The article contains the results of research the impact of Fasciolosis and mycobacteriosis,the indicators of protein synthesizing function of cows liver. Fasciola and mycobacteria inhibit protein synthesizing function of liver, as indicated by the reduction in their blood level of total protein and albumin fraction. The data indicate hepatotropic of the toxin F. Hepatica and mycobacteria, because namely liver serves as a support of dynamic substances equilibrium of blood plasma. Increasing the level of globulin in the blood serum of cows by association of fasciolosis and mycobacteriosis reflects the intensity of inflammatory processes in animal organism caused by infection of these diseases.Application of closaverm A and catosal to research cows promotes restoration protein synthesizing function of liver. It was found that after application to cows from the first research group for the treatment of closaverm A by 14 and 21 days of level of total protein in the blood serum was gradually increased, but did not reach physiological values. Applying both closaverm A and catosal, was set a slightly higher level of total protein, that at the 28th day of the experiment reached physiological values and therefore amounted to 70.30 ± 1.5 g/l. For the study the level of albumin in the blood of research group, which were used drugs combined, was set its increase already from 7 day of experiment. Significant increase of albumin level in the blood of experimental animals is seeing on the 14th day of the experiment, where appropriate it was within 41.90 ± 1.5 g/l. On the 28th day of the experiment the levels of globulin in the blood of experimental group of animals, which were used closaverm A and catosal, was lower by 11% compared to the control group of animals in specified period of the experiment.Cows treated with closaverm A, value of the coefficient A/T was gradually returned to normal. However, at the 28th day of the experiment has remained at 16% less than the initial values, taken before infestation. Application of closaverm A and catosal to experimental animals contributed to increasing the coefficient of A/T. So at 21st and 28th days of the experiment it was higher than in the control group of cows at 60 and 46%.

Application of tissue preparation «Aminoton» clinically healthy sows at the beginning puerperale period caused a pronounced preventive effect. So the above animals has improved the functioning of the hematopoietic system (increased compared to control group animals, the levels of hemoglobin and red blood cells), there was normalization of metabolic processes (increased compared to benchmarks, total protein, albumin). The use of the drug «Aminoton» clinically healthy animals in the postpartum period increased compared to control antibacterial, lysozyme and complementary activity of blood serum and enhanced the nonspecific immune defense of the body. The use of «Aminoton» sows with inflammatory complications in the puerperal period have greatly improved their clinical and physiological condition. In the same dysfunctional animals, which did not use the above-mentioned pharmacological agents in puerperale the period from the beginning of the inflammatory process dynamics of the main clinical and physiological, hematological, biochemical and humoral indicators over time, deteriorated. In a dysfunctional untreated pigs at 21 days after birth increased compared to sick animals treated by this drug «Aminoton» the number of leukocytes, increased content of total protein in serum C-reactive protein and seromucoid that had severe signs of inflammation in the body. Patients with untreated pigs 21 days after delivery significantly increased in serum compared with patients treated «Aminoton» animals, the activity of alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase content of β-lipoproteins, sialic acids, decreased glucose levels, indicating the possibility of substance-induced load and liver damage, and increased activity of Aspartate aminotransferase be a sign of disorders of metabolic processes in heart muscle. The use of the drug «Aminoton» animals with inflammatory processes immediately after birth improved dynamics of indicators of nonspecific immunity. Sows in the treated with inflammation of the reproductive organs at 21 days after birth increased in comparison with patients with untreated animals bactericidal, lysozyme and complementary activity of blood serum. For early diagnosis and prognosis of inflammatory processes in the organs of the reproductive system of sows in postpartum period, we offer you to consider rates of precursors for a birth and according to the diagnosis of conduct for prevention of postpartum pathology in animals with the use of tissue preparation «Aminoton» in a dose of 0.05 ml per 1 kg of live weight in the first 2 hours after birth and 48 hours.

