Banyaknya budaya yang ada di Indonesia sangat perlu untuk dilestarikan, terutama di Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School yang mayoritas siswanya merupakan warga negara asing, maka sekolah ini mengadakan kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week guna melestarikan budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelestarian budaya Indonesia melalui kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week yang dilaksanakan di Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa yang berjumlah 13 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelestarian budaya lokal di Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik melalui kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week dengan dukungan dari seluruh pihak terkait yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, staff, siswa, dan juga orang tua yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya penambahan tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai budaya Indonesia.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week dapat melestarikan kebudayaan lokal di Elementary School of Semarang Multinaional School termasuk dalam kategori baik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week meliputi upaya mempertahankan budaya lokal, pelestarian budaya didasarkan pada kebutuhan, serta terdapat strategi pelestarian budaya. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan Indonesian Cultural Week yaitu  dimulai dari tahap persiapan yang meliputi penyusunan rancangan kegiatan, anggaran dana, tempat dan waktu pelaksanaan dan penyusunan kepanitiaan, sampai dengan tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi pasca kegiatan Many cultures in Indonesia are very necessary to be preserved, especially in Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School, where the majority of students are foreign nationals, so this school holds Indonesian Cultural Week activities to preserve Indonesian culture. This research aims to describe the preservation of Indonesian culture through Indonesian Cultural Week activities held at Elemenary School of Semarang Multinational School. This research uses qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School. The samples in this study were principals, teachers, and students of 13 people determined by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the preservation of local culture at Elementary School of Semarang Multinational School was carried out very well through Indonesian Cultural Week activities with support from all relevant parties, namely principals, teachers, staff, students, and also parents, which was shown by the addition of students' level of knowledge about Indonesian culture.The conclusion of this research is that Indonesian Cultural Week activities can preserve local culture at Elementary School of Semarang Multinaional School in the good category. The implementation of Indonesian Cultural Week activities includes efforts to maintain local culture, cultural preservation based on needs, and there are strategies for cultural preservation. Supporting factors for the implementation of Indonesian Cultural Week activities are starting from the preparation stage which includes the preparation of the draft activities, budget funds, place and time of implementation and preparation of committee, up to the stage of implementation of activities and post-activity evaluation

The study aims to analyze the learning process in the (online) network, supportive factors and teacher inhibitory factors in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out at muhammadiyah elementary school 2 the estimated shidoarjo city of sidoarjo in April. The study USES descriptive qualitative methods. The subject used in this study was an elementary school teacher at 2 tulangan elementary elementary school. The data-collection techniques used in this study include interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this study is that the covid-19 pandemic has hada profound impact on the learning process, learning that is normally executed directly is now being transferred to online learning. Learners are bored and bored during learning. Online education done for primary-age children is less effective. A number of teacher factors in the online learning process are the availability of cell phones, quotas and a steady Internet network. In addition to supporting factors in online learning, there are several teacher inhibitors in online learning. These inhibiting factors include the fact that they are still at the elementary school level, so only a few students have cellphones, therefore this can make learning ineffective. Through online there are also obstacles that occur for teachers, namely many students who deliberately do not participate in online learning because they do not have an internet quota to access learning so that students are left behind. And there is also a learning strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. On the other hand, face-to-face online learning through applications is the most beneficial thing to break the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the mental health of teachers and students from exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract: Developing a Culture-Based Integrated Learning Model to ImproveStudents’ Appreciation of Local Culture. This study aims to develop a social studylearning model for elementary school students that can help them master subjectmatters as an effort to improve their appreciation of local culture, using an R & Dapproach consisting of three steps: preliminary study, model development andmodel validation. The subjects were teachers and students of elementary schools inBengkulu Province, Sumatra. The results show that the Culture-Based IntegratedLearning Model (CBILM) is an appropriate learning model to help students mastersubject matters as an effort to improve their appreciation of local culture. CBILM ismore capable of significantly improving students’ appreciation of local culture andtheir mastery of subject matters than the currently existing learning model.Keywords: learning model, social studies for elementary schools, cultureappreciation

The new corona virus epidemic (Covid-19) was declared a global pandemic on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO). The Covid-19 mortality rate in Indonesia of 8.9% is the highest number in Southeast Asia. Knowledge of the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of parents, teachers, and students of Taman Harapan Islam Medan Elementary School about the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a pretest questionnaire for initial data collection, then counseling was carried out on the prevention of Covid-19 and for the final data collection, a post test questionnaire was used. The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there were differences in the level of knowledge of parents and children about Covid-19 before and after counseling (P value 0.022) and there were differences in the level of knowledge of parents and children about Covid-19 after counseling (P value 0.002). So it can be concluded that there was an influence on the level of knowledge of parents and children about the spread of Covid-19 infection. Education about preventing the spread of Covid-19 to parents of students, teachers and students of the Taman Harapan Islam Medan Elementary School can provide an understanding of the importance of preventing the spread of Covid-19 and can be passed on to their families and the surrounding environment.

