This article is aimed to examine the extent of the application of Islamic legal objectives by Sheikh Abdullah bn Fudi in his rejoinder against one of their contemporary scholars who accused them of being over-liberal about the religion. He claimed that there has been a careless intermingling of men and women in the preaching and counselling gathering they used to hold, under the leadership of Sheikh Uthman bn Fudi (the Islamic reformer of the nineteenth century in Nigeria and West Africa). Thus, in this study, the researchers seek to answer the following interrogations: who was Abdullah bn Fudi? who was their critic? what was the subject matter of the criticism? How did the rebutter get equipped with some guidelines of higher objectives of Sharĩʻah in his rejoinder to the critic? To this end, this study had tackled the questions afore-stated by using inductive, descriptive and analytical methods to identify the personalities involved, define and analyze some concepts and matters considered as the hub of the study.

This review highlights developments in mycotoxin analysis and sampling over a period between mid-2010 and mid-2011. It covers the major mycotoxins: aflatoxins, Alternaria toxins, ergot alkaloids, fumonisins, ochratoxin, patulin, trichothecenes, and zearalenone. Analytical methods for mycotoxins continue to be developed and published. Despite much interest in immunochemical methods and in the rapid development of LC-MS methodology, more conventional methods, sometimes linked to novel clean-up protocols, have also been the subject of research publications over the above period. Occurrence of mycotoxins falls outside the main focus of this review; however, where relevant to analytical method development, this has been mentioned.

t. The article presents the results of a study of the characteristics of family awareness among convicted women. The subject of the article is family and family relations. The aim of the study was to determine the factors for successful adaptation in prisons and resocialization after release. Scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists, synthesis, analysis, statistical and analytical methods made the methodological basis of the research. As a result of the work carried out, the distinctive features of family awareness by female convicts serving sentences in prisons were identified, which must be taken into account when carrying out psycho-correctional measures, during the educational process in a correctional institution.

The self-directing work of pupils in learning the subject. The principles of nature is the most existent in the application of pupils' experiments. It is necessary to determine the level of the pupils' self-reliance if order to advance and modernize teaching. Aim of this work is the analysis of the attitudes of pupils from the fourth grade primary school to the application of the experiments during the lessons of Principles of nature. In this work descriptive and analytical methods are used. We polled 105 pupils of the fourth grade. We concluded by using output data that pupils like to use experiments. They would like to have more experiments and to deduce by themselves. Most of them carry out experiments only during the lessons of The principles of nature. They have positive attitudes about methodology of presentation of experiments and their applications. They don't know how to write down experiments in their notebooks. They have positive and regular attitudes to experiments as the source of knowledge in learning Principles of nature.

This paper’s hypothetical view is that theocracy as a concept is so self-explanatory that little or no special learning is required to discern it. This is based on the fact that almosteveryone has an idea of what government and religion mean and how they function or operate. Connecting religious institutions to government or the reverse is therefore not expected to prove challenging. However, the need for scholarly precision or appreciable level intellectual accuracy informs the need to critically rethink the concepts with regard to the status or place of The Other. Whereas the Islamic theocratic principles and practice in Nigeria are the subject of the paper, non-Muslims, contextually mentioned as The Other. This paper attempts to identify issues revolving around the experience of The Other in an Islamic theocracy, with a focus on Nigeria since its return to democratic rule in 1999. The paper which uses both historical and analytical methods seeks to systematically stimulate further engagement with the Islamic theoretical principles and practices as understood in the country during the period under coverage, in connection with issues and challenges involving the non-Muslims.

В настоящей статье исследуются лексико-стилистические особенности дипломатических текстов путем сравнения текстов оригинала и перевода с применением сопоставительного анализа для выявления наиболее успешной стратегии перевода.Статья представляет выводы по результатам анализа 590 единиц, взятых из выступлений, пресс-конференций и интервью Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации С. В. Лаврова и его представителей, а также брифингов и комментариев официального представителя МИДа России М. В. Захаровой. Предметом настоящего исследования выступают лексико-стилистические особенности перевода дипломатического текста. Целью исследования является выявление и анализ лексико-стилистических особенностей дипломатического текста в аспекте перевода. Для достижения поставленной цели исследования авторами были использованы следующие методы: сравнительно-сопоставительный и аналитический. В результате исследования было установлено, что при передаче лексических особенностей дипломатического текста переводчики наиболее часто используют такие приемы, как калькирование и смысловое развитие. При переводе стилистических особенностей используются такие приемы, как калькирование, эквивалентный перевод, деметафоризация и функциональная замена. This article examines the lexical and stylistic features of diplomatic texts by comparing the original and translated texts with the use of comparative analysis to identify the most successful translation strategies. The article presents the results of the analysis of 590 items from the speeches, press conferences and interviews of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and his representatives, as well as the briefings and comments of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. The subject of this study is the lexical and stylistic features of the translation of diplomatic texts. The goal of the study is to identify and analyze the lexical and stylistic features of the diplomatic text in the aspect of translation. To achieve the goal of the study, the authors used the following methods: comparative and analytical methods. As a result of the study, it was found that when translating the lexical features of the diplomatic text, translators most often use such techniques as calquing and semantic development. When translating stylistic features, translators use such techniques as calquing, equivalent translation, demetaphorization, and functional substitution.