Introduction. An important reserve for increasing the profitability and competitiveness of livestock production would be solving the problem of feed protein deficiency in animal feeding. Significant contribution to the solution of this problem can be made by using high-protein waste of oil extraction (meal, cake), alcohol (bard), brewing (brewers grains) industries for feeding purposes. Since the liquid brewers grains is poorly preserved and easily spoiled, especially during the summer, and its transportation over long distances requires large costs, in this regard, there is a current problem of drying the liquid brewers grains and its usage as a high-protein fodder for feeding animals in dry form as part of animal mixed fodder. The purpose of our research is to study the effectiveness of feeding dry brewers grains to repair heifers of the Jersey breed. Research materials and methods. Research on the feeding dry brewers grains effectiveness was carried out on repair heifers of the Jersey breed at the age from 2 to 12 months on the basis of the farm SE “Dan-milk” in Cherniakhiv district of Zhytomyr region. Dry brewers grains produced by private joint-stock company (PJSC) “Obolon” were used for the research. Research result. The content of crude protein in 1 kg of dry brewers grains, which was used in scientific and economic research, was 24.46%, or 244.6 g per 1 kg of dry brewers grains. In order to study the effectiveness of feeding dry brewers grains, three groups of repair heifers of the Jersey breed were formed for the research, 8 heads each, according to the following scheme: one control group of repair heifers, and the other two were research groups. According to the research scheme, the control group of repair heifers received a standard grain mixture without dry brewers grains. The difference in the feeding of repair heifers of research groups consisted in different levels of feeding dry brewers grains, which was included in the grain mix of the II research group in the amount of 15%, and the III research group - in the amount of 20%. As a result of the research, there was an increase in the average daily gains of the II research group heifers, which ration included 15% of dry brewers grains in the mixture composition: for the period from 2 until 6 months – up to 0.811 kg against 0.786 kg, for a period from 6 until 12 months – up to 0.671 kg against 0.657 kg, for a period from 2 until 12 months – up to 0.727 kg against 0.709 kg in the control group. At the age from 9 and 12 months of cultivation of repair heifers of the II research group, which grain mixture included 15% of dry brewers grains, there was a tendency of the main body measurements increase: height at the withers, chest girth and oblique torso length, compared with the repair heifers of the control group. In heifers of the III research group, which ration included 20% of dry brewers grains of the grain mixture, the main body measurements were lower than in heifers of the control and II research groups. While studding main hematological indicators of the repair heifers of the control and research groups at the age of 6 and 12 months of cultivation, it was found that the inclusion of 15% of dry brewers grains in the grain mixture of the ration of the repair heifers of the II research group improved their passage of biosynthetic processes and the use of nitrogen, which indicates a tendency to increase in their blood total protein content compared to the control group primarily due to globulins, which indicates an improvement of immune-protective properties in the heifers of this group. The increase in the content of total protein and globulins against the control group in the heifers of the III research group, grain mixture for which included 20% of dry brewers grains, was manifested to a lesser degree. Summary. The inclusion of dry brewers grains in the grain mixture of the rations of repair heifers of the Jersey breed of the II research group in the amount of 15% of the total weight of the grain mixture, provided an increase in their average daily gains compared to the repair heifers of the control group and amounted to for the period from 2 until 6 months – 3.2%, for the period from 6 until 12 months – 2.1%, for the period from 2 until 12 months –2.6% with a tendency to increase the main measurements at the age of 9 months: height at the withers up to 104.0 cm against 103.5 cm, chest girth – 142.8 cm against 141.4 cm, oblique torso length – 131.8 cm against 131.4 cm in the control group.

