The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the technologies for using the personal intentions of students and teachers as the basis for the interactivity of learning. At the same time, the mental potential of intention as an orientation and professional choice of students in the educational process is revealed. The essence of intention and interactivity is revealed in the comparative characteristics of the goal, intention, volitional efforts and the desire of students to achieve high results in educational cognition. On the basis of the essential properties of the intention, it was revealed that it is inherent in both the personality of the teacher and the student, so it can be invested in educational tools. An interactive educational environment is used as the optimal condition for revealing the potential of an intention. It has been experimentally substantiated that in the field of academic disciplines that coincide with the intentions of students, sense-creating technologies are more productive, in other disciplines interactive technologies allow expanding the area of intention through the intention of the author, teacher, invested in educational tools. The technologies proposed in the article contribute to the teacher’s productive choice of innovative technologies, depending on the degree of coincidence of students’ personal intentions with the subject area.

The relevance of the article is due to the practical need to study the conflict zones of the educational space. Highlighting a separate problem of contradictions in the content of the taught disciplines, the author consider the subject area of training specialists in the field of taxation. In the practice of the world's leading universities, the solution to the conflict was the teaching of tax philosophy, fiscal sociology, as well as research on tax culture. This made it possible to supplement the instrumental characteristics of taxes with a symbolic analysis of their role in various aspects of social reality. In the study, taxation is presented as a way of constructing social reality, which focuses on the value and ideological attitudes of the subjects of taxation. Building the educational process on this basis is capable of introducing a humanitarian component into the teaching of a number of academic disciplines. This, in turn, will lead to the elimination of certain zones of conflict in the educational space of a modern university.

The organization of the subject-spatial environment is one of the necessary elements for the successful formation of the educational process, including in institutions of additional education. Currently, researchers pay attention to the importance of the subject-spatial component of the educational environment. To develop a comfortable, creative interior, it is necessary to develop a system for assessing the compliance of this component with modern design requirements. Within the framework of the article, a possible variant of universal criteria for evaluating recreation areas in leisure and educational institutions is proposed, the results of which reveal the existing contradictions and shortcomings, as well as provide a choice of a conceptual solution for subsequent project development.

The article traces the substantial and functional evolution of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary knowledge and its integration into the theory and practice of higher education. The method of distinguishing between classical, non-classical, and post-non-classical rationality is used to disclose the specifics of university transdisciplinarity. The proposed hypothesis suggests that in non-classical and post-non-classical education, different types of studied objectivity exist while when the subject boundaries are fixed, various forms of subject uncertainty are observed. Difficulties in the practice of non-classical education are associated with the objective of overcoming double uncertainty. In one case, the onedimensionality of the study depends on the choice of ontological conditions that are only sufficient for a given monodiscipline. In another case, the task of combining the intervals of studying a subject in the framework of multidisciplinary knowledge is being solved. Transdisciplinarity manifests primarily through educational modeling technologies. What can be attributed to the specifics of post-non-classical education is the study of two types of objectivity: the system-level reality in cases of severe disequilibrium and the system-operational reality in cases of mild disequilibrium. Thus, the subject area demonstrates substantial and systemic uncertainty. It is concluded that the study of systemic objects as a part of the educational process requires interdisciplinary efforts and is carried out in line with the following scheme: problem – project – concept – practical solution.

The article analyzes the provisions of the cultural-historical psychology that serve as a theoretical and methodological basis for the practice of general education in biology. International monitoring of educational achievements reveals low biological literacy of Russian schoolchildren. The authors see the main reason in the insufficiently thought-out selection of the subject content. In middle school courses, it is mostly empirical, reduced to the study of the structure and functions of organisms and their diversity. In high school courses, it is theoretical, but theoretical concepts are given in a ready-made form, are not sufficiently interconnected and are often reduced to dictionary definitions, which negatively affects the development of cognitive and personal abilities of students. Currently, general biological education is being reformed, and the concentric construction of the subject content is being replaced with a linear one, which completely eliminates theoretical concepts from the middle school courses. The authors see the solution to the problem in updating the content of the school course in biology. As a methodological basis for the selection of content, a system approach is considered, the provisions of which were implemented by L.S. Vygotsky in the construction of the subject area of the cultural-historical psychology. Vygotsky’s ideas about developmental learning and their further elaboration in the general psychological and psychological-pedagogical theory of activity are suggested as a theoretical basis for the organization of the educational process. Special attention is paid to the theory of learning activity developed in the works of D.B. Elkonin, V.V. Davydov, their disciples and followers. The paper presents the concept of the content for the school course in biology and describes the experience of its implementation.