 الملخّص                                                                                                                إن قضية تعدد الزوجات تُعَدُّ من القضايا المثيرة في عصرنا الحاضر، وذلك نتيجةً لما يشهده الواقع من اضطراب المواقف والممارسات تجاهه. ولم يقتصر الأمر على ذلك؛ بل تعدّاه إلى النظر في خطابات القرآن تجاه قضية التعدد، وهو المسوّغ الذي جعل بعض الباحثين يشكك في شرعية التعدد في الإسلام. وتكمن المشكلة في أن ظواهر بعض الآيات تشير إلى إباحة التعدد، بيد أن الأخرى تقيّدها بالعدل، وذلك في قوله: ﴿فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلَّا تَعُولُوا﴾، وفي الوقت نفسه يبيّن ظاهر بعض الخطابات القرآنية أن العدل المنشود من المعدّد تجاه زوجاته غايةٌ لا تدرك ﴿وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ﴾. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف هذه الورقة إلى كشف النقاب عن العدل المنشود في ضوء الآيات التي جاءت في قضية التعدّد في القرآن، وحيث إن هذه القضية لها أبعادها الاجتماعية في استقرار الأسرة المسلمة، فإن هذا البحث يحاول معالجة شرعية التعدد بين النظرية والتطبيق في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة. وستنتهج الدراسة كلاّ من المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي في تتبع وجمع المادة العلمية وتحليليها وتقييمها بما يسهم في بناء موقف موضوعي ووسطي تجاه القضية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تعدد الزوجات، القرآن الكريم،  المفسرون، مقاصد الشريعة، قيود التعدد.        Abstract The issue of polygamy is among the prominent issues of our contemporary time.  This is the result of the confusing opinions and practices of polygamy. The matter is not limited to this aspect; it has rather related to the insight of the Qur’anic discourses. It has become a justification for some of the researchers to doubt the SharÊ‘ah legality of polygamy in Islam. This problem is based on the evident meaning of the verses pointing towards permissibility of polygamy, whereas the other verse restricts polygamy with justice. The Qur’an states (4: 3): “But if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.” At the same time, another evident Qur’anic discourse refers that the justice sought from the husband towards his wives is not achievable. The Qur’an states (4: 129): “You are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is you ardent desire.” From this premise, this research aims to unveil the pursued justice in the light of verses related to polygamy in the Qur’an, due to the fact that this issue has a social dimension in establishing Muslim family. This work attempts to reconcile between theory and practice of legality of polygamy in the light of the SharÊ‘ah objectives. The study drew its conclusion using both inductive and analytical methods so as to trace, collect, analyze and evaluate the relevant materials in order to build an objective and balanced position about the subject matter.  Keywords: Polygamy, the Noble Qur’an, the Qur’anic commentators, SharÊ‘ah Objectives, Conditions of polygamy.

The command of nonverbal communication skills contributes to the establishment of interpersonal contact, creating a favorable atmosphere, including during the classes “Russian as a Foreign Language”. In the context of teaching Russian as a foreign language, nonverbal communication plays a significant role in the communication process. The subject of theis research is the peculiarities of nonverbal communication in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The object of this research is the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article employs comparative, descriptive and analytical methods of research. Methodology is based on the works of the  Russian authors (T. A. Gridina, V. N. Kunitsyn, V. U. Nogaev, and others). Practical importance lies in applicability of the acquired results to the development of textbooks on the topic, as well as “Russian as a Foreign Language” classes. The author examines various aspects of nonverbal communication and determines the means that may complement verbalization, thereby improving the learning efficiency. The novelty of this paper consists in the attempt to broaden didactic methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language from the perspective of effectiveness of nonverbal means of communication as a didactic instrument. The conclusion is made that flexible use of nonverbal communication in teaching Russian as a foreign language may enhance motivation of students; improve the learning process alongside professional competencies of the pedagogue.
