The article presents data on the study of the impact of feed additives «Humilid» indicators on protein and amino acid metabolism of muscles of broiler chickens cross the COBB 500.The study tested that birds which additived Humilid the water increase in the muscles of total protein, which represented the largest share of the cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions. In homogenate of muscle, the total amount of protein increased by 10% in cytosolic and 20% in mitochondrial, which makes it possible to assert that stimulate the synthesis of cytosolic proteins is influenced Humilid and stimulated the formation chondriome of myocytes. Also, the data indicate an intensification of the use of amino acids for protein biosynthesis and adaptive processes, confirmed by increased in muscle mitochondrial fraction 2 times activity of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase, which is involved in the transport of amino acids and glutathione in mitochondria that seen as a protective mechanism. The research has shown increased 3 times in cytosolic fraction activity of alanine aminotransferase and the simultaneous decrease in lactate dehydrogenase. Calculate the ratio activity of LDH/ALT showed bias towards anaerobic conversion of glucose to glucose-alanine cycle, more efficient way of recovery and using of glucose.

Abstract Background: Interest in the use of natural feed additives as an alternative to antimicrobials in the poultry industry has increased in recent years because of the risk of bacterial resistance. One of the most studied groups are polyphenolic compounds, given their advantages over other types of additives and their easy potentiation of effects when complexes are formed with metal ions. Therefore, the objective of the present study was to evaluate the impact of dietary supplementation of Copper Acetate (CA), Curcumin (CR), and their combination (CA-CR) against Salmonella Typhimurium colonization, intestinal permeability, and cecal microbiota composition in broiler chickens. Results: The obtained results showed that in two independent studies, all experimental treatments were able to significantly reduce the S. Typhimurium colonization in cecal tonsils (CT, p < 0.05) compared to the positive control (PC) group. However, CR and CA-CR were the best treatments reducing S. Typhimurium counts. Furthermore, the serum fluorescein isothiocyanate dextran (FITC-d) concentration in chickens treated with CR was significantly lower when compared to PC (p < 0.05). The effect of dietary treatments in reducing S. Typhimurium colonization was further supported by the Linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe) analysis of microbiome data, where Salmonella was significantly enriched in PC group (LDA score > 2.0 and p<0.05). In addition, Coprobacillus, Eubacterium, and Clostridium were significantly higher in the PC group compared to other treatment groups. On the contrary, Fecalibacterium and Enterococcus at CR, unknown genus of Erysipelotrichaceae at CA-CR, and unknown genus of Lachnospiraceae at CA were significantly abundant respectively. Conclusions: CR treatment was the most effective treatment to reduce S. Typhimurium intestinal colonization and intestinal permeability associated with variations in the cecae microbiota structure in broiler chickens.

Amino acids are the basic structural units of protein molecules in the body. Currently, about 300 amino acids are known, of which 26 are studied best. Amino acids or their derivatives (for example, immune bodies) are part of enzymes, hormones, pigments, and other specific substances that play a crucial role in digestive and metabolic processes. In the process of metabolism, many amino acids are synthesized in the body from other amino acids or compounds, and therefore they are called interchangeable. Amino acids that are not synthesized in the body or are formed in insufficient quantities are called indispensable. According to the content and ratio of essential amino acids, feed proteins are subdivided into full and inferior. Deficiency, absence, or imbalance of essential amino acids in animal diets is accompanied by a deterioration in protein use, metabolic disorders, and decreased productivity. The following amino acids are indispensable; arginine, viburnum, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, phenylalanine. Among the essential amino acids, especially important ones, are those called critical. These are lysine, methionine + cystia, threonine, and tryptophan. A deficiency, absence, or imbalance of essential amino acids in animal diets is accompanied by a deterioration in protein use, metabolic disorders, and decreased productivity. Research and production experiment was conducted within Olenka Poultry Factory LLC and the problematic research laboratory of feed additives of the Department of Animal Feeding and Feed Technology named after P. D. Pshenichny at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences. The effective level of arginine in compound feed for broilers of the Cobb-500 cross was experimentally determined. The use of compound feed with arginine levels in the first rearing period (1 to 10 days) - 1.28%, in the second (11 to 22 days) - 1.15% and in the third (23 to 42 days) - 1.11% gives the opportunity to get broiler chickens at the age of 42 days, weighing 2.654 kg, at a feed expenditure of 1.78 kg per 1 kg of gain.