The study of lung morphology under the influence of various environmental factors is of great interest for various areas of medicine and biology. The study of pathological changes in the respiratory part of the lung of rats with aspiration acute injury and the action of pharmacological correction was carried out. Acetone was used as a damaging agent, and HyperHAES was used as a means of pharmacological correction, containing 7.2% NaCl solution in combination with 6% hydroxyethyl starch, as well as a liposomal form of N-acetylcysteine, which was administered to experimental animals once intravenously after induction of acute lung injury. The control group of animals received antibiotic therapy. The staining of the slides was carried out using hematoxylin and eosin. A quantitative assessment of the histological signs of lung tissue damage was carried out. As a result of the study of preparations of the lungs, the degree of pulmonary edema was established, as well as the anti-edema effect of pharmacological corrections. On the 6th day of the experiment, the anti-edematous effect was retained only after the introduction of N-acetylcysteine. Histological examination of the lungs showed generalized destruction of the organ architectonics in response to the impact of a damaging factor and its reduction under the influence of pharmacological corrections. In the control group, the signs of acute lung injury were most extensive. One day after the administration of the HyperHAEC solution, there were no hemorrhages in the histological picture of the lungs. In a quantitative assessment of the histological signs of acute lung injury, it was shown that the maximum positive effect from the administration of HyperHAES develops 24 hours after application. N-acetylcysteine primarily led to a decrease in leukocyte infiltration and prevented the development of a suppurative process. The lung-protective effect of N-acetylcysteine was realized in 24 hours from the moment of administration and persisted until the 6th day of the experiment. The use of pharmacological correction agents in acute lung injury was reflected in the picture of the lethality of the experimental animals. When HyperHAES was applied, 37.5% of animals died by day 6, in the group with N-acetylcysteine - 28.6%, while in the control group all animals died.

In the conditions of modern technogenic pollution of the environment, environmental problems, improving the quality of livestock products and their food safety is an important and urgent issue today. Pollution of the environment with heavy metals due to man-made activities of the population has led to a number of problems of agricultural production. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of sodium selenite and feed additive “Metisevit plus” on the protein-synthesizing function and functional state of the liver of rats in lead-cadmium intoxication. It was found that the level of total protein in the blood of rats exposed to cadmium and lead was reduced. These changes were due to a decrease in albumin levels and an increase in globulin levels. Thus, hypoproteinemia resulting from cadmium and lead poisoning may indicate impaired hepatic protein synthesis. Transamination enzymes play a major role in the relationship between protein and carbohydrate metabolism, which is important for switching the oxidation of energy substrates from glucose to amino acid energy nutrition, which is extremely important under the influence of various environmental factors. The most active transaminases are aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase. In the study of the activity of aminotransferases in the serum of rats treated with lead acetate and cadmium chloride, an increase in the activity of enzymes in all periods of the study. The highest activity of aminotransferases was on days 21 and 28 of the experiment in the control group of rats, which carried out the combined load of cadmium and lead. Thus, the load of the body of animals with cadmium and lead contributes to the violation of the functional state and protein-synthesizing function of the liver of animals of the experimental groups. With the introduction of sodium selenite into the body of rats, the activity of ALT and AST in the serum of the first experimental group was slightly reduced compared with the control group. However, the activity of these enzymes did not reach physiological values. When setting the feed additive “Metisevit plus” throughout the experiment, it was found that the activity of aminotransferases in the serum of rats of the second experimental group ranged within physiological values. This is due to the hepatoprotective effect of the components of the feed additive “Metisevit Plus”. In the study of protein-synthesizing function of rat liver in experimental lead-cadmium toxicosis, it was found that after application to rats of the first experimental group of sodium selenite on days 14, 21 and 28, the level of total protein in serum gradually increased, but did not reach physiological values. Using the feed supplement “Metisevit plus” rats of the second experimental group, found a slightly higher level of total protein in their blood, which on the 28th day of the experiment reached physiological values and, accordingly, amounted to 66.8 ± 1.99 g/l. It should be noted that when administering the feed additive “Metisevit plus” protein-synthesizing liver function and liver function of rats of the second experimental group were restored faster than when administering sodium selenite to the first experimental group.

