Sebagai kelompok yang memiliki struktur, anggota, mekanisme organisasi serta fungsi-fungsi politik dan sosial keagamaan, Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) maupun Muhammadiyah membawa kepentingan misi dan dakwah masing-masing. PKS sebagai partai politik, fungsi-fungsi politik di antaranya berupa artikulasi kepentingan, sosialisasi politik, dan rekrutmen politik. Dibandingkan dengan Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi sosial keagamaan, fungsi-fungsi politik Muhammadiyah muncul sebagai bentuk respon terhadap kondisi perpolitikan yang tengah terjadi, sebagai bentuk arahan, pengelolaan, secara struktural organisasional terhadap anggota, amal usaha yang dimiliki serta jamaah Muhammadiyah. Dalam ranah politik keduanya berbeda. Dalam ranah dakwah keduanya berhimpitan. Belakangan politik dakwah melalui kelompok Tarbiyah-PKS memasuki Muhammadiyah seperti kasus yang terjadi di Yogyakarta. Topik bahasan tulisan ini akan mencermati dakwah kelompok Tarbiyah- PKS yang merangsek masuk ke dalam Muhammadiyah. Kasus yang terjadi dipahami sebagai gambaran dari fenomena politik dakwah PKS.Kata Kunci: Politik Dakwah, Tarbiyah-PKS, MuhammadiyahAs a group that has a structure, members, organizational mechanism and religious political and social functions, the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) and Muhammadiyah carry their respective mission and missionary interests. PKS as a political party, political functions include the articulation of interests, political socialization, and political recruitment. Compared to Muhammadiyah as a religious social organization, Muhammadiyah’s political functions emerged as a form of response to the political conditions that were happening, as a form of direction, management, structurally organizational towards members, business charities owned and congregations of Muhammadiyah. In the political sphere they are different. In the realm of da’wah both coincide. Later the propaganda politics through the Tarbiyah-PKS group entered Muhammadiyah as was the case in Yogyakarta. The topic of this article will look at the da’wah mission of the Tarbiyah-PKS group that pushed into Muhammadiyah. The case that occurred was understood as a picture of the political phenomenon of PKS propaganda.Keywords: Political Da’wah, Tarbiyah-PKS, Muhammadiyah

This research was conducted to see how Mohammad Natsir thought about the relationship between Islam and Pancasila. This study also explains the causes of Natsir's change of mind which initially supported Pancasila as part of Islam and later turned into an opponent of Pancasila in Konstituante on 11 November to 6 December 1957. The methodology used was a qualitative method by describing the results of the analysis carried out. The research data is obtained through a review of documents and scientific literature. The results of the study show that Mohammad Natsir's change of mind regarding the relationship between Islam and Pancasila was influenced by Mohammad Natsir's political socialization which began from Natsir's view of Islam influenced by the childhood environment (conditional and socio-cultural) in Minangkabau; direct influence from national figures such as Ahmad Hassan, H. Agus Salim, Sheikh Ahmad Syurkati and H. O Tjokroaminoto; the indirect influence of international figures throughout reading book such as Hassan Al-Banna, Amir Syakib Arselan, Rashid Ridha and Muhammad Abduh; the influence of Natsir's organization and political parties, namely Jong Islamieten Bond (JIB), Islamic Unity (Persis), and Masyumi political parties; and the influence of the political conditions at that time which made Natsir's views change, which initially accepted Pancasila and then became an opponent of the Pancasila. This research shown there are two patterns of Natsir's relationship with Pancasila, namely (1) Natsir accepted Pancasila and, (2) Natsir opposed Pancasila.

Muhammadiyah is one of the elements from the public room of Indonesia, it accepts amount of political policies from the power of nation and responses them as the tradition of its organization. The special characteristic of organization determines political communication that is used. In doing political communication, the political elite of Muhammadiyah has to be able to play very important role in a political system because it becomes determined part from the process of political socialization, political culture, political participation and political recruitment.

The success of the performance of the political recruitment function by Political Parties departs from its cadre mechanism. This is supported by the regeneration of a good and responsible wing organization of political parties. This study aims to determine legal problems related to the function of the wing organization of political parties. The type of research in this writing is normative legal research, with a statutory approach and a literature approach. This research examines the laws and regulations on political parties and related legal norms. The data used are secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Primary legal materials are in the form of Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning Political Parties, while secondary legal materials are in the form of books, journals and articles related to the topic of the problem. The results showed that there were still several problems, such as the lack of rules governing the Organization of the Political Party Wing and the activities of cadres related to their location and background.

