Implementation of online learning with the application of the invention model increases perceptions between teachers and students. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers and students about the implementation of the invention model online in writing script learning. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The population in this study were Indonesian language subject teachers and ten-grade students. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out a questionnaire through the Google form and interviews with teachers and students.

This study aims to explain and describe the interaction of policy actors in the implementation of online learning. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, documentation, and interviews. The instruments in this study were: a) the researcher himself, b) interview guidelines, c) supporting tools in the form of books, pens, and d) related documents. The results showed that actor interaction can occur if there is communication between implementing actors. Communication in the implementation of online learning can be seen in the accuracy or accuracy of communication and consistency of communication regarding online learning information from the principal to the teacher and finally to students and parents. Interaction between actors, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents in the implementation of online learning has not been carried out effectively. This is because the interaction between implementing actors is unresponsive to one party, namely students and parents. Apart from that, giving complicated and difficult assignments by the teacher, which makes it difficult for students and parents to understand, is also a factor in the existence of negligence or delay

Online learning should be an effective learning to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Student assignments should be packaged with creative learning media so that students do not feel burdened. Learning integration is a solution that is applied at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk to overcome learning that does not only focus on the teacher's task. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The research is intended to find out how the technical assignment of students can affect the increase in student assignment load during online learning and determine appropriate and effective solutions in overcoming the increase in student assignment load during online learning at Madarasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

Getting used to solving problems independently for children is very important for their lives. So that in this case children should be taught as early as possible so that children are accustomed to addressing the problems they face. As for the problems that are commonly found in early childhood are like shy, not confident, unable to hold back his emotions such as crying and angry, and not confident in their potential. In this study, researchers aimed to find out how the patterns or strategies of parents to get children used to solving problems independently in the family environment. To get the expected results in this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted related to the pattern of habitual problem solving for early childhood in the family environment researchers can find patterns of habituation carried out by parents or families are 1) Give children a sense of comfort, 2) Know the principles of child development, 3) Establish communication with good, 4) Give an example, 5) Sharpen children's abilities, 6) Give freedom not to interfere, 7) Give children freedom or not too meddle.

<p>Abstract : The recognized sexual orientation in Indonesia is heterosexual. This makes gays often get discrimination from people who are causing gay difficulties in interacting and seeking sexual relationships, so they should find ways to interact safely. Qualitative research with case study approach conducted in Surakarta aims to find out the utilization of social media in finding gay sexual relation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted with in-depth interviews with gay as the main actors and documentation of recording interviews, screenshoot chat and gay activity in social media. Data analysis was conducted with the basis of four activities: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification using source triangulation. The results showed that social media became a safe enough tool for gays in searching for sexual relations. Gay feel their identity is more awake when interacting in social media. Social media is also instrumental in expanding the network of gay friends, this is considered quite important because gays assume that the more friends they have the greater their chances of getting sexual relations. Gay has a special trick in order to attract the attention of the same social media users by installing exciting status, installing photos and videos with seductive poses, and posting location information for easy access. Like no human is perfect, using social media to search for sexual relationships of gays also has some weaknesses. Nevertheless, social media has remained the main vehicle of most gays in Surakarta in search of sexual relations.<br />Keywords: Gay, social media, exploitation, sexual relations.</p><p>Abstrak : Orientasi seksual yang diakui di Indonesia adalah heteroseksual. Hal ini membuat gay sering mendapatkan diskriminasi dari masyarakat yang mengakibatkan gay kesulitan dalam berinteraksi dan mencari relasi seksual, sehingga mereka harus mencari cara agar dapat berinteraksi secara aman. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dilakukan di Kota Surakarta bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatn media sosial dalam mencari relasi seksual gay. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam bersama gay selaku pelaku utama dan dokumentasi berupa rekaman wawancara, screenshoot chat dan aktivitas gay di media sosial. Analisis data dilakukan dengan berpangkal dari empat kegiatan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial menjadi sarana yang cukup aman bagi gay dalam mencari relasi seksual. Gay merasa identitas mereka lebih terjaga ketika berinteraksi di media sosial. Media sosial juga sangat berperan dalam memperluas jaringan pertemanan gay, hal ini dinilai cukup penting karena gay beranggapan bahwa semakin banyak teman yang mereka miliki maka semakin besar kesempatan mereka untuk mendapatkan relasi seksual. Gay memiliki trik khusus agar dapat menarik perhatian gay pengguna media sosial yang sama dengan cara memasang status menggairahkan, memasang foto dan video dengan pose menggoda, dan memasang informasi lokasi agar mudah ditemui. Sepertihalnya manusia tidak ada yang sempurna, menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari relasi seksual para gay juga memiliki beberpaa kelemahan. Meskipun demikian, sampai sekarang media sosial tetap menjadi sarana utama kebanyakan gay di Surakarta dalam mencari relasi seksual.</p><p>Kata kunci: Gay, media sosial, pemanfaatan, relasi seksual.</p>