This study aimed to assess potential feeding effect of camel milk curd mass and its mixes to experimental rat’s blood serum biochemical parameters, enzymatic activity and the peptide toxicity. Fifty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups (n = 10 each). Each group was fed with camel milk pure curd mass and its mixes for 16 days. At the end of the experiment, rats were sacrificed to collect the samples from the blood serum. Blood serum biochemical parameters total protein, cholesterol, glucose, albumin, triglycerides; the enzymatic activities of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase were determined on the A25 automatic analyser, and peptide toxicity analysed by the reference method. The statistical data have shown no significant differences in body weight gain in all groups. Total protein decreased in group II, IV, and V; however, it increased in group III compared to the control group. Cholesterol grew up in group II and it slightly increased in group V, dropped in groups III and IV compared to group I result. Glucose increased in groups II, III, IV compared to group I; still, group V results show a slight decrease. Albumin decreased in group IV, yet in group V it increased than the group I result. Simultaneously, groups II and III results were changed with less percentage. Triglyceride grew up in groups II, V, and it dropped significantly in groups III, IV compared to the control group. De Ritis ratio of enzymes in groups II, III, and IV fluctuated between 1.31 and 0.98 IU/L; however, group V demonstrated significant data versus group I. Diets peptide toxicity in all groups was lower than control group data. The experimental results indicated that curd mass from camel milk could be used as a pure or with additives and it did not discover the observed side effects.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of supplement «Press-Acid» on some parameters of mineral and protein metabolism and resistance of piglets. The study was done in condition «Meta» on two groups of piglets of the F-1 (BWхL) genotype. There were determined indexes of bacterial and lysocim activity of blood serum, calcium and phosphorus in piglets at the age of 21–30–45–75 days. Effect of supplement on the growth rate, morbidity and safety of pigs were revealed. We used hygienic, zootechnical, hematological, biochemical, immunological and statistical methods of analysis. The influence of «Press-Acid», which consist of formic, lactic, citric and fumaric acids, was established for the first time. The concentration of calcium in blood serum of experimental group of piglets were lower than in animals of control group. The level of phosphorus increased in blood serum of experimental animals on 11.83% (30 day), on 3.74% (45%), on 17.65% (75 day) respectively. Concentration of hemoglobin and the amount of erythrocytes increased on 11.8% and on 1.82% (30 day) in animals that feed the supplement. There were established the increase of viability of the pigs with gastro-intestinal diseases which were given the supplement in comparison with that, who did not feed it. Severity of diseases was determined using the Melenberg coefficient which did not higher than 1.2–2.4 score, it was lower on 6,0–9,3 unit than in control group. Using the supplement allowed to increase the intensity of growth of piglets by 3.7% (45 day) and 9.4% (75 day) respectively. Concentration of total protein, albumines and globulins increased on 8.66%, 9.90%, 7.3% respectively. The activity of alaninaminotransphaerasae in the blood serum of experimental animals were lower on 3.45% than in control piglets. Lysocym and bacterial activity of blood serum were higher in experimental group of piglets. Feeding piglets with addition supplement Press Acid promotes higher grow rates in experimental animals, that can be explained increases of oxidative-reducing processes in them organism. Feeding piglets with acidifier «Press-Acid», «Nifulin», zinc oxide, probiotics «Lactisan Complex» promotes growth energy, increase of morphological, biochemical and immunological parameters which indicates a higher level of oxidative reaction in the body. A low coefficient of Melenberg is recorded in the piglets at the age of 1 day. Safety was within 92.1–97.0%. That indicates a more successful elimination of complexes of protein, mineral substances, humoral protection in blood of experimental group of animals.

