This text seeks to analyze the privatization guidelines both globally and at the local level and their deployment in public basic education in Brazil. For that, a bibliographic and documentary study was used, using only public domain. It is possible to diagnose the double movement of endo and exoprivatization carried out in the educational panorama of Brazil, especially through the insertion of large business groups, as well as the reforms undertaken to put into operation the privatization agenda of public basic education. It is observed that the insertion of the private sector into the spaces of human formation reverberate metamorphoses, including that of the social function of the school institution, since it incorporates a link with the business and financial logic and, consequently, will facilitate a loss of the public sense of education as a social right.

Building on the diverse economies perspective of JK Gibson-Graham, this chapter discusses how conceptions of just and sustainable economies in the context of the Anthropocene can be generated and, more importantly, performed through social and solidarity economies in the global North. It reviews concepts of the SSE in the global North, and discusses the extent that the UK social economy sector has been tamed and neoliberalised as more antagonistic conceptions of co-operative and grassroots economies created by green and socialist activists in the 1970s and 1980s have been transformed into neoliberal conceptions of social enterprise, with an inbuilt assumption that the private sector is more effective than the public. It discusses how in conditions of austerity social enterprise can legitimate the abandonment of socially excluded communities, and that to counter this, the social economy sector in the UK should develop more antagonistic perspectives, learning from Latin Americans. Finally, it discusses the contribution of Transition Initiatives in rekindling conceptions of grassroots sustainable economies.

Knowledge management gains space within the school organization and can contribute satisfactorily to the quality of teaching. In everyday life the school manager intuitively uses knowledge management practices without exploiting the potentials they offer or allow. In this context, the purpose of this work is to identify the level of implementation of knowledge management practices aimed at structuring the organizational processes used by the public school manager. The methodology adopted was exploratory, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. For data collection, an already validated instrument with twenty-seven questions was used. Respondents to the questionnaires, one hundred and eleven managers of the basic education schools that make up the public school system in a city in the northwestern region of Paraná, Southern Brazil. In analyzing the results, it was only at this point that we investigated only those practices that were related to the structuring of organizational processes. This decision is justified because of the responsibilities of the school manager in the execution of his work. The results indicated that the school in its daily life, makes use of practices of Knowledge Management related to the structuring of the organizational processes and that many are already applied by the managers.

This study aimed to describe the structure and function of social expression of a ban on love, dating, and married in Kenagarian Toboh Sikaladi Kecamatan Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. Background or where the study was conducted in Kenagarian Toboh Sikaladi Sintuk Toboh Tower District of Padang Pariaman district. The informants consist of one main informant and two supportive informants. Data were collected through three stages, namely observation, interview and recording techniques. After that, the data is analyzed by a data inventory phase, phase description of the structure and a social function, stage identifies the data, and reporting stage. Based on the results, it can be concluded that data about people's trust ban expression of love, dating, and married in Kenagarian Toboh Sikaladi Kecamatan Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman found as many as 53 expression. The structure of the people's trust in the public ban Kenagarian Toboh Sikaladi Kecamatan Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman is divided into two forms,ie expression of belief and expression structured two-part folk beliefs structured three parts.The phrase structured ban two parts are found as many as 45 expression, whereas expression of a structured three parts found eight expression. This study included into the category of folk beliefs surrounding human environment of love, courtship, and marriage. The social function of the people's trust ban expression in this research, strengthen religious emotion and conviction found as many as five expressions, fantasy projection system found 31 expression, educate found three expressions, prohibit found 13 expression, and had found a phrase.Keywords: social expression, local beliefs, prohibition

The article is devoted to procedural features and evidence during the consideration of social cases. The share of administrative lawsuits received by district administrative courts in social cases is more than 30%, which is a high figure among cases falling under the jurisdiction of administrative courts. A person goes to court when his right has already been violated by the state authorities. The administrative courts ensure the implementation of the social function of the state. Allegations that administrative courts serve public authorities are unfounded. Evidence of the court is provided by the parties to the case. The court can only invite the parties to provide evidence and collect evidence on their own initiative. The principle remains fundamental, in cases of illegality of decisions, actions or omissions of the public authorities, the burden of proving the legality of its decision, action or omission rests with the defendant. There is a problem of the possibility of considering social disputes under the rules of summary proceedings with the summons of the parties to the case in the event that there is a need to obtain an explanation from the parties or to examine witnesses. There is a need for legislative regulation of the possibility for the court to consider social disputes in the manner prescribed by the provisions of Article 262 of the Administrative Code of Judgment of Ukraine, after the opening of proceedings in the manner prescribed by the provisions of Article 263 of the Administrative Code of Judgment of Ukraine. It is important to ensure the possibility to continue the consideration of the case in the simplified claim procedure, with the summoning of the parties to the court session, after the opening of the simplified proceedings without summoning the parties. The social structures within which we live and work have a profound effect on the success of our pursuits. These effects are too often poorly understood by those who shape public policy, leading to organizations that are antagonistic to the very goals they are meant to achieve. Unfortunately, this has been the case with public education in the United States. Data are presented that illustrate the way in which the incentive structure of our public school system leads the goals of its employees to diverge from those of the families it is intended to serve. Arguments in support of government-run schooling are discussed and refuted. An alternative system of mutually beneficial cooperation within a competitive market is proposed, based on its proven success in the more liberal parts of our economy. It is demonstrated that such a market system would unite the goals of educators and families, encourage innovation, and discourage many of the inefficient and educationally irrelevant practices engendered by the public school system.