This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of counseling guidance in changing student behavior, (2) the role of teachers and principals in implementing counseling guidance in changing student behavior. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used consists of three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research begins with the preparation stage, research implementation, report preparation and ends with reporting. The result of this research is that the implementation of counseling guidance in TRIMODADI State Elementary School 01 is carried out through the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages. Students who have bad behavior are given advice and are guided and directed by an individual approach carried out by the principal and teacher, so that later good behavior can be formed, as well as developing their potential and directed the talents and interests of students. The implementation of this counseling guidance can also solve problems faced by students at school and at home.

Elementary school (SD) Of Muhammadiyah Demangan Yogyakarta is featured SD. It is seen from the miraculous achievements of students both at provincial and national levels, adequate infrastructure, a spirit of community to send their children in elementary school. Accordingly, of course, can not be separated from the role of teachers as educators and counselors to provide services in the classroom and outside the classroom. Muhammadiyah elementary schools including one school are designated by the ministry of religion (MORA) to implement the curriculum by 2013. Therefore it is necessary to do research on the implementation of the scientific approach in science (IPA) learning curriculum in 2013. Type of research is qualitative lookups. As for the subject of this research is that teachers and students in the fourth grade (IV) of Muhammadiyah elementary school Demengan Yogyakarta. data collection by interview, documentation and observation. the process of data analysis, namely: examining the data, data reduction, and data presentation. he results of this research : (1) teachers in SD Muhammadiyah alreadyunderstand and know the theory of scientific approach, steps in learning. As for the understanding of the scientific approach according to the fourth grade (IV) of Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers, Mr Kastowo "approach that starts from the observation first, continue to question, then the experiment, then summed and later would know that better results". (2) scientific approach in SD Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta new Demengan already implemented, but not perfect, because in their implementation more teachers using students' understanding and not exposed to the medium of learning. (3) As for the obstacles faced by teachers in the application of scientific approaches, namely, first a very short time per sub-theme. Both enormous costs required to confront instructional media. Third when teachers find students who are less active during learning.

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze to find out the e-money wisdom in Indonesia as a new payment system tool for users of BCA Flazz cards. This research uses Purposive Sampling techniques, namely the method of determining the sample with specific considerations ". Considerations in determining the example in this study are BCA Customer Service Bank and users who use the BCA Flazz Card. The process of collecting data in this study carried out by interview. The author selects the data obtained during the survey of E-Money Policy as a new payment system tool; then the data is categorized according to the details of the problem. The information is connected so that conclusions drown quickly in response to the focus of the existing research. The research observation method is carried out by recording when the event occurred or specific symptoms according to the discussion under study. Observation activities of researchers do provide and convey a realistic picture of data presentation. The results of this study indicate that regarding the management of the handling of Flazz BCA products, it immediately ignored by Customer Service. The FLAZZ BCA card is very profitable because it is practical and efficient, but the use of FLAZZ BCA itself still cannot cover the entire country, there are several regions and some traders who still use conventional sales transactions. It is better to have socialization activities for E-money users an explanation of features that make it easier for users to use E-money facilities, and need to be rearranged about terms and regulations that e-money owners must comply with so that E-money publishers are more careful - careful and selective in giving permission to use facilities to E-money users. E-Money Sebagai Alat Sistem Pembayaran Pada Pengguna Kartu Flazz Bca Di SurabayaAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan e-money  di Indonesia sebagai alat sistem pembayaran yang baru pada pengguna kartu flazz BCA.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu”. Pertimbangan dalam penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Customer Service Bank BCA dan pengguna yang menggunakan Kartu Flazz BCA. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan wawancara. Penulis melakukan pemilihan data yang diperoleh pada saat penelitian mengenai Kebijakan E-Money sebagai alat sistem pembayaran yang baru, kemudian data tersebut dikategorikan sesuai dengan rincian masalahnya. Data tersebut dihubungkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga mudah ditarik simpulan sebagai jawaban terhadap fokus penelitian yang ada. Metode observasi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mencatat pada saat peristiwa terjadi atau gejala tertentu sesuai dengan pembahasan yang diteliti. Kegiatan observasi peneliti lakukan untuk memberikan dan menyampaikan gambaran penyajian data yang realistis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mengenai pengelolaan produk Flazz BCA penanganannya langsung di lakukan oleh Customer Service. Kartu FLAZZ BCA sangat menguntungkan karena praktis dan efiesien, Tetapi penggunaan FLAZZ BCA sendiri masih belum dapat mencakup seluruh negeri, ada beberapa daerah dan beberapa pedagang yang masih menggunakan transaksi penjualan secara konvensional. Sebaiknya perlu diadakan kegiatan sosialiasasi terhadap pengguna E-money penjelasan fitur-fitur yang memudahkan pengguna dalam menggunakan fasilitas E-money, dan perlu di atur kembali tentang syarat- syaratdan peraturan yang harus dipatuhi oleh pemilik e-money sehingga penerbit E-money lebih berhati- hati dan selektif dalam  memberikan izin penggunaan fasilitas kepada pemilik E-money.