The article presents the results of studies on the dynamics of total protein content in blood serum of sows depending on the cortical and vegetative mechanisms of regulation under exposure to technological stimulus. Experiments were carried out on 3 years old pigs of large white breed. Types of higher nervous activity in pigs were determined using method of conditioned food reflexes. According to the studying of conditioned reflex activity 4 experimental groups were formed, 5 animals in each. The 1-st group consisted of sows with strong balanced mobile, the 2-nd – strong balanced inert, the 3-rd – strong unbalanced, and the 4-th – weak types of higher nervous activity. Then in experimental animals we studied the tone of the autonomic nervous system using trygeminovagal test, by the results of which we formed 3 experimental groups (normotonics, sympathicotonics, vagotonics), 5 animals in each. Before exposure to technological stimulus and in 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after its impact, blood samples were taken for biochemical studies in all experimental animals. Before exposure to technological stimulus content of total protein in swine blood serum between animals with strong types of higher nervous activity did not differ significantly. Animals with weak type of higher nervous activity had lower level of this metabolite than animals with strong balanced mobile type. After exposure to technological stimulus the total protein level in swine blood serum significantly decreased. In sows with strong balanced mobile type, the content of total protein starting from the 7-th day after exposure to technological stimulus returned to values that were before stress factor impact. At the same time, in sows with weak type of higher nervous activity, the level of total protein in blood returned to the reference values only in 28 days after exposure to technological stimulus. The basal level of total protein in blood serum in pigs with different tone of autonomic nervous system didn’t differ significantly. In sows normotonics was found a significantly higher content of total protein in blood serum than in sows vagotonics and sympathicotonics during first week after exposure to stress factor.

Purpose: The main purpose of the study was to examine the impact of moderate intensity exercise on blood serum creatinine concentration among the male. Method & Materials: A randomized control trails were conducted for purpose to evaluate the effects of moderate intensity exercise on creatinine level among the subjects (Experimental Group (EG) = 10, Control group (CG). A written informed consent from all the subjects and ethical approval was taken from Gomal University Ethical Review Committee before initiating the study protocols. 5ml blood were taken from all the subjects and each blood sample was marked with separate identification code. Twelve weeks exercise (moderate intensity exercise) protocols was employed on the selected subjects. The collected blood samples were tested and thus the collected results were processed through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, Version, 24) by applying Mean and Standard deviation etc. Results & Conclusion: On the basis of analysis, the researcher concluded that inferentially there is no significant effect of moderate intensity exercise on BMI and Creatinine of the subjects but descriptively the experimental group shows better results in BMI and Creatinine (after the treatment)

This study investigated the effect of activities to promote awareness of specific prioritised graduate attributes on the quality of reflection displayed in work-placement reflective blog assessments for Pharmacy-technician students. Previous related research showed an increased tendency to frame placement experiences in terms of graduate attributes when they are made more explicit in the curriculum. Now, a thematic analysis of reflective writing from control and research groups, using a priori codes of ‘reflection’ and ‘graduate attributes’ explored the impact on the depth of critical reflection, and its relationship to explicit discussion of graduate attributes. The findings show an improvement in the quality of reflection, with significantly higher levels of critical reflection in the research group (37%), compared to the control group (20%), and lower levels of the non-reflective categories of thinking such as thoughtful action. Furthermore, in 62% of research group cases, there is overlap between critical reflection references and explicit graduate attributes references. Overall, the quality of reflective writing has improved through framing experiences in terms both of graduate attributes, as well as core theoretical knowledge, leading to increased focus on personal development and consequences for future action.

Introduction. This article presents the results of studying the effects of cadmium chloride and its accumulation in experimental animals’ liver, kidneys, and blood. The impact of cadmium consumption on basic bioelements (zinc, copper, calcium) in organs was assessed. Materials and methods. Experimental groups of white outbred rats were exposed daily for three months to a cadmium chloride solution containing 1, 10 and 100 μg of cadmium. Cadmium exposure was assessed at 1, 4, 12, 30, 60 and 90 days. The concentrations of cadmium, calcium, copper and zinc were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results. Whole blood cadmium concentration was not statistically different from the control group. The accumulation of cadmium in the blood was observed only after three months of exposure to a dose of 100 μg. The accumulation of cadmium in the liver occurred after one and two months of intoxication, depending on the dose. In the kidneys, an increase in cadmium occurred in all experimental groups after one month of injection. The metal content depended on the level of exposure, but no difference was observed between the liver and kidney. The concentration of zinc and calcium decreased in the kidneys and liver. Conclusion. Changes in calcium and zinc, accompanied by elevated levels of cadmium in the liver and kidneys, suggest that cadmium may interfere with the biological processes in which these elements are involved.