Chicken is a major source of animal protein consumption in Indonesia. The problem facing the poultry industry is the incidence of resistance which increases mortality of the chicken production. One of the causes of resistance case is the use of antibiotics in feed additives. The public understanding about the effects of the use of antibiotic growth promoters (AGP) in chickens in antibiotic resistance and the digestive tract of chicken needs to be done to avoid the impact on economic losses and health problems. This study aims to provide an understanding of the effects of the use of antibiotic growth promoters (AGP) on antibiotic resistance and the digestive tract of broiler chickens. This study was carried out at a broiler chicken farm in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Based on the histopathological result of the digestive tract of chickens that were given antibiotics as AGP, there was no inflammation occurs, but the administration of antibiotics caused antibiotic resistance in various type of antibiotics including tetracycline (90% resistance), streptomycin (60% resistance), amoxicillin (50% resistance), erythromycin (80% resistance), and no resistance for gentamycin.

Recently, interest of consumers to quails meat to rising. The reason for this – high biological value of meat. But in literature the little informationon on rationing of arginine and lysine in mixed fodders. This greatly effects on the quality of meat. Many studies confirmed the need for rationing of arginine and lysine for animal growth. Quails are no exception. The effect of these amino acids was not studied on productivity of this birds. That is why we delivered the aim to establish the optimal level and correlations of arginine and lysine in feeding of quails and study their impact on the growth. To solve it, we delivered the following objectives: to investigate the effect of different levels and correlations of amino acids in mixed fodder on live weight, average and relative increase of body weight. So were carried relevant research in the scientific and research laboratory of feed additives of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine on quails of breeds Pharaoh. For the experiment were selected 300 quails. Of them were formed 3 groups. We twice daily fed the mixed fodder of quails. The chemical composition of mixed fodders the differed only on the content of amino acids which we studied. We studied the growth of young quails depending on the content of lysine and arginine in mixed fodder and their correlations. We established that growing quails on fodder with optimal levels of arginine and lysine within a period of growth, and adapted compound feed, subject to the optimum ratio of amino acids for two periods of growth, had a little difference in favor of the first: live weight, relative, average daily gain – 1.0%, 0.1% and 1.1% respectively. Оptimal levels of arginine and lysine for young quails in the second period of growth is 1.26% and 1.29% respectively. The optimal correlation of arginine to lysine is 0.98. Subsequent of this work is to study the effect of different levels and correlations of lysine and arginine in mixed fodder for young quails for meat quality and chemical composition of meat.