This study of classical Balinese masks aims at discovering and introducing the local and traditional Balinese values with a hope that the result might become input for mask development in Indonesia. The focus of the study is the mask forms, especially those related to symbols in religious belief. The data were collected from references, informants chosen proportionally through purposive sampling and notes from historic sources as well as direct field notes. The result shows that based on structure and form there is similarity between classical Balinese masks and puppets. The similarity can be seen from their dots, lines, shapes, colors, and textures. The form elements reached the peak since the fall of Majapahit. The art traditions of East Java that had gone through synthesis were continued in Bali and accumulated with the local culture. The process enriched the existing arts, producing pajegan, panca, and bobondreasan masks. The masks are used as educational media applied in Hindu religious teachings and philosophy. The characters are taken from Mahabaratha and Ramayana epics. Keywords: visual structure, classical Balinese masks

<p class="Abstract"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>: </em>The ability of cooperation is an important aspect of personality and needs to be owned by everyone, especially in group learning. Based on the preliminary results of the learning in the fourth grade of CST SDN shows that the ability of student cooperation is still low. This is because the teacher does not give clear instructions about learning in groups, how to learn in groups, how to divide the tasks for each member of his group, and the teacher does not motivate the students to be able to work with friends of his group. This study aims to describe the application of the conferencing approach to improving the ability of cooperation of fourth-grade elementary school students. The research method used is the research of the class action model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects of this study were 38 students of grade IV SDN CST. Data collection techniques used were observations and field notes. Qualitative data were taken using techniques from Miles and Huberman which consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, and verification. While the quantitative data is taken using the statistic average and percentage. The results show that the application of the conferencing approach can improve students' cooperative ability, especially on group learning in the classroom.</p>

This research is intended to know the effectiveness of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis in reading concept learning to students of grade 4th elementary school. The problems are: profile of students reading concept competences, the learning process of reading concept, the learning process of reading concept by quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis, the effectiveness of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis in reading concept learning, and students response of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis.The trouble-shooting is by use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis by assumption: if students need to do something therefore will be easily to motivate them in learning and get a better result.Population in this research is Grade 4th Students of elementary school at Sumber Regency, Cirebon. The sample is determined by purposive sampling. The objects in this research are quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis and students reading concept competences. Instruments in this research are sheets of questionnaire, sheets of learning observation, and reading concept competence test. Data that are collected are learning process and data of students reading concept competences. Collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistic analyze.Result of this research are: (1) the competences of students reading concept are good, (2) the learning process are done with students actively, (3) quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis can increase students activity and learning result, (4) quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis is effective to use in reading concept learning, and (5) the students response to reading concept learning by use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis is very good.Base on the result of this research, get to be proposed for teacher to use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis to increase students reading concept competence as one of alternative technique in learning, because it is able to motivate, grow the students interest, and increase students creativities to increase students reading concept competences.

This research aims to describe the application of Islamic Psychology in the practice of Muslim psychologists and the obstacles in its application. This study uses a qualitative approach for taking respondents using purposive sampling techniques. There are twenty respondents in this study. The method used in collecting data from this study is the interview and Focus Discussion Group. This study found that the understanding of Islamic Psychology was quite diverse, but in essence, an approach that used the Qur'an and Hadist was the primary reference source. Its application, including the psychological services, and the process of counseling and therapy were carried out by integrating psychology and Islam. The cases also handled varied, not limited to severe or mild cases. The challenges were related to the ability of the psychologists and the acceptance of the clients.
