The human body is shown to have their own radiation that emits at certain frequencies into the space surround the body. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the characteristic of human electromagnetic radiation among kidney disease patients and non-kidney disease participants. The body radiation frequencies are measured using body radiation wave detector at twenty-two points of the human body. The properties of human electromagnetic radiation are evaluated using statistical analysis of dependent t-test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank test and independent t-test of Mann-Whitney U test. Significant results with the Sig. value below 0.05 are shown in lower body, torso, chakra, arm and upper body, thus indicates the characteristic differences of human electromagnetic radiation frequency between kidney disease patients and non-kidney disease participants.

Hemoglobin is the red pigment-protein contained in red blood cells. The function of hemoglobin is to transport oxygen from the lungs and in the bloodstream to be carried to the tissues. Hemoglobin can increase by increasing the intake of iron in the body. One way to increase hemoglobin can be done by giving method Infused Water Dates. Infused water is a drink consisting of plain water with fresh fruit added and soaking or settling together for a certain time. The making of infused water is carried out by soaking for a period of 0 to 12 hours, so that the infused water becomes a liquid medium that carries more nutrients than ordinary water and will be more easily absorbed by cells and distributed throughout the body (Sidauruk, 2018 ). In several studies, it is stated that dates can increase hemoglobin levels in the blood. Where dates contain iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein to form red blood cells. With the method, Infused Water the date palm water becomes alkaline so that it can accelerate the absorption process in the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of dates infused water provision to increase hemoglobin levels of midwifery adolescent girls at Medan Health Polytechnic in 2020. This research was quasi-experimental study using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Without Control Design approach. The sample in this study were 20 respondents of midwifery adolescent girls from Medan Health Polytechnic, using the technique of purposive sampling. The statistical test used wa the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test because the data was not normal. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained the value of P-Value = 0.001. So it can be concluded that the date infused water  is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels of midwifery adolescent girls at Medan Health Polytechnic in 2020.   Keywords: Dates Infused Water, Increased Hemoglobin Levels, Girls Adolescent

Diabetes mellitus is one of cronical degenerative disease. The prevalence of sufferers continues to increase every year, one of the non-pharmacological therapies is exercise such as gymnastics prolanis DM and walking exercises to decrease the glucose level by the body muscles during the physical body. Objective this research is to find out the effectiveness of Prolanis and walking exercises in reducing blood sugar levels in DM patients type II. Method this study uses the Quasi experiment with pre and post with two group design. The study population was 92 DM patients type II with a sample of 82 people. Glucometer (Auto check blood glucose monitor) is used to collect the data. Wiloxon Test is used to analyze the statistical data. Results the research shows that the value of Prolanis Exercises (DM) is p=0.002 which means a significant influence on decrease of the sugar level of DM patients type II. Meanwhile the value of walking exercises is p=0.001. From the statistic test of WIlconxon Signed Rank Test, It obtained Z correlation = 7.886. It means that there is a significant correlation between Prolanis and walking exercises towards the decrease of blood sugar level of Diabetes Mellitus patients type II. Physical activities done regularly, measurably, and correctly are suggested to be considered as non-pharmacological therapies for Diabetes Mellitus patients type II to decrease blood sugar level. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan program kampung UKM digital pada Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet Sendangsari Pajangan Bantul yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital dari Pemerintah Daerah Bantul. Sanggar Batik Kayu di dusun Krebet yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital sebanyak 5 sanggar. Omzet penjualan yang dipakai adalah omzet yang didapatkan melalui pemasaran konvensional dan <em>online</em> melalui; <em>Facebook, Instagram, Website, Blanja.com, dan Qlapa.</em></p><p>Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data campuran. Data diperoleh dari 5 Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet yang mendapatkan hibah program kampung UKM digital. Metode analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan <em>uji paired sample t test</em> dan <em>uji wilxocon signed rank test</em>.</p><p>Hasil penelitian yang di dapat dengan menggunakan uji <em>paired sample t test</em> menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital dengan <em>uji paired sample t test, </em>adapun hasil uji taraf sig-2 tailed 0,36. Sedangkan hasil uji dengan <em>wilxocon signed rank test</em> mempunyai taraf nilai Z sebesar -2,023, dengan signifikansi 2- tailed sebesar 0,043. Artinya nilai signifikansi 0,043 &lt; 0,05, maka Hο ditolak atau ada perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital.</p><p> </p>