Aim. Study of the effect of new domestic lactulose-containing feed additives on the biological properties and amino acid composition of the protein in broiler chicken meat. Material and Methods. During the research, classical and modern methods were used: zootechnical, biochemical, etc. The methodological basis was the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists who studied the features of the effect of feed additives on the body of poultry and its productive qualities. The mass fraction of protein was determined by the Kjeldahl method according to GOST 25011-2015, the mass fraction of fat – by the Extractive-weight method according to GOST 23042-2015, the mass fraction of moisture – by the thermogravimetric method using the ELVIZ moisture analyzer, the mass fraction of total ash – GOST 31727-2012 (ISO 936:1998), amino acid composition of pectoral muscles – by capillary electrophoresis (Kapel 105M). Results. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the use of additives No. 1 and No. 2 helps to stabilize the indices of digestibility of nutrients and, as a result, to improve the metabolic process in the body of the bird. It was found that the digestibility coefficient of dry matter in the experimental groups was by 0.91%, crude protein – by 1.68%, crude fat – by 0.79%, nitrogen-free extractable substances – by 1.33% higher than in the control group. Positive dynamics was also noted in the increase in the weight of the gutted carcass in the experimental groups by 5.47 and 4.46% in comparison with the same indicator in the control group. The use of lactulose-containing additives when growing broilers has led to an improvement in the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the resulting product ("white" meat). An increase is observed in the value of the mass fraction of protein by 0.5 and 0.6%, respectively, in comparison with the mass fraction of protein in the meat of the control group. The studied feed additives balanced the ratio of essential amino acids to replaceable ones. During the experiment, it was found that in the white meat of the experimental groups, in comparison with the white meat of the control group of broiler chickens, there was an increase in the content of essential amino acids on average by 0.31 г/100 г (3.6%) и 0.41 г/100 г (4.7%), respectively. Conclusion. In terms of a set of indicators, the meat of broiler chickens grown with the use of new lactulose-containing additives No. 1 and No. 2 has higher indicators of meat quality compared to the control. New domestic prebiotic supplements based on lactulose No. 1 and No. 2, used in the experiment, are not only a natural alternative to antibiotics, hormones or other growth stimulants, but also a mechanism for a better approach to the formation of general beneficial physical and biochemical properties of meat of broiler chickens. Given this, these additives can be recommended for widespread implementation in poultry farming.

The growth of production and consumption of dietary poultry meat causes an urgent need to develop and use new and more effective elements of technologically complete compound feed and broiler chicken rearing in the regions. In order to increase the range of non-traditional feed products and feed additives and reduce the deficit of raw protein, amino acids and vitamins, it is advisable to use non-traditional methods to increase the efficiency of compound feed use when broilers rearing. One of the available non-traditional methods for increasing the efficiency of using compound feed in meat production should be considered the use of synthetic amino acids for a new purpose, namely as a modulator of spatial through the infrared laser beam. The purpose of the research was to improve the industrial technology for rearing of broiler chickens using aeroionotherapy and low-intensity laser radiation. Experimental studies have been carried out under the production conditions of poultry house No. 1 (halls No. 2 and No. 3) of the Novgorodskaya poultry farm in the Novgorod region. Broiler chickens of cross Ross 508 have been kept in three-tier BKM-3B cell batteries. The use of low-intensity infrared laser radiation with minimal parameters of the “Uzor 2K-Super” laser (80 Hz wavelength) and air ionization of air oxygen (AN-1 and AI-P aeronizers, modes 2 and 3) against the background of the main diet of cross-Ross 508 broiler chickens improved the state of carbohydrate, protein, fat, amino acid, and vitamin metabolism by increasing the assimilation processes of their body. It has been caused functional activation of the digestive system in it, along with an increase in enzyme, immune and hormonal systems and made it possible to fully realize the level of meat productivity, feed-efficiency and improve some blood biochemical parameters.

AbstractHydrogen cyanide polymers – heterogeneous solids ranging in color from yellow to orange to brown to black – may be among the organic macromolecules most readily formed within the Solar System. The non-volatile black crust of comet Halley, for example, as well as the extensive orangebrown streaks in the atmosphere of Jupiter, might consist largely of such polymers synthesized from HCN formed by photolysis of methane and ammonia, the color observed depending on the concentration of HCN involved. Laboratory studies of these ubiquitous compounds point to the presence of polyamidine structures synthesized directly from hydrogen cyanide. These would be converted by water to polypeptides which can be further hydrolyzed to α-amino acids. Black polymers and multimers with conjugated ladder structures derived from HCN could also be formed and might well be the source of the many nitrogen heterocycles, adenine included, observed after pyrolysis. The dark brown color arising from the impacts of comet P/Shoemaker-Levy 9 on Jupiter might therefore be mainly caused by the presence of HCN polymers, whether originally present, deposited by the impactor or synthesized directly from HCN. Spectroscopic detection of these predicted macromolecules and their hydrolytic and pyrolytic by-products would strengthen significantly the hypothesis that cyanide polymerization is a preferred pathway for prebiotic and extraterrestrial chemistry.
