Discovery teaching is an active teaching method that encourages learners to create their own knowledge. Students who participate in the discovery learning process will remember longer than the conventional teaching method. This teaching method is very important in the process of teaching innovation in Vietnam when changing from a teaching method that focuses on knowledge transmission to one that focuses on developing learners' capacity. Our study proposes an exploratory teaching method for calculating the side lengths of right triangles using the Pythagoras theorem with the help of GeoGebra software. By the method of empirical investigation, we surveyed 51 students in Bien Hoa city and used descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS software, the research has shown that the discovery teaching of calculating side lengths of right triangles using Pythagoras theorem with the help of GeoGebra software is needed. However, many teachers still do not fully understand the discovery teaching method. The research results also show that there are three groups of factors affecting the way of discovery teaching. First, the effort of teachers in teaching discovery is huge. Second, the time spent on discovery teaching is relatively large. Third, the current teaching environment has not yet met the requirements of discovery teaching. The findings from the research results are important for proposing a way of discovery teaching about calculating the side lengths of right triangles using Pythagoras theorem with the help of GeoGebra software.

The article analyzes factors affecting job satisfaction of accountant and auditors at Hanoi auditing firms. For quantitative research methods, it is conducted through the collection of questionnaire survey data and processed by SPSS software to analyze data using the following techniques: Descriptive analysis, Cronbach's Alpha test, EFA exploratory analysis, multiple regression analysis. The research results show that the nature of work, relationships with leaders in the working process are the most influencing factors on the satisfaction of accountants and auditors in Auditing firms in Hanoi. From the research results of factors affecting the job satisfaction of accountants and auditors at auditing firms in Ha Noi, the author gives some recommendations to improve the level of job satisfaction, thereby improving the work quality of the accountants and auditors at the Hanoi auditing firms.

This research analysizes the factors affecting the business expectations of human resources in entertainment and event management. The research results have showed that of the 5 factors affecting the human resource expectations of businesses in entertainment and event management, the factor “professional knowledge” has the biggest impact on the expectations of the businesses. Next to it are “attitude”, “skill” and “ability”. The factor “fundamental knowledge” has the least influence on the expectations of the businesses.

The study was conducted with 02 objectives to describe and analyze some factors affecting the motivation of office and support staffs working at Dong Thap General Hospital in 2017. The research design is cross-sectional, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Research results show that, the motivation average score of office and support staffs with the general motivation; burnout; job satisfaction; intrinsic job satisfaction; organizational commitment; conscientiousness; timeliness and attendance oscillate from 2.91 to 3.5. The motivation average score of office and support staffs with burnout is lowest and the motivation average score of office and support staffs with conscientiousness is highest. Some factors affecting the motivation of office and support staffs are income policies; training opportunities; satisfaction of colleagues and managers; working environment; equipment and facilities. The research results provide evidence to help the Board of Directors to develop solutions to improve the motivation of office and support staffs in the future. Keywords: job motivation, office and support staffs, hospital.

The study investigated the effects of out-door activities on students’ attitude towards learning of Physics in Senior Secondary School Physics in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The research design adopted in the study was Pretest-Posttest Quasi-experimental. The sample for the study was 150 Senior Secondary One (SSI) Physics students (this sample was divided into the experimental and control groups in ratio 1: 1 i.e. 75 in each group), selected through the multistage sampling technique from a total population of 7,852 SS I students offering Physics in all the 184 public Senior Secondary Schools in Ekiti State. The instrument used to collect relevant data from the subjects was Physics Attitudinal Scale (PAS). The reliability of the instrument was determined through the split-half method with the reliability coefficient of 0.83. Two null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The data collected were analysed using inferential statistics of t-test and Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The results of the analyses showed that there was significant difference in the attitude of students to Physics in the experimental and control groups in favour of experimental group. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that non-conventional teaching approaches such as using out-door activities, should be introduced into the teaching of Physics in the nation’s secondary schools to reinforce the hitherto adopted conventional teaching method and Physics teachers should be encouraged to make use of these new teaching approaches.

Background this study that of pts 19 who institusinya have accredited, only seven institutions ( about 37% ) have accredited b ( that was good categorry ) wholly are located in the Pontianak. This condition is allegedly affected by several factors and the internal conditions institutions such as leadership style, the quantity and quality of teachers, availability of supporting deliver pengeloaan administration and order and institutions.Refer of a whole factors, the researchers believed that the authority factors affecting the institutions is leadership style. Although other supporting factors available and adequate, but a style of leadership that is not a right actually make available resources be made of no effect. A style of its own leadership determined by a variety of factors influence it. Methods used in this study is the quantitatif approach to technique data processing using regression analysis. The factors causing as variable 1 ) situation; 2) experience and vision of leader: 3) vision (the foundation of education ); 4), communication and 5 ) cultural organization and leadership style as variable bound. The research results show that simultaneously all of these issues having a level the influence of as much as 0,947 ( extremely powerful category with the influence of as much as 89,8 %.

The recent surge of interest towards the mechanical response of rock mass produced by tunnel-type anchorage (TTA) has generated a handful of theories and an array of empirical explorations on the topic. However, none of these have attempted to arrange the existing achievements in a systematic way. The present work puts forward an integrative framework laid out over three levels of explanation and practical approach, mechanical behavior, and calculation method of the ultimate pullout force to compare and integrate the existing findings in a meaningful way. First, it reviews the application of TTA in China and analyzes its future development trend. Then, it summarizes the research results of TTA in terms of load transfer characteristics, deformation characteristics, failure modes, and calculation of ultimate uplift resistance. Finally, it introduces four field model tests in soft rock (mainly mudstone formations), and some research results are obtained. Furthermore, it compares the mechanical behavior of TTA in hard rock strata and soft rock strata, highlighting the main factors affecting the stability of TTA in soft rock formation. This paper proposes a series of focused topics for future investigation that would allow deconstruction of the drivers and constraints of the development of TTA.

The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of constructivist learning approach in structural study specifically for architecture students. Theoretically, improving student’s performance in mathematics is challenging for today education. In architectural education, structural study is part of the non- design courses in the syllabus under the area of technology and environment and it involve in mathematical calculations. In the context of typical classrooms that adopt conventional teaching method, students are usually taught using structured rules based on the given academic syllabus. However, teaching architecture students need a different approach. This is because architecture students learn by understanding the application into practice rather than by only solving the principleproblem. Purposive sampling which is the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) was selected as the method of the study and teaching experiment was conducted. In the experimental structural design, 26 groups of architecture students were tested based on two situations; pre-test (original) and post-test (change), and tests are conducted according to the stages and times set for each topic. The experiment was designed based on the Constructivist learning approach as foundation of the experiment to study the mathematical creativity of the students. The findings show that there are positive impacts on creativity in the subject of structural study which beneficially affects their understanding and application abilities. Further research needs to done to ensure this beneficial outcome can be greatly support students’ long-term retention of knowledge and skills. Keywords: Constructivist learning approach, Creativity in mathematical thinking, and Experimental study for architecture students
