This article aims to describe the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling religious values when teaching students in the midst of a pandemic that is currently sweeping the world.  This causes the learning system that is usually done directly or face-to-face to become online.  This study uses a qualitative method, which describes the facts and phenomena that occur in the field.  The Covid-19 virus, which originated in Wuhan, China, has a very rapid spread and has an impact on the whole world, one of which is Indonesia.  The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as well as strata of society feel the consequences themselves, especially in the field of education, which causes schools to carry out the learning process at home or online.  PAI teachers as educators must rack their brains about strategies in teaching students which are usually carried out face-to-face to online or online.  In order to respond to this, there is a solution to what teachers can do, namely by using the WhatsApp media.  With WhatsApp that is easy to access, it is hoped that teachers in delivering learning can be accepted and understood and do not reduce in terms of instilling religious values of students.

SD Negeri (public elementary school) 25 Banda Aceh is one of the schools that join together children with special needs with normal children in one class in every school subject including Islamic religious education. This practice may cause teachers to encounter difficulties in teaching children with special needs; moreover, other problems also occur such as the limited number of teachers of Islamic religious education, inadequate facilities, and so forth. The focus of this research was related to the implementation, the role of teachers, as well as the constraints and solutions of the Islamic religious education teachers in performing the teaching and learning process at SD Negeri 25 Banda Aceh. This qualitative research employed a descriptive research approach. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for children with special needs was based on the 2013 curriculum. The modified curriculum was then grouped into the modifications of learning time allocation, learning materials, and the teaching and learning process of the children with special needs. The methods employed by the teachers were relatively similar to regular children such as memorization, lecture, question and answer, group work, demonstration, and practice. However, children with special needs also required further assistance and motivation. These children would also need a special escort teacher during the teaching and learning process. The roles of the teachers in implementing inclusive education included being correctors, inspirators, informers, organizers, motivators, initiators, facilitators, mentors, demonstrators, classroom managers, supervisors, mediators, and evaluators. In addition, teachers used learning tools and media to support students' understanding, especially in Islamic education learning. The obstacles faced by the teachers were due to the different abilities and characters of the students that made the teachers become very difficult in delivering the materials, the limited number of the teachers, the nonoptimal use of media, facilities, and infrastructure, and lack of study hours. The solutions to these issues included teachers being equipped with a guideline for handling children's special needs by making adjustments of time, manner, and material, and building togetherness, equality, and respect among fellow students.

Ability, problems, and needs that owned by children with special needs are very heterogeneous. These are the result of the diversity of the specificity and characteristics possessed by each of the individual with special needs. Those heterogeniety in turn have implications for the educational services needed to accommodate such diversity. So far, the government and the community has been organizing educational services for individuals with special needs either in the form of special education service or inclusive education. However, there are still some obstacles, one of which related to instructional strategies that applied. Learning process that has been applied, both in special schools and inclusive schools, it is less able to accommodate the learning needs of children with special needs. The curriculum is felt tends to be more traditional, the learning process is based solely on achieving the objectives of the curriculum, and less able to touch the basic needs of those children. Therefore, in order to develop the potential ability of children with special needs in a more optimal, it is required the development of learning strategy that emphasizes the distinctiveness of individual learning process. The purpose of this research is to highlight the role of the games of movement on the development and social integration of children with special educational requirements from the primary cycle, studying the theme in the literature. According to statistics in the field over the last years, there has been an increase in the number of children with special needs in regular schools. Thus, children who a few years ago would have been included in a special school, today have facilities at a regular school, along with children with typical development and have a similar curriculum to follow [7]. This is why motion games are a method, an important opportunity to integrate children with special requirements in a collective, because through them children cooperate (working in groups or pairs) making new friends, no longer feeling rejected, communication becomes easier, collaborates to achieve the goal of the game, support each other, become more responsible by observing the rules of the game and accept each other as they are. The game develops the ability to adapt easily to new situations, increases effort capacity, teaches children to be careful and develops their confidence. Due to the fact that movement games are performed more in group, they provide socialization, but they must be adapted according to the child's deficiency. Conclusion: We have found that motion games are an effective way to integrate children with special educational needs into a collective, because through them children make new friends easier, they are accepted in collectivity, communication becomes easier, they support and understand each other and most importantly accepted as they are. Through the game children feel free to act.