This article aims to examine and analyze non-corporal punishment in the character development of Madrasah Aliyah students in Jambi province. This research applied case study approach with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by observing, interviewing, and documentating. The result showed that the application of non-corporal punishment works well in Madrasah Aliyah of Jambi province, student character can also be formed from non-corporal punishment contribution. The indicators could be seen by; (1) there is a change in the process of learning when the teacher implements non-corporal punishment, and the non-corporal punishment implementation in extracurricular activities goes well, (2) student character such as discipline can be developed with non-corporal punishment more obedient to madrasah regulations, and discipline enforcement by non-corporal punishment raises awareness and motivation of students who can improve their academic performance, (3) while the supporting factor of non-corporal punishment implementation in Madrasah Aliyah is cooperation of all elements of madrasah (headmasters, classteachers, teachers, janitor, security, and parents), while those that hinder the application of non-corporal punishment is a team that should always be supervised, full teacher activities, the teachers who do not care about the discipline, the distance of student residence to school, and financing.

This study aims to find out and describe the language acquisition system of children aged 2 years 3 months to 2 years 6 months, especially those that include phonology, morphology, and syntax. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. After analyzing Lee Tae Yul's language acquisition ranging from phonological, morphological, and syntactic acquisition and production it was found that: 1) At the age of 2.5 years, a normal child can pronounce phonemes, and limited words according to their environment and objects the items around it; 2) At the age of 2.3 to 2.5 years, the words produced have begun to increase and start from nouns and verbs; 3) At the age of 2.5 years it seems, Lee Tae Yul has been able to string words in simple terms, starting from one, two to three words, and finally forming sentences.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The implementation of IT governance in BUMN is a must. This is because BUMN use IT as an innovative service upgrade, both internal and external services. In the IT Governance there are several problems, such as the use of IT sometimes not in line with expectations, where an increasingly large IT investment was not followed by the increasing support for achieving the goals and strategies of companies / institutions. COBIT 5 is a renewed version that brings together cutting-edge thinking in engineering and IT governance. COBIT 5 is developed based on COBIT 4.1 by integrating Val IT and Risk IT from ISACA, ITIL, and relevant standards from ISO. Seven enablers of COBIT 5 standards are used as criteria in applying IT governance models in this study. PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Area South Sumatra (PLN KITSBS) is one of the BUMN located in Southern Sumatra. PLN KITSBS is one of the generating units of PT PLN (Persero) which seeks the generation and supply of electricity in sufficient quantity and quality. PLN KITSBS has a capable power capacity of 2765 MW. PLN KITSBS has 10 (ten) generating sectors with work areas spread in South Sumatera, Bengkulu, Jambi, West Sumatera and Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, by doing case study approach. The result of this research is a draft of conceptual model of IT governance at PLN Pembangkitan Sumatera Selatan.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords </em></strong><em>: Conceptual model,IT governance,COBIT 5, PLN</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak <br /></em></strong></p><p><em>Penerapan tata kelola TI di BUMN merupakan sebuah hal yang menjadi keharusan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan BUMN menggunakan TI sebagai inovasi pengingkatan layanan, baik layanan internal maupun eksternal. Dalam Tata Kelola TI terdapat beberapa masalah, diantaranya penggunaan TI kadang tidak sesuai dengan harapan, dimana investasi TI yang semakin besar ternyata tidak diikuti dengan dukungan yang semakin besar pula terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan strategi perusahaan/institusi. COBIT 5 adalah sebuah versi pembaharuan yang menyatukan cara berpikir yang mutakhir di dalam teknik dan tata kelola TI.COBIT 5 dikembangkan berdasarkan COBIT 4.1 dengan mengintegrasikan Val IT dan Risk IT dari ISACA, ITIL, dan standar yang relevan dari ISO. Seven enabler standar COBIT 5 digunakan sebagai kriteria dalam penerapan model tata kelola TI pada penelitian ini. PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Area Sumatera Bagian Selatan (PLN KITSBS) merupakan salah satu BUMN yang berada di Sumatera Bagian Selatan. PLN KITSBS adalah salah satu unit pembangkitan PT PLN (Persero) yang mengusahakan pembangkitan dan penyediaan tenaga listrik dalam jumlah dan mutu yang memadai. PLN KITSBS ini mempunyai kapasitas daya mampu sebesar 2765 MW. PLN KITSBS memiliki 10 (sepuluh) sektor pembangkitan dengan wilayah kerja yang tersebar di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Bengkulu, Jambi, Sumatera Barat dan Bandar Lampung. Metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan melakukan pendekatan studi kasus. Happiness is the expectation for every person including teenager. However, parental divorce may have impact on teenagers’ happiness. The aim of this study is to know happiness in teenager whose parents divorced. Data for this research were obtained using qualitative method with case study design. Subject was selected using purposive sampling technique. The respondent was a male teenager with divorced parents. Data collection was carried out through interview. The results showed that the respondent had three aspects of happiness are life is pleasant, meaningful, and engaging.