Perubahan UUD 1945 yang dilakukan pada tahun 1999-2002 salah satunya bermaksud untuk memperkuat peran dan kedudukan partai politik dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia. Sebelum perubahan UUD 1945, frasa “partai politik” tersebut sama sekali tidak ada dalam naskah UUD 1945. Penguatan kedudukan partai politik tersebut terlihat pada Pasal 6A dan Pasal 8 UUD 1945 yang terkait dengan pengusulan pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden dan pemberian kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk memutus pembubaran partai politik (Pasal 24C UUD 1945), termasuk kedudukan partai politik sebagai peserta pemilihan umum anggota DPR dan DPRD (Pasal 22E UUD 1945). Secara kumulatif, frasa “partai politik” hanya enam kali disebutkan dalam UUD 1945. Walaupun demikian, berdasarkan original intent, sangat terasa upaya untuk memperkuat peran strategis partai politik sebagai sarana penunjang demokrasi konstitusional yang diupayakan terkonsolidasi secara berkesinambungan.Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji original intent perubahan UUD 1945 terkait dengan peran dan kedudukan partai politik dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia, termasuk dengan kebutuhan adanya desentralisasi partai politik di Indonesia. Hasilnya adalah jika dikaitkan dengan desentralisasi peran dan tanggung jawab partai politik di tingkat pusat kepada partai politik di tingkat daerah, tidak terdapat original intent yang terkait dengan hal tersebut, akan tetapi jika dikaitkan dengan Pasal 18 UUD 1945 yang berkenaan dengan Pemerintahan Daerah, maka pemaknaan sistematis UUD 1945 tentu saja meliputi desentralisasi peran partai politik tersebut. Apalagi berdasarkan ketentuan normatif konstitusi, partai politik juga mempunyai kewenangan untuk mencalonkan anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah. Oleh karena itu, pengaturan mengenai desentralisasi peran dan tanggung jawab partai politik perlu dinormakan dalam format Undang-Undang agar moralitas konstitusional desentralisasi hubungan pusat dan pemerintahan daerah dapat terjadi dan terkonsolidasi dengan baik. Dengan demikian, partai politik diharapkan mampu menjalankan perannya sebagai sarana komunikasi politik, sosialisasi politik (political socialization), pengatur konflik (conflict management) dan akhirnya menjadi sarana rekruitmen politik (political recruitment) baik di tingkat pusat maupun di tingkat daerah.Amendment to the 1945 Constitution which was conducted in 1999-2002 intends to strengthen the role and position of political parties in the Indonesian state administration system. Before the change of the 1945 Constitution, the phrase “political party” was completely absent in the text of the 1945 Constitution. The strengthening of the political party’s position was seen in Article 6A and Article 8 of the 1945 Constitution related to the nomination of the pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates and the authority of the Constitutional Court to decide upon the dissolution of political parties (Article 24C of the 1945 Constitution), including the status of political parties as participants in the general election of members of the DPR and DPRD (Article 22E of the 1945 Constitution). Cumulatively, the phrase “political party” is only mentioned six times in the 1945 Constitution. However, based on the original intent, it is felt the efforts to strengthen the strategic role of political parties as a supporting the consolidation of constitutional democracy.This paper is intended to examine the original intent of the 1945 Constitution about the role and position of political parties in the Indonesian state administration system, including the need for decentralization of political parties in Indonesia. The result is there is no original intent relating the decentralization of roles and responsibilities of political parties at the central level to political parties at the regional scale, but if associated with Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution with respect to local Government, the systematic The 1945 Constitution, of course, covers the decentralization of the role of the political party. Moreover, based on the normative provisions of the law, political parties also have the authority to nominate members of the regional legislature. Therefore, the regulation on the decentralization of the roles and responsibilities of political parties should be formalized in the Law so that constitutional morality of the decentralized central and local government relations can occur and be consolidated well. Thus, political parties are expected to play their role as a means of political communication, political socialization, conflict management and eventually become a means of executive recruitment both at the central and regional levels.

This study describes that how women legislative candidates were recruited by political parties atPekanbaru City in General Election 2009. The Democratic Party, The Indonesian Democratic Party –Struggle and The Prosperous Justice Party become cases study. Firstly, The Democratic Party usedinternal mechanism by local patronage type. On other hand, The Indonesia Democratic Party – Struggleused internal mechanism by central patronage type. However, both are an ascriptive style recruitment. Inaddition, The Prosperous Justice Party used internal mechanism by local bureaucratic. But, this style isan achievement oriented recruitment. Finally, in according to Kingsley that political party can consider 7points for recruitment. Namely, social background, political socialization, initial political activity,apprenticenship, occupational variables, motivation dan selection.Key words: political recruitment, women legislative candidates and political party.

The article discusses some problematic aspects of interdependence of elections and institution of political parties. The absence of the rivalry of equal parties - opponents in the election campaign in the political sphere of the Russian society is pointed out. The importance of open competition of the parties in elections is analyzed. The importance of effective positive image of the political party and its ability to organize the promotion of elections is noted. The necessity of changes in the electoral legislation regarding the establishment of equal conditions for all political forces, particular in the elections is substantiated

A political party is a political organization represented by individuals who work for the people with the ideology embraced by the party itself. The task of a political party is to provide political education and lead according to the people’s desires. But what if today’s political party has unconsciously formed the public distrust? The phenomenon of the PAN victory in Ngada district-Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) was a symbol of Ngada’s public distrust toward the party itself, as well as the previous political parties that had won in Ngada. This study aimed to assess the public distrust toward political parties, by looking at the phenomenon of the PAN victory in Ngada. The method used in this research was qualitative research, with in-depth interviews with sources in the field. In this study, the author found some interesting things related to the society and politics in Ngada. One of those things was that the people neither trust nor put hope in the political parties in the matter of responding to their wishes and communities’ development in Ngada. The PAN victory in Ngada was an interesting phenomenon in the political sphere that showed the public’s distrust of the parties today.

The approach of the new millennium appears to signal the demiseof traditional models of social organization. The political core ofthis process of change—the restructuring of the welfare state—andthe related crisis of the industrywide collective bargaining agreementhave been subjects of much debate. For some years now inspecialist literature, this debate has been conducted between theproponents of a neo-liberal (minimally regulated) welfare state andthe supporters of a social democratic model (highly regulated). Thealternatives are variously expressed as “exit vs. voice,” “comparativeausterity vs. progressive competitiveness,” or “deregulation vs.cooperative re-regulation.”
