PD Pasar Jaya manages 153 markets spread across Jakarta. Market building is a place of public services, in order to provide excellent service to the community, it is important to maintain it properly. Maintenance management of PD Pasar Jaya is still far from the expected. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of directly and indirectly from the condition of the building and maintenance resources to user satisfaction through maintenance management. The research method is by taking a sample of 14 buildings market, then use the check list building condition assessment visually and dissemination of survey questionnaires to 216 respondents, namely the market manager, the kiosk, and visitors. The questionnaire consisted of four variables: the condition of the building (X1), maintenance resources (X2), as an variable, independent maintenance management (Y) as variable, an intervening while user satisfaction (Z) as the dependent variable. Furthermore, assessment data is processed by the descriptive analysis of the building, while the questionnaire survey data processed by path analysis using linear regression with SPSS ver. 22. The results of assessment of 14 buildings is a market average of 78 of the highest value of 100, this means that the condition of the building is being with only minor damage. The total yield of the influence of the condition of the building (42.38%) and maintenance resources (25.01%) towards satisfaction of a user through maintenance management (1.26%) is 68.65%.

University buildings are a significant part of university assets and considerable resources are committed to their design, construction and maintenance. The core of maintenance management is to optimize productivity and user satisfaction with optimum resources. An important segment in the maintenance management system is the analysis of criteria that influence building maintenance. Therefore, this paper aims to identify quantify, rank and discuss the criteria that influence maintenance costs, maintenance backlogs, productivity and user satisfaction in Malaysian university buildings. The paper reviews the related literature and presents the outcomes of a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires were administered on 50 university maintenance organizations. Thirty-one criteria were addressed to the university maintenance organizations to evaluate the degree to which each of the criteria influences building maintenance management. With a 66% response rate, it was concluded that the consideration of the criteria is critical to the university building maintenance management system. The quality of components and materials, budget constraints and the age of the building were found to be the most influential criteria but information on user performance satisfaction, problems associated with in-house workforce and shortage of materials and components were the least influential criteria. The paper also outlined that maintenance management is a strategic function in university administration.

ABSTRACT Excellent service is part of the target PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to maximize efforts in innovation services, one of which implementation is the existence of Bogor Station, This study uses a quantitative approach, according to the basic assumptions axiology quantitative approach seeks explanation of the relationship between the variables studied, while the research method used is descriptive analysis, which aims to explain or describe further the pattern of correlation, the relationship between two or more variables studied, technique of analysis by analyzing the performance of services with Servqual Service, methods of science and CSI and utility station facilities in terms of user services based on standards Minimum service station where respondents are users of services in Bogor Station. Based on the analysis we can conclude CSI scores of this study is 62%, which indicates the overall service of Bogor Station are included in the category quite satisfied and there are five attributes that a top priority for immediate improved performance, among others, the availability of the number of toilets, availability and comfort of the lounge (waiting room) passengers, cleanliness and comfort toilet, comfort and ease up/down passenger (Peron) and the availability of information and the announcement of train travel. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) untuk memaksimalkan upaya dalam inovasi pelayanannya, dimana salah satunya implementasinya adalah dengan keberadaan Stasiun Bogor, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menurut asumsi dasar aksiologi pendekatan kuantitatif berusaha mencari penjelasan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau mendiskripsikan lebih jauh pola hubungan korelasi, keterkaitan antara dua atau lebih variabel yang diteliti, teknik analisis dengan menganalisa kinerja pelayanan dengan Servqual Service, metode IPA lalu CSI dan utilitas fasilitas stasiun ditinjau dari pengguna jasa berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimum Stasiun dimana respondennya yaitu pengguna jasa di Stasiun Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan nilai CSI dari penelitian ini yaitu 62 % yang mengindikasikan secara keseluruhan pelayanan Stasiun Bogor termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas dan terdapat 5 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera ditingkatkan kinerjanya antara lain, ketersediaan jumlah toilet, ketersediaan dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu (waiting room) penumpang, kebersihan dan kenyamanan toilet, kenyamanan dan kemudahan naik/turun penumpang (Peron) dan ketersediaan informasi dan pengumuman perjalanan kereta api. RSUD Sayang as the only Class B hospital that has become a reference in Cianjur Regency with the problem of lack of rooms in IRNA VIP Flamboyan. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of the Flamboyant IRNA Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) analysis. Emphasis is placed on functional aspects because the age of the building is>10 years old so that it is suspected that the building function does not meet IRNA VIP requirements which results in a low level of user satisfaction. The research method is qualitative with descriptive analysis to objectively analyze the existing condition of the building. The analysis shows that the condition of the VIP class building has not met the standard of inpatient rooms and the functional aspects of the building have not been met so that residents feel uncomfortable

