs, they feel pressured to support their communities, or they desire to improve their own chances, and often all three. Yet, the opportunity to gain more education and to become a certified teacher is extremely limited for these women. As a result, they are trapped in unskilled, low, or no-waged work. While this contradiction can be described as a result of neoliberal policy, it has been the long-standing practice of the Indonesian state to depend on women’s “volunteered” labor to deliver social service programming. Here, we challenge whether this is “neoliberal” policy or just a continued disregard for the value of the care labor in social reproduction and the simultaneous relegation of women to the “informal” sphere. We ask, what kind of policy options exist for linking the improvement of children’s education and women’s education simultaneously?