The rapid growth of education digitalization has significantly increased the role of the electronic information educational environment of educational organizations. It has become the basic tool for organizing, maintaining and administering the educational process. The electronic information educational environment of an educational organization should ensure the recording of the progress of the educational process and the results of mastering the main professional educational program, i. e. competencies, based on the results of intermediate certification carried out in the distance learning system integrated into the electronic information educational environment. The article considers the application of qualimetric approaches in the assessment of the quality of graduate competencies in the implementation of higher education programs in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++. The mathematical model of evaluation of the results of mastering the graduate program (competence forming) depending on the contribution of academic disciplines to the formation of each competence is proposed. Two methods of result evaluation are considered: as an arithmetic average and as a weighted value from the obtained evaluations in the disciplines forming this competency, as well as the possibility of monitoring the formation of competency in the process of mastering academic disciplines and entering the results of intermediate attestation into the electronic portfolio of the student. Assessment of the formation of competencies can be the next stage in the development of the student’s electronic portfolio, which is part of the electronic information educational environment.

It is the first articulation of the problem of forming a fund of educational literature as a theoretical and methodological basis for a successful educational process for students majoring in 029 “Information, Library, and Archival Studies” based on the example of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (hereinafter KNUCA). By applying general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and special research methods (bibliographic, statistical, visual analysis), analysis and systematization of the entire literature presented in the teaching materials of the teaching staff of KNUCA on educational programmes in the programme subject area 029 “Information, Library and Archival Studies” the main trends in the formation of the fund of educational literature KNUCA for students of 029 “Information, Library and Archival Studies” have been identified, including compliance of educational literature for higher education to the current legal field, impact of the reform of domestic higher education in accordance with the principles of the Bologna process on structure and content of educational literature; reflection of the process of reforming library education in educational literature – the intensity of educational literature preparation is correlated with the implementation of a new programme subject area 029 “Information, Library and Archival Studies”; active usage along with educational publications in the educational process scientific monographs, scientific articles, reference books (though, these types of publications have not been classified as educational publications officially, they start to perform educational function); availability of publications which names are identical to the names of academic disciplines, which is due to the need for educational and methodological support of new academic disciplines; preparation of educational literature by author’s teams formed, in particular, by teachers of various educational institutions; cooperation with various publishers, which provides the required number of publications for the educational process and their availability to the general public. Five functional levels of complex educational and methodical support of the educational process and formation of the fund of educational literature are substantiated: the level of the institution of higher education; the level of the scientific library of the institution of higher education; department level; level of authors; level of publishers / producers of educational literature.

Introduction. An insufficient level of structuring and systematization of students' subject knowledge requires the improvement of the educational process, increasing its efficiency. In this regard, the relevance of the research is due to the need to develop new principles and approaches to the construction of the educational content of the school course «Fundamentals of Life Safety» and the development of modern teaching aids for its assimilation. In particular, an attempt was made to create a system of concepts for the subject area of life safety based on the use of a sign-symbolic teaching tool. Materials and Methods. The experimental study covered 412 8th grade schoolchildren in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Sakhalin region. To assess the current state of the level of knowledge of students and the dynamics of their change as a result of experimental teaching, a questionnaire survey of students in control and experimental classes was carried out. The results obtained were subjected to level analysis according to the method of V. P. Bespalko, in order to establish significant differences in the quality of the subject training of students in the study of the school course «Fundamentals of Life Safety» (Grade 8). To determine the degree of reliability of the results of knowledge assimilation, the Student's t-test was used. Results. It was revealed that the formation of a system of concepts about man-made emergencies by means of mental maps contributes to an increase in the level of subject knowledge of students through their structuring and systematization. The results of the final section at the formative stage of the study demonstrated the effectiveness of training using the developed system of concepts about technogenic emergencies and mental maps (temp = 7.48; p <0.001). Discussion and Conclusion. The results obtained can be massively applied by researchers in the field of life safety and teachers of the course «Fundamentals of life safety» (Grade 8) in their professional activities. Further study of the presented topic is possible along the way of creating a unified system of concepts for the academic subject «Fundamentals of Life Safety».
