Availability of information is increasing rapidly, the method for encoding and storage of information also increased. The number of sources of information brings several problems, among them about how to combine the distributed data storage and different. Information on an organization or company is usually stored in separate locations and different formats. When there is an increase in storage capacity and the amount of information search costs, the company faced with an abundance amount of data. System development methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with a development framework Guidlines for Rapid Application Engineering (GRAPPLE). The software used in building this application is Borland Jbuilder 9. Rational Rose 2000 is used for the analysis and design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Mysql server is a type of database to be accessed on each operating system. Operating system used in this study is Windows XP and Linux Fedora Core. This application was developed with aglets, which is one of software for building mobile agent applications.

 The basis of bureaucratic reform is the reform of human resources management. One supporting factor is the development of an employee database. To support the management of human resources required including data warehouse and business intelligent tools. The data warehouse is an integrated concept of reliable data storage to provide support to all the needs of the data analysis. In this study developed a data warehouse using the data-driven approach to the source data comes from SIMPEG, SAPK and electronic presence. Data warehouses are designed using the nine steps methodology and unified modeling language (UML) notation. Extract transform load (ETL) is done by using Pentaho Data Integration by applying transformation maps. Furthermore, to help human resource management, the system is built to perform online analytical processing (OLAP) to facilitate web-based information. In this study generated BI application development framework with Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and OLAP operations are built using the dynamic query generation, PivotTable, and HighChart to present information about PNS, CPNS, Retirement, Kenpa and Presence

Mobile agents gained immense attraction as a new programming concept for implementing distributed applications. However, up to now mobile agent programming has been mainly technology driven, with a focus on the implementation of mobile agent platforms and only small programming applications. In this chapter, we present an extension of the standard UML that provides language concepts for modeling mobility both in analysis and design phases. This extended version of UML is applied to the modeling of an advanced telecommunication system.

Rental is a service provider that provides vehicle rental services. Currently, there are still many rental businesses that use manual systems for data processing which results in less efficient and slow work. Lack of information also makes it difficult for prospective tenants to find out the vehicle you want to rent. Making this application design aims to help facilitate ordering and information. This vehicle rental application will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which visualizes the modeling using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Then the programming language that will be planned is JAVA language, with the MYSQL database as data storage. Meanwhile, the application development uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2. This system will provide results in the form of rental information and ordering transactions to facilitate vehicle rental activities.

The establishment of the Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU) Human Initiative as one of the non-governmental institutions. Concentration on humanitarian issues should have a public service standard such as a SIM (Management Information System) the goal is to fulfill role processing needs in channel qurban with modern management where more days the number of donors is getting more increase so that requires management to improve service quality. Therefore the writer analyzed and designed the Qurban Management Information System at PKPU Jakarta East. The method used in Job Training (PKL) is Rapid Application Development (RAD) through the Requirement Planning and Workshop Design stages with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) so as to produce analysis and design of Information Systems Qurban Management (SIMAQ), from the results of street vendors the authors analyze and design include: integrate donor data management starting from collection transactions up to reporting on distribution or distribution of qurban animals, the author designs starting from the use case diagram that will explain the sequence of activities performed by actors and systems to achieve the system needed, such as identification of actors, identification of use cases , design of use cases and use case narratives , activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams . Display of the system user interface qurban management information based on the duties and authority of each actor.

The Right

Insurance growth in Indonesia has recently experienced a pretty good increase, this is evidenced by the statistics of IKNB (Non-Bank Financial Industry) issued by the OJK (Financial Services Authority) in February 2020. In December 2018 the number of IKNB actors was 1260 and then increased every month until December 2019 IKNB actors totaled 1330. From these data IKNB actors experienced a pretty good increase, where insurance is included in the industry. With so many IKNB actors PT. SICO Andalan Utama, which is one of the companies engaged in the industry, is feeling the improvement. However, with this increase, insurance management, specifically claims management, is needed because caution is needed when deciding on a claim worthiness decision. So to overcome these problems this is what underlies the authors to propose the development of a Decision Support System for Insurance Claim Feasibility which will later be expected to avoid or at least reduce inaccuracies in determining the eligibility of a claim. This Decision System for Claims Feasibility Decision Support System was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development methodology as a path for developing the system. Whereas the DSS modeling uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. And also uses several Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Nation (BPMN), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) tools for analysis and design. In implementing the system the author uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a Database. The testing method uses White Box Testing, Black Box Testing and Usability Testing approaches. By implementing this system, it is expected to provide the right claim eligibility decisions.

Android is a widely used of technology. Location Based Service (LBS) is an android feature to find the location of user’s device by utilizing satellite facilities. Problems faced by the  students in Informatics of Faculty of Engineering are the limited number of lecturing rooms and the lack information of the use of those rooms. LBS feature on android will answer those existing problems. The methodology for development is Prototype by Pressman which has saveral stages namely (1) communication and initial data collection, (2) quick design, (3) formation of prototype, (4) evaluation of prototype, (5) improvement of prototype and (6) final production. Flowchart is made at analysis stage as well as Unified Modeling Language (UML) at the design stage.  The language programs are Java, JSON, SQLite. Map plans are designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 placed on the Google Map API where data storage is made in the Firebase and SQLite online databases as local databases with application development created by Android Studio. Application of Location Based Service (LBS) in Faculty of Engineering of University of  Palangka Raya is applied the Google Map API by each marker point being made which generates various radius. When the application user enters into each radius, it will produce a notification of room information that contains lectures taking place in the rooms. Java Spring is an application development framework for enterprise Java. It is an open source platform which is used to develop robust Java application easily. Spring can also be performed using MVC structure. The MVC architecture is based on Model View and Controller techniques, where the project structure or code is divided into three parts or sections which helps to categorize the code files and other files in an organized form. Model, View and Controller code are interrelated and often passes and fetches information from each other without having to put all code in a single file which can make testing the program easy. Testing the application while and after development is an integral part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Different techniques have been used to test the web application which is developed using Java Spring MVC architecture. And compares the results among all the three different techniques used to test the web application.

With the development of manufacturing automation and intelligent increasing speed, the construction in plant management information has been important tasks to promote business innovation ability, improve competitiveness and manufacturing execution. In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and object-oriented modeling technology were applied to model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the plant management information from requirement analysis to system implementation, including functional requirement model, static structural model, asset management time sequence chart, system physical model and so on. The visualized system analysis method and technology better planned the system design and improved the efficiency of the system development. It will play a guiding role in the object-oriented software development.
