This study aims to determine the relationship, and the influence of extrinsic learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This type of research is ex post research facto. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. The study population was 61 class X students. The research sample was class X1 with a total sample of 30 students. The analysis technique used was correlation techinique. Research results and data processing asymp value sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, meaning that there is a relationship between extrinsic learning motivation and student learning outcomes. The pearson correlation value of 0,934 is interpreted to have a very strong relationship. The value of R Square 0,872 means that the influence of extrinsic learning motivation on learning outcomes is 87,2%. Sig value 0,000 < 0,05 meaning that there is an influence on extrinsic learning motivation learnig outcomes of students.

Research aimed to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire likert scale models. Respondents are 64 students of Vocational High School in Bandung. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) the teacher pedagogic competence is in good enough category, student's learning motivation and student's learning result are in medium category, (2) pedagogic competence of teacher and student's learning motivation influences student learning result either partially or simultaneously .ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa.  Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah 64 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori cukup baik, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, (2) kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

This study aimed to investigate the correlation between teacher social competence, student learning motivation, and learning outcomes in English subject. The population of this study is all the students of Junior High School 1 Purbalingga academic year 2019/2020. The sample in this study is 90 students. The sampling technique is stratified convience sampling. In collecting data, there were some research instruments used; questionnaires and documentation. The research data were analyzed by Peason product-moment correlation. Based on the analysis and statistical quantification, it was found that the results of the study were (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher social competence and student learning outcomes as shown by the value of Pearson correlation coefficient 0.919; (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between student learning motivation and student learning outcomes as shown by the value of Pearson correlation coefficient 0.908; (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher social competence and student learning motivation as shown by the value of Pearson correlation coefficient 0.994. In conclusion, teachers’ social competence correlation is higher than students learning motivation. Therefore, the teachers should work on their social skill to improve student learning outcomes. On the other hand, the students needs to motivate themselves.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning independence and students' perceptions of the completeness of learning facilities with basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics at SMK 34 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 34 Jakarta with a total sample of 65 students of class X Electricity in the subjects of Basic Electricity and Electronics. The method used in the study is ex post facto with this type of qualitative research. This study uses the ex post facto method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained stated that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning independence and students' perceptions of the completeness of learning facilities with learning outcomes with a large value of r count = 0.725 and fcount = 34.38 with learning independence influencing learning outcomes by 52.56%. So that, it can be implied that the higher the independence of student learning and the more complete learning facilities available, the higher student learning outcomes, and vice versa, the lower the independence of student learning and the complete lack of learning facilities that exist make student learning outcomes also low.  Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika di SMKN 34 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 34 Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 siswa kelas X Listrik pada mata pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah ex post facto dengan jenis penelitian kunatitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dengan hasil belajar dengan besar nilai rhitung= 0,725 dan fhitung= 34,38 dengan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 52,56%. Sehingga, dapat diimplikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kemandirian belajar siswa dan semakin lengkap fasilitas belajar yang ada membuat hasil belajar siswa tinggi pula, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah kemandirian belajar siswa dan kurangnya lengkap fasilitas belajar yang ada membuat hasil belajar siswa rendah pula.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLASSROOM CLIMATE AND LEARNING MOTIVATION WITH STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESThis study aims to look at the relationship between classroom climate and learning motivation with student learning outcomes in Class XI Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. This study uses quantitative methods with ex post facto design. The population used in this study were students of Class XI Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. The study population was 122 students and the sample chosen was 67 students based on intrapolation calculations and then the distribution of samples using Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire and secondary data in the form of data on the average value of student tests. Data analysis techniques used in this study are simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a relationship between classroom climate and student learning outcomes of 0.595 with a percentage of 59.5% and a significance value of 0.000 so that rcount&#62; rtable or 0.595&#62; 0.201 could be said to be significant. Because r count&#62; r table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) There is a relationship of learning motivation with student learning outcomes of 0.744 with a percentage of 74.4% and a significance value of 0.000 so that rcount&#62; rtable or 0.744&#62; 0.201 can be said to be significant. Because r count&#62; r table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted; and (3) There is a relationship between classroom climate and learning motivation with student learning outcomes of 0.783 with a percentage of 78.3%. It can be concluded that classroom climate and learning motivation together have a correlation with student learning outcomes. This conclusion suggests that educators can optimize classrooms and provide awareness of the importance of learning and motivate students during the learning process, by creating a conducive classroom atmosphere and providing interesting learning methods so that students do not feel bored and bored, and feel safe and comfortable and excited in learning in class so that it will have implications for maximum learning outcomes.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian <em>ex post facto</em>. Responden penelitian sebanyak 38 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebar kepada mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif. Alat pengumpul data adalah <em>Google document. </em>Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi dosen dalam mengajar dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between lecturers' competences in teaching and student learning outcomes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan karakter semangat kebangsaan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan soal  yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan sampel 35 orang yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk melakukan uji asumsi ( normalitas dan linearitas) dan membuat hipotesis melalui uji korelasional. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi didapatkan nilai Pearson correlation 0,027 < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak atau  terdapat hubungan antara karakter semangat kebangsaan dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the character of the nationality of students correlates with the learning outcomes of SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is a quantitative research using a correlational quantitative type associative method. The data collection technique in this study was to use questionnaires or questionnaires and questions that were distributed to students with a sample of 35 people namely VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. With a population of all students of Muaro Jambi Middle School 1. Data analysis in this study uses a type of quantitative research using the SPSS program to test assumptions (normality and linearity) and make hypotheses through correlational tests. The results of the study show that using the correlation test obtained Pearson correlation value 0.027 <0.05, it can be stated that Ho is rejected or there is a relationship between the character of national spirit and student learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi.

