The actuality of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that the level of professional competence of future teachers of the natural-science subjects largely depends on the quality of mathematical training, which is largely provided by the use of computer technologies in higher mathematics classes. Information technologies are indispensable for the effective organization of the educational process in the modern conditions of teaching the course of mathematical disciplines. As a result of the study of this problem, the authors used methods that allowed defining the definition of mathematical competences of teachers of natural-science disciplines (theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature) and confirming the effectiveness of using information technologies in higher mathematics classes (pedagogical experiment). The main results of the research consist in the allocation of four levels of mathematical competences (low, medium, high, very high), and in the definition of the system of basic mathematical competencies. The obtained results allow to answer the question how on the basis of computer technologies to develop the mathematical competencies of future teachers of the natural-science disciplines more effectively, and, supplementing the existing theory of higher education, contribute to solving the issues of motivation for teaching higher mathematics.

The main mechanism that guarantees the quality of education in Republic of Belarus is based on the state educational standards. According to the current standards, the aim of professional training is to obtain an integrat-ed result: expert (professional) skills coupled with solid general education. This education is build upon the de-velopment of a common system of competences. Therefore, the quality of professional education is strongly con-nected with the problem of the specialist (who has to possess all necessary skills and competencies) formation method. The problem includes development and advancing of the system of competences in the conditions of the current educational process and elaboration of an evaluation methodology and techniques for this system. Taking into account, that the educational process of high school professional training in Belarus includes the studying of four cycles of disciplines (socially-humanitarian, natural-science, general professional and special professional), it is essential to investigate the influence of each of the cycles on the final system of competences formation. In the present article, the capability of the natural-science disciplines cycle for the handling of the pro-fessional system of competences development is discussed in reference to military specialties. It has been found that during the professional disciplines studying, the replacement (but not integration) of the knowledge received at the previous stage of the natural-science cycle is taking place. It interferes with prin-cipal understanding of natural sciences as a fundamental basis for the professional competence; it does not pro-mote the recognition of cultural and social importance of natural sciences; and, consequently, it does not support the formation of general orientation on continuous self-education in the field of natural sciences. And that is con-sidering that insufficiency of natural-science culture of graduates of military high schools can lead to possible serious economic consequences for the country and risks in the field of national safety. In the course of the experiment, the didactic conditions have been formulated and the model of the peda-gogical process, directed to the elaboration of a persistent natural-science system of competences, has been devel-oped and approved. The incorporation of the conditions and the process does not assume an essential transfor-mation of the volume and structure of class hours allocated to the studying of natural-science disciplines. Intro-duction of the course "Fundamentals of modern natural sciences » in syllabus of the internal security troops de-partment of military academy of Belarus is essentially new. The technique of examination of the integrative abilities of students with use of the methods of fuzzy mathematics was applied for the evaluation of the developed model efficiency. The interest to this method is caused by the possibility use this approach to deal with estimations of competences, which cannot be unequivo-cally structured in an algorithm presentation by definition. In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

The paper considers modern information technologies, which are the basis of the process of informatization of education. The process of improving the quality of training specialists in the context of developing a system of general and vocational education is researched. The author analyzes the definition of informational educational environment. It is substantiated that online education is a factor in increasing the level of access to education and has certain advantages over traditional types of knowledge, providing flexibility through remote access to resources. Modern European educational initiatives are analyzed, informatization of education envisages development of informational and educational environment, essential role in creation of which is educational television. It is determined that today in the field of development of the information and telecommunication environment the main channels of data transmission, owned both by the state and non - state structures, which provide high - speed exchange of large flows of information between regions, are developing.

Modern educational information technologies are a powerful stimulus that allows to develop students’ cognitive activity, improves the quality of knowledge, promotes the development of skills of independent acquisition of knowledge. Therefore, the information and communication competence of future teachers is an integral and important component of their professional competence. One of the modern interactive pedagogical technologies, which demonstrates an example of integration of information technologies with common pedagogical technologies (project learning, role play, business game) is web-quest technology. The article considers the basic concepts of web-quest technology, the analysis of problems of preparation of students of pedagogical universities for development and use of a web-quest in the course of teaching schoolchildren Mathematics has been carried out with the emphasis on the need of purposeful preparation of future teachers for creation and use of web-quests in their professional activity. Information and technological support of the educational process is important for a clear organization of students’ accomplishing the stages of the web-quest and achievement of its educational, cognitive and developmental goals. The authors describe the advantages of using the e-learning environment Moodle as an integration tool for organizing work with web quests. Moodle allows not only to post the necessary materials and links to the resources online, but also to communicate between the teacher and quest participants through personal messages, chats, forums, seminars and to evaluate students’ achievements. The results of the web quest can also be displayed on the e-course page. The article offers training courses in Mathematics and methods of teaching Mathematics in the study of which it is advisable to use the technology of web-quest as one of the means of forming information and digital competence of students and also provides two examples of educational web quests. The first of them is designed for students of pedagogical universities and is aimed at mastering by them the course program «General methods of teaching Mathematics». Another web-quest gives students the opportunity to master the topic of «Text problems» in the course of Mathematics in a more profound way, to develop critical and logical thinking of students, as well as their research skills. Web-quest technology is an effective tool for integrating project method and information-communication technologies in education, and the use of web-quests in the educational process of a pedagogical university lays a solid foundation for the application of this tool in the further professional activity of a Mathematics teacher.