Purpose Several public-rented residential buildings in the Jakarta province are in slum conditions. The purpose of this paper is to propose an alternative maintenance strategy to be adopted by public-rented residential buildings to avoid the creation of slum conditions. Design/methodology/approach Qualitative and quantitative methods were adopted. The research first identified factors in maintenance management that affect the physical condition of a building through literature review and preliminary interview with the building occupants and building staffs. The factors are then used to develop a questionnaire that is distributed to 856 respondents in four buildings in East Jakarta. Only 552 completed questionnaires were used to identify the dominant factors through descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of each answer. Findings The research found that the dominant factors in maintenance management, which influence the creation of slums condition in public-rented residential building are the level of damage and quality deterioration of the building material and the level of building maintenance budget availability. Research limitations/implications The maintenance situation and regulation regarding public-rented residential buildings in other provinces in Indonesia may not be the same with Jakarta Province due to the local autonomy and local problems. Therefore, the result from this research might not be applicable in other provinces in Indonesia. Originality/value This research identifies the factors in maintenance management, which affect the creation of slum conditions in public-rented residential buildings so that necessary maintenance measures can be carried out by the agency in charge.

Leuwipanjang terminal is a passenger terminal serving AKDP and AKAP. UPTD Terminal is required to provide convenient facilities for passengers during activities within the Terminal. Physically, terminal facilities cover two important aspects of maintenance and availability of terminal facilities. Therefore, to know the physical performance of the terminal, conducted a review of the results of maintenance and service. This study aims to determine the perception of passengers on the maintenance results by UPTD Terminal and Terminal physical facilities services. The research method used is descriptive research method. While the data collection techniques used include observation and questionnaires. Analysis of data processing using descriptive analysis and theoretical comparison analysis. From the result of research, it can be concluded that the study of maintenance activity is considered not good. While the study of terminal services is considered quite good. In this regard, it is necessary to improve the quality of cleanliness and the quality of the room, as well as to review the terminal services by creating safety, security, reliability and regularity, convenience, convenience or affordability, and equity.Key Word: Passenger terminal, physical condition of the building, maintenance activities, terminal servicesTerminal Leuwipanjang merupakan terminal penumpang yang melayani AKDP dan AKAP. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui kinerja fisik terminal, dilakukan kajian terhadap hasil pemeliharaan dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi penumpang terhadap hasil pemeliharaan oleh UPTD Terminal dan pelayanan fasilitas fisik Terminal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis perbandingan secara teoritis. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kajian terhadap kegiatan pemeliharaan dinilai kurang baik. Sedangkan kajian terhadap pelayanan terminal dinilai cukup baik. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan peningkatan kualitas kebersihan dan mutu ruangan, serta upaya mengkaji pelayanan terminal dengan menciptakan keselamatan, keamanan, keandalan dan keteraturan, kenyamanan, kemudahan atau keterjangkauan, serta kesetaraan.Kata Kunci: Terminal penumpang, kondisi fisik bangunan gedung, kegiata pemeliharaan, pelayanan terminal

