Social media optimization has been used by many organizations in the recent years, after the growth of Internet, for enhancing the growth and profits of their business. This paper discusses some of the strategies of digital marketing adopted by Trupay after the period of demonetization in India.SMO (Social Media Optimization) can be defined as the process of increasing the popularity and awareness of the product in the minds of the people. It is basically a marketing tool which helps in the promotion, marketing and sale of the product. Digital marketing is the method of promoting a product or a brand using electronic media like Mobile marketing, E-mail marketing etc..

One of the livelihoods of the people of Telaga tawang Village is to become an Endek and Songket weaver. However, the community is only a worker because the costs needed to buy weaving equipment and equipment are quite large; because of that, Arta Sedana business owner provides capital in the form of equipment to have a job and earn income. The role of digital marketing to increase the sales turnover of endek and songket weaving, we provide direction on how to promote endek and songket woven products in direct marketing. This promotion can be done through social media such as E-mail, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. We also help create social media accounts and tell us how to use social media accounts to market products. The method of activity we do is to provide counseling to the Arta Sedana business group by telling them how business opportunities are in utilizing digital marketing. Therefore, the solution we can provide is to provide directions for creating social media accounts or those related to digital marketing.

A finalidade do presente estudo foi analisar as estratégias de marketing digital utilizadas pela empresa desenvolvedora de jogos Hoplon Infortaiment, atuante no segmento gamer brasileiro e no mercado global. Para isso, foi necessário verificar as estratégias de marketing digital da empresa decorrentes de páginas digitais, tecnologias mobile, redes sociais, plataformas de busca, presença digital, e-mail marketing, mobile marketing, social media marketing e social media optimization, search engine marketing e search engine optimization, além do benchmarking como ferramenta de gestão para melhoria de estratégias de marketing digital. Realizou-se um estudo de caso, de base qualitativa exploratória, visando esclarecer o processo de estratégias de marketing digital que ocorrem na empresa. Com base nos dados levantados através de entrevista semiestruturada, verificou-se a importância do marketing digital para as ações da empresa, como forma de entregar valor agregado aos seus usuários. Como resultado, ao utilizar-se da internet como ferramenta de marketing para atingir o público alvo, a empresa mostrou-se eficaz ao adaptar seus conteúdos às características específicas do segmento, firmando o enfoque no uso de plataformas online, páginas digitais e mídias sociais, para aumentar o alcance de publicidade a nível global e atingir a satisfação e manutenção de seus clientes.

Social media is the new tool for marketing which helps in influencing shopper’s decision making process for buying goods and services. In the era of digitalisation and availability of so many social media platform marketers are now looking forward towards social media for the launching and for promotion of their products. YouTube is selected as social media platform using to influence the shoppers for this research. As in this digital era YouTube advertisements have become the major source to reach mass audience hence making YouTube to become the new marketing tool for businesses to influence the shoppers by collaborating with popular youtubers as well as by posting non skip able and skip able advertisements before the starting of any video. So the role of YouTube in influencing buying choices of shoppers was analyse with the help of secondary data, which is collected from Amity University Digital Library and Google Scholar. The data was analysed and found that people actually get influence from YouTube advertisements and it is a game changer for the businesses as by the recommendations provided by any popular youtuber for a product actually influences the people and most of the people actually end up buying the product and recommend it to their friends and family members as well.

The covid-19 resulted in broad range of spread throughout the world in which India has also became a prey of it and in this situation the means of media is extensively inϑluencing the mentality of the people. Media always played a role of loop between society and sources of information. In this epidemic also media is playing a vital role in shaping the reaction in ϑirst place for both good and ill by providing important facts regarding symptoms of Corona virus, preventive measures against the virus and also how to deal with any suspect of disease to overcome covid-19. On the other hand, there are endless people who spread endless rumours overs social media and are adversely affecting life of people but we always count on media because they provide us with valuable answers to our questions, facts and everything in need. Media always remains on top of the line when it comes to stop the out spread of rumours which are surely dangerous kind of information for society. So on our side we should react fairly and maturely to handle the situation to keep it in the favour of humanity and help government not only to ϑight this pandemic but also the info emic.

Electronic patient education and communications, such as email, text messaging, and social media, are on the rise in healthcare today. This article explores potential uses of technology to seek solutions in healthcare for such challenges as modifying behaviors related to chronic conditions, improving efficiency, and decreasing costs. A brief discussion highlights the role of technologies in healthcare informatics and considers two theoretical bases for technology implementation. Discussion focuses more extensively on the ability and advantages of electronic communication technology, such as e-mail, social media, text messaging, and electronic health records, to enhance patient-provider e-communications in nursing today. Effectiveness of e-communication in healthcare is explored, including recent and emerging applications designed to improve patient–provider connections and review of current evidence supporting positive outcomes. The conclusion addresses the vision of nurses’ place in the vanguard of these developments.

Riau Islands, which are identical with the fishermen's profession for the people, has the potential to process marine products into superior products. One area that work as a fisherman is Kampung Rempang Cate. This village is located in Galang sub-district, Batam City. Fish catches are processed into food and souvenirs such as fish crackers, rose cakes, lung crackers, empek-empek and others. This village has internet so that people can access social media, but it has not been fully utilized in the economic field. Social media can be used as a media for promoting products and has the potential to improve the economy of the community. Bad weather sometimes happens, causing fishermen not possible to go to sea. When this happens, people can process resource from the sea into food or souvenir that can be sold to other regions such as Batam City through digital marketing. The purpose of this community engagement is to provide training on how to promote products from fish catches and other resources through digital marketing. The community no longer needs to sell processed products directly to Batam City, with no small costs and uncertain buyers. The current positive impact that has been seen is the increase in people's knowledge and insights into digital marketing and improving the community's economy from the implementation of activities.

Emerging businesses face the daily challenge of competing in a world where major brands use their complete artillery to communicate and attract customers, and where small businesses are the most affected, so they should be more intelligent and daring to compete in the daily market. Here, the authors study the theory of digital marketing as a communication tool for emerging businesses and its benefits according to different authors. As a result, they propose the EComPymes model, where the appropriate basic tools for these type of companies are shown; thus, content generation through social media, mobile marketing, and email are the main options, not only for starting a business but competing with low budgets.