The Dewa Yajña Ceremony is a ceremony addressed to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi with all of His manifestations as a form of devotion because He has created the universe and everything in it. This gratitude was manifested by the people of Pejaten Village by holding a ceremony to instill the Creator to rest in the sacred temple building. The Ngenteg Linggih ceremony has functions such as religious, ethics, aesthetics, and social. Each of these functions is related to one another which of course will play a role in the ceremony. Such as a religious function in which the ceremony provides a basis for belief in the community through the rites and ritual equipment to convince the public that through the ceremony carried out, religious emotions will grow. The function of ethics is to provide guidance in living through the Ngenteg Linggih ceremony to always live life by thinking, saying, and doing good according to what you are doing in your ceremony. The aesthetic function provides beauty as well as truth and sanctity so that people feel the beauty in regulating life practices as outlined in the means and implementation of the ceremony. The social function is shown by the community who work together hand in hand to load the ceremony and carry it out with the concept of ngayah.

Resumo Este artigo é baseado em um relato de experiência docente, em que tivemos a pretensão de estimular a reflexividade linguística dos alunos adolescentes da rede pública de ensino da capital cearense. O referencial teórico é pautado nos eixos conceituais: superdiversidade e transidioma (MOITA LOPES, 2013; BLOMMAERT; RAMPTON, 2011); multimodalidade e multiletramentos (JEWITT, 2010; SOARES, 2002; ROJO, 2012). Dessa forma, almejamos escrever como ocorrem os usos transidiomáticos nas práticas sociais dos alunos do 2o ano do ensino médio na construção de textos multimodais, a partir da perspectiva da superdiversidade e da multimodalidade. Diante do exposto, acreditamos que os usos transidiomáticos devem estar presentes nas práticas discursivas da escola, principalmente nas aulas de língua estrangeira, a fim de sensibilizar os alunos em prol de uma visão sociolinguística emancipatória. Experiência docente.   Transidiomatic practices in Spanish as a Second Language: multimodality in the public school Abstract This paper is based on a teaching experience, from a perspective of the linguistic reflexivity for high school students of a public school located in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. The theoretical framework is related to these approaches: superdiversity and transidiomatic uses of language (MOITA LOPES, 2013; BLOMMAERT; RAMPTON, 2011); multimodality and multiliteracies (JEWITT, 2010; SOARES, 2002; ROJO, 2012). Thus we intend to show how transidiomatic linguistic uses occur in the social practices of the students from high school of the second degree in Brazil. We will see, in fact, the construal of multimodal texts, from the perspective of the superdiversity and the multimodality. We consider transidiomatic uses as present in the classes, mainly in second language classes, in order to make the students aware of an emancipatory sociolinguistics view. Keywords: Transidioma. RESUMEN: El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la introducción de criterios de transparencia y rendición de cuentas en la gestión de las regalías petroleras en Colombia. A través del estudio de los Comités de Seguimiento y Evaluación a la Inversión de Regalías (CSIR), se intenta indagar si los dispositivos de control ciudadano implican nuevas condiciones de gobernanza en el sector petrolero. Para ello, se presentan primero los argumentos que facilitan la inscripción de la gestión local de las regalías como un tema problemático en la agenda pública. Posteriormente, se describe el surgimiento de los CSIR en respuesta a dicho problema, se analizan los factores que permiten su desarrollo y el nuevo tipo de interacciones Estado-Sociedad que genera su implementación en el ámbito local. En el último aparte, se presentan las inquietudes que suscitan estas nuevas condiciones de gobernanza en términos de su contenido democrático y de sus alcances. ABSTRACT: This article aims at analyzing the introduction of transparency and accountability standards for oil royalties’ management in Colombia. Through the study of the Royalties’ Investment Evaluation and Follow-Up Committees (CSIR), the article intends to understand if the social accountability mechanisms create new governance conditions in the oil sector. The first part presents the arguments that support the positioning of royalties’ management as a problematic topic on the public agenda. Then, the emergency of CSIR is described as a response to such problem, analyzing the elements that make possible its development and the new type of State- Society interactions engendered through its implementation at the local level. Finally, the article presents some questions about the democratic content and the real scope of these new governance conditions.