present paper addresses the issue of formation of foundations of pedagogical skills of future teachers. Due to the requirements of the concept of a New Ukrainian School, since a modern school needs a successful teacher who can solve professional problems in the quality of teaching, the use of interactive technologies in the educational process, and the establishment of its interaction between actors based on parity and cooperation. The article aims to determine the essence and components of teacher’s pedagogical skills and the peculiarities of their formation among the future teachers. The realization of the goal requires solving the following problems: 1) to reveal the essence of pedagogical skill and structure: 2) to offer various types of tasks to form the foundations of students’ pedagogical excellence. We used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis to clarify the essence and components of professional competence of future teachers, the definition of interactive methods and techniques for their effective formation in students; methods of generalization and systematization to formulate views on the interpretation of the essence of the concept of «pedagogical skills of a teacher». We defined the following teacher’s pedagogical skills as one of the most important and interconnected at each level of teacher training and self-improvement: readiness to perform professional pedagogical activity; integrating pedagogical creativity; professionally essential qualities; individual and activity components of pedagogical skills. We proposed tasks to form the individual (professionally important qualities) and activity (build a competent model, create a «value profile of an individual», readiness to fulfil the professional role as a teacher − innovator, coach, facilitator, tutor, mentor) components of future teacher’s pedagogical skills. We emphasize the importance of using pedagogical empowerment as future teachers’ ability to demonstrate pedagogical skills and confident implementation of professional activities.

The article describes specific features of the organization of training at the Academy of the FPS of Russia in the interaction of a teacher and cadets in the context of restrictions on contact work associated with countering the spread of the new corona-virus infection. The aim of the work was to substantiate the effectiveness of using the algorithmic method for the formation of sustainable skills in the implementation of the educational process through the use of distance technologies. The methodological framework of the study was made up of analysis, synthesis, induction, systematization and generalization. The study was carried out throughout a year at refresher courses and classes conducted by employees of the Department of Mathematics and Information Technologies of Management of the Academy of the FPS of Russia. As a result, it was found that to maintain the quality of education at a proper level, it is necessary to develop the computer literacy of teachers, familiarize them with modern innovative pedagogical technologies and features of their application; expand the variety of methods, forms and means of teaching used in the interaction of a teacher and students through information and communication networks. Conclusions are made about the importance of combining organizational, information-technical and methodological measures to improve the professional competence of the teaching staff and ensure the proper quality of education when switching to e-learning. The fact of maintaining the quality of education at the Academy of the FPS of Russia at a proper level was confirmed by the commission of experts, which in 2021 conducted an accreditation examination in relation to the educational programs implemented. The described experience will be useful to the teaching staff of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The article describes the scientific basis for the formation of research competence of future teachers of natural sciences, substantiates the need for research to understand the essence of social, economic, and environmental phenomena, innovative solutions to professional problems. It is substantiated that research activity in a higher pedagogical educational institution is an essential objective condition for the holistic professional competence formation of a science teacher, which ensures the development of the research competence as an important quality of a modern specialist. The research of Ukrainian scientists on the formation of research competence of future teachers is analyzed, and the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework are highlighted, on the basis of which the category ‘research competence of future teachers of natural sciences’ is defined as an integrative quality of personality that characterizes their readiness to solve research (search, design, consulting, organizational and managerial) tasks by applying methods of scientific knowledge, application of the diagnostic approach in educational, scientific, natural and managerial activities and which is expressed in the unity of value-motivational, cognitive and operational components. It is proposed to understand the process of systematic accumulation of positive quantitative and qualitative changes under the formation of research competence of future teachers of natural sciences, which allow applicants for higher education to effectively carry out educational, natural science research. The peculiarities of preparation of future teachers for research activities are considered, taking into account the following principles: scientific, systematic, a connection of theory with practice, continuity of the educational process, humanism and provide two main interrelated areas: teaching elements of research work, formation of research experience; actual research, which is conducted under the guidance of teachers. The system of preparation for research activities of future teachers of natural sciences is characterized, which is characterized by openness, dynamism, manageability, flexibility and provides three main components: theoretical, organizational, and methodological, and practical.

The article considers the peculiarities of the application of innovative, in particular, information technologies to develop communicative competence in English in the students of technical higher educational institutions. It is analyzed what the professional competence is, what are the tools of innovative technologies and how they can be used to form communicative competence in English in the students of technical higher educational institutions. It is highlighted that working with the help of information and computer technologies on the formation of communicative competence in English, students acquire and improve their professional competence and its integral components: ability to plan and control their work, understand the logic of decisions, competence in achieving the goal, and the desire to reach high quality of their work, as well as self-confidence. It is proved that the implementation of modern computer technologies into the educational process to form communicative competencies promotes more active and conscious assimilation of knowledge by students, creates a positive attitude of students to educational material, strengthens internal motivation to form communicative competence in English, stimulates students' interest in learning, promotes logical, creative thinking. It is noted that the problem of the formation of communicative competence in English for students of technical higher educational institutions to promote their further development as competitive specialists should be solved by means of integrating into the content and technology of formation of communicative competence in English structural components of training, such as attitudes, motives, knowledge, skills, experience, competencies.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested