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penyerapan informasi oleh masyarakat dan menguji pemahaman masyarakat terhadap media pembuatan kartu pencari kerja online Dinas Kominfo Kota Batam. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan survei, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden (30 responden pengujian video dan 30 responden pengujian website) pada usia produktif dalam bekerja. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pengujian tes yang dilakukan kepada responden berupa pemberian 10 pertanyaan sebelum dan setelah diperlihatkan media. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription Preview untuk Uji Shapiro-Wilk, Paired Sample T Test dan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dari data yang telah didapat dari pengujian tes. Didapat hasil dari pengujian Shapiro-Wilk pada sebelum dan setelah diperlihatkan video “Aplikasi Pelayanan Online Kecamatan (APOK) bagian Kartu Pencari Kerja” yaitu sebaran data pengujian tersebut berdistribusi normal dan mendapat nilai 0,0075 < 0,025 pada pengujian Paired Sample T-Test. Selanjutnya, didapat hasil dari pengujian Shapiro-Wilk pada sebelum dan setelah diperlihatkan website https://apok.batam.go.id/ bagian kartu pencari kerja yaitu sebaran data pengujian tersebut tidak berdistribusi normal dan mendapat nilai 0,001 < 0,05 pada pengujian Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.

Uric acid is the final result of purine metabolism in the body, which excreted through urine. In gout conditions, there is uric acid crystals deposit in joints. In the women's uric acid levels did not increase until menopause because estrogen helps to increase spending uric acid in the kidneys by reducing the amount of uric acid reabsorption. Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl is a plant that has medicinal properties to treat gout because Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl contains flavonoids that can lower uric acid by the mechanism of resistance to the activity of xanthine oxidase on purine bases so that it will reduce production of uric acid. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl’s decoction water on uric acid’s level in postmenopausal women in RW 01 Kelurahan Kebonsari Sukun Malang. This research is Pre Experiment with one group pre-post test design. Using 24 postmenopausal women who suffer from uric acid with total sampling technique. Test data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test on the significant level α = 0.05. The results showed 87.5% of respondents had decreased levels of uric acid and 12.5% of respondents did not experience changes in uric acid’s level or are likely to remain. Results of analysis of test data with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Zhitung obtained (-4.02) < ZTable (1,96). It’s means there is influence of Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl’s decoction water to reduction of uric acid levels in postmenopausal women. The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy to women depression who are living with HIV that’s infected by her husband. This study involved two variables, depression as dependent variable and cognitive-behavioral therapy as independent variable. Depression is emotional condition that following attibutes: spesific alteration in mood, a negative self-concept, regressive and self-punitive wishes, vegetative changes, and change in activity level. While cognitive-behavioral therapy is a cognitive and behavioral therapy for helping depression. Cognitive therapy is used for changing the maladaptive thought, and behavioral therapy is used for relaxing the body and brain or decreasing the physical problems.This study was pre-experimental study that involved two depression women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. Beck Depression Inventory is used for collecting data, it consists of 21 statements to determine the depression of women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. Data analysis was done by non-parametric analysis, and the technique for calculated data was Wicoxon signed-rank test with SPSS 18.00 for windows.The calculation of Wicoxon signed-rank test based on the positive ranks was z = -1.342 and the result of the significance was p = 0.180(p < 0.05). It explained that the treatment was not effective for decrease the depression of women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. However, that result was contrary with the real condition that the scores of BDI showed the reducing of depression. That result was also supported by the interview records. This quasi-experimental research examined the effects of the process/genre approach (PGA) with the integration of blogs in EFL university-level students’ writing classrooms. This was a mixed-method study in which the participants’ essays and adopted questionnaires contributed to accumulating quantitative data while the interviews and observations provided qualitative data. The study took place over ten weeks at a university in central Taiwan in which paper-pencil instruction was applied in the control group, while blog instruction was employed for the experimental group. The students’ essays were computed by applying a paired-sample t-test, and the questionnaires were analysed by applying a Wilcoxon signed-rank test to determine whether there were any statistically significant differences in terms of the students’ writing performance and perceptions toward the PGA and blog writing after comparing the results of the pre-test and the post-test. The qualitative data was analysed to provide in-depth evidence to support the quantitative results. After the data analysis was completed, the paired-sample t-test demonstrated that there were significant differences in terms of the students’ writing performance in both groups, which demonstrates how the PGA developed the EFL university students’ writing performance. Because the students had more interactive opportunities to be exposed to the language inputs, this approach facilitated their English writing performance. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test presented that the students revealed positive attitudes toward writing blogs and also positive affections toward blog writing because they had higher levels of satisfaction and lower levels of apprehension when blogging. Moreover, there was a significant difference in terms of the factor of “learning with peers” in the control group since the PGA provided more interactive and communicative opportunities. The students also indicated greater understanding about their writing samples in the experimental group, since they were allowed to refer to the instructional contents on the blogs anytime and anywhere.

Most prevalent diseases in the elderly is of Non-Infectious Diseases, one of which is hypertension. Hypertension is a silent killer which symptoms can various in each others and similar with the symptoms of other diseases. 25.8% hypertension, causes at least 45% of deaths due to heart disease and 51% of deaths due to stroke. The kind of treatment consist of pharmacology and nonpharmacology. One of the non-pharmacology tretment is acupressur therapy The purpose of this study to determine the emphasis effect of acupressure points Taixi (Ki3), Sanyinjiao (SP6) to reduction blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in PSTW Jember. The study design used is quasy experiment one group pretest posttest. Samples taken by simple random sampling, that is the elderly aged over 60 years with hypertension in Jember PSTW as many as 20 person. After the acupressure therapy mostly elderly blood pressure is decreased. The results were analyzed using SPSS with paired sample t-test if normal data distribution and the Wilcoxon signed rank test if data distribution is not normal. Results of analysis using paired samples t-test showed that the value of systole p = 0.001 (p < α). This research of the value of MAP p= 0.000 (p < α) and diastole using the Wilcoxon signed rank test was obtained p = 0.004 (p < α ) mean that suppression effect of acupressure points Taixi (Ki3) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) effective to decrease blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in PSTW Jember

The study purpose was to determine the effectiveness of a differentiated approach to aqua fitness classes with women of the first period of adulthood. Materials and methods. 30 adult women, whose average age was 30.57 years, took part in the study. The study was conducted during 2019-2020. Anthropometric measurements included body length, body weight, chest, shoulder, calf, thigh, waist, buttocks and wrist circumferences. To determine the overweight we calculated the body mass index. Measurements were taken at the end of each mesocycle of wellness training. Statistical analysis covered determination of mean, standard deviation, reliability of the differences (Wilcoxon signed-rank test). Results. The effectiveness of a differentiated approach to aqua fitness classes was proven by improvement of women’s body type. By the end of the study, there were no women with obesity class II and underweight. The number of women with obesity class I decreased by 3.33%. The number of women with normal body weight increased by 13.37%. Conclusions. The implementation of a differentiated approach to aqua fitness classes with adult women has significantly corrected their body proportions. This allows recommending a differentiated approach according to a body type to implement into aqua fitness classes.

Objective The purpose of the current study was to determine the dynamic knee valgus angulation (DKVA) among sedentary young adults and the relationship of DKVA with triple hop distance and athletic single leg stability. Methods A cross sectional study was conducted on a sample of 72 healthy sedentary young adults aged 18-26 years out of which 29 (38.33%) were males and 43 (61.76%) were females. DKVA, single leg triple hop distance and athletic single leg stability were the outcome measurements for the study. Shapiro-Wilk and Kolmogorov Smirnov tests were used to determine normality of data. Independent t-test and Mann Whitney-U test were used for gender based comparison, paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test for comparing values of right and left leg, Freidman test for comparing the values of DKVA in different tasks and Pearson and Spearman correlation was used to determine relationship between two variables. Confidence interval was kept at 95% and p<0.05 was considered significant. Results DKVA was found to be lower for dominant leg in all tasks, and higher for single leg tasks as compared to drop jump screening test for both legs. Greater values of DKVA were observed in females in all tasks. Single leg triple hop distance and athletic single leg stability scores were higher in males as compared to females.