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Abstract: This research is a comparative literary study that uses Malay and Javanese versions of Mahabarata text sources. The research objects used were the text edition of Pandhawa Gubah (PG) by Sudibjo Z. Hadisutjipto and the text of Cheritera Pandawa Lima (CPL) by Khalid Hussain. The research method used is descriptive-analysis method. In the comparative study used a comparative literary theory proposed by Endraswara (2011). The results of the text comparison reveal the similarities and differences in the image of Bima figures in the Javanese and Malay versions. The equation as a whole is that both texts contain the same heroic storyline and heroic character, Bima. In addition, Indian influence is still evident in the two texts seen from the nuances of Hinduism that exist in both texts. While the difference is seen in the events that accompany Bima's struggle in achieving his victory. Based on these similarities and differences, it can be seen that the authors attempt to represent the concept of metaphysical interactions vertically and horizontally expressed through PG text. --- Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah satu kajian sastra bandingan yang menggunakan sumber teks Mahabarata versi Melayu dan Jawa. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah edisi teks Pandhawa Gubah (PG) karya Sudibjo Z. Hadisutjipto dan teks Cheritera Pandawa Lima (CPL) karya Khalid Hussain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-analisis. Dalam telaah perbandingan digunakan teori sastra bandingan yang dikemukakan Endraswara (2011). Hasil perbandingan teks mengungkapkan adanya persamaan dan perbedaan citra tokoh Bima dalam versi Jawa maupun versi Melayu. Persamaan secara keseluruhan adalah kedua teks tersebut mengandung alur cerita kepahlawanan dan tokoh pahlawan yang sama yaitu Bima. Selain itu, pengaruh India masih tampak dalam kedua teks tersebut dilihat dari nuansa Hinduisme yang ada dalam kedua teks. Sementara perbedaannya tampak pada peristiwa-peristiwa yang menyertai perjuangan Bima dalam mencapai kemenangannya. Berdasarkan persamaan dan perbedaan tersebut tampak adanya upaya penulis untuk merepresentasikan konsep interaksi metafisik secara vertikal dan horizontal yang diungkapkan melalui teks PG.

Submission of Certificate of Origin (e-Form D) is conducted through a three-layer system named ASW Gateway, LNSW, and CEISA has raised issues related to the period/time of receipt of e-Form D given by customs authorities for the purposes of charging preferential tariffs in the ATIGA scheme. This article aims to analyze the legal certainty in submitting e-Form D to the customs authorities in the importing country, in this case, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for the purpose of charging preferential tariffs, so that it can be in line with the presentation principle based on the ATIGA OCP and Indonesian domestic legal provisions. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis and normative qualitative to draw conclusions. Based on the research, it was concluded that with regard to the submission of e-Form D, Customs and Excise Officials must have confidence based on factual evidence to determine whether the principle of submission of e-Form D has been accomplished or refused when an interruption in the ASW Gateway, LNSW or CEISA happened so the Customs Officer and Excise can determine tariffs based on OCP as well as domestic law in force in Indonesia.Keywords: ATIGA, Customs Authority, Directorate General of Customs and Excise, e-Form D, Tariffs Preference.ABSTRAK: Penyerahan SKA e-Form D dilakukan melalui tiga layer system yakni ASW Gateway, LNSW, dan CEISA memunculkan permasalahan terkait dengan jangka waktu/saat diterimanya e-Form D oleh otoritas kepabeanan untuk kepentingan pengenaan tarif preferensi dalam skema ATIGA. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kepastian hukum dalam penyerahan e-Form D ke otoritas kepabeanan di negara importir, dalam hal ini Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai untuk kepentingan pengenaan tarif preferensi, sehingga dapat sejalan dengan prinsip presentasi berdasarkan OCP ATIGA dan ketentuan hukum domestik Indonesia. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif secara deskriptif analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa berkenaan dengan penyerahan e-Form D, Pejabat Bea dan Cukai harus memiliki keyakinan berdasarkan bukti faktual untuk menentukan apakah prinsip penyerahan e-Form D sudah dipenuhi/tidak ketika terjadi gangguan pada ASW Gateway, LNSW atau CEISA sehingga Pejabat Bea dan Cukai dapat menentukan tarif berdasarkan OCP maupun hukum domestik yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: ATIGA, Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, e-Form D, Otoritas Kepabeanan, Tarif Preferensi.

This meta-analysis examines the studies on groupware published between the years 2010 and 2020. Descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the distribution of studies in terms of publication year, time–space matrix category, targeted sectors, research methods, and the academic field of the journals that published these studies. Although groupware played a significant role in communication, collaboration, and coordination of users in various collaborative work conditions and sectors, the majority of studies focused on asynchronous and distributed collaborative work environments in the software engineering field, and the research method preferred was design science.