Motivation is one of several things that determine the success of student learning. Without motivation, the learning process is difficult to achieve optimal success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XI. This type of research is quantitative research. The instruments used to collect data in this study were a learning interest questionnaire and multiple choice questions. The prerequisite test data analysis techniques were carried out including the correlation test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The data collection technique in this study used questions with 30 questions with momentum and impulse material changing regularly. The population of this study were students of class XI. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics. The data analysis requirements test used was a correlation test. The correlation test is used to determine how strong the relationship between the two data is whether the independent variable has a strong relationship to the dependent variable with the decision-making criteria, namely Sig. (2-tailed) < 𝛼 of 0.01. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is a significant positive influence between students' motivation to learn physics in class XI students on learning outcomes on momentum and impulse materials.

This study aimed to determine the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcome. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 106 students of vocational high school in Bandung. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that learning motivation a positive and significant influence on student learning outcome . Therefore, the student learning outcomes can be improved through improving the student learning motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar  terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa.

The low reading interests and learning motivation are the main problems in this study. That is due to the lack and support of families, schools, and communities to increase reading interests and learning motivation. This study aimed to determine the relationship of reading interests and learning motivation with the learning outcomes of science class V of primary school (elementary school). This type of research was ex-post facto research. The population of this study was 187 people. The sample was determined using random sampling techniques and 144 people were selected. The data collected was an interest in reading and student motivation to use questionnaire instruments and document recording. Data were analyzed by simple regression analysis, product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained first, the value of r count 0.832> r table 0.138 which means that there is a significant relationship between reading interests and science learning outcomes. Second, the value of r count 0.988> r table 0.138 which means there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes. Third, the value of r count 0.988> r table 0.164 which means that there is a significant relationship between reading interests and learning motivation with the results of learning science. The relationship shows that if students' reading interests and learning motivation is high, student learning outcomes tend to be high. It means that students' reading interests and learning motivation are very important to be instilled in the learning process to maintain good learning outcomes and improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to: (1) investigate the effect of Jigsaw cooperative learning on students learning outcomes; (2) find the difference in learning outcomes between high and low learning motivation and (3) find the interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes. The population of the study is students of grade IVa, IVb, IVc at SD Kasih Ibu Patumbak and the sample in this study is grade IVa with 35 students and grade IVb with 35 students. The results show that: (1) the average student learning outcomes of jigsaw cooperative learning is 28.40 while conventional is 24.14. Thus, students learning outcomes that get cooperative learning of jigsaw type are higher than conventional learning, (2) Students who have high motivation get an average value = 30.74, while low motivation is 22.72. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes having high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3) students learning outcomes  taught by jigsaw cooperative learning are high learning motivation groups (32.94), and low learning motivation groups (24.58), while students taught with conventional learning are high learning motivation groups (28.40 ), and low motivation groups (20,95). Thus, there is no interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes.
