The study purpose was to develop a technology of programming for strength and strength endurance development in middle-school-aged boys in a 4-week physical training cycle. Materials and methods. The study participants were boys of 6th grade (n=35), 7th grade (n=36), 8th grade (n=36). The study materials were processed by the IBM SPSS 23 statistical analysis software. The following parameters were calculated: arithmetic mean (X); standard deviation (s). The probability of difference in statistical indicators was estimated using the Student's t-test. Results. The analysis of the study results demonstrated that after using a combined method of strength development (1-6 classes), the experimental group boys showed a statistically significant improvement in results in the set of tests ( p < 0.05). After using a combined method of strength development, the 6th-8th grade boys had the largest increase in the results of strength and strength endurance of shoulder muscles, strength and strength endurance of abdominal muscles, strength and static strength endurance of leg muscles ( p < 0.05). After using a circuit training method (7-12 classes), the experimental group boys also showed a statistically significant improvement in results in the set of tests ( p < 0.05). The 6th-8th grade boys had the largest increase in the results of dynamic and static strength endurance of shoulder muscles, abdominal and back muscles, leg muscles (p < 0.05). According to the Eurofit motor fitness tests, after using the combined method of strength development (1-6 classes) and the circuit training method (7-12 classes) in a 4-week training cycle, the experimental group boys showed a statistically significant improvement in results in the set of tests (p < 0.05). During the experiment, the 6th-8th grade boys of the control group showed no statistically significant improvement in test results for most parameters (p > 0.05). A comparison between the levels of strength fitness of the control group boys and experimental group boys after the experiment showed that the experimental group boys had statistically significantly better results of strength and strength endurance of shoulder muscles, abdominal and back muscles, leg muscles (p < 0.05). Conclusions. After using the combined method of strength development (1-6 classes) and the circuit training method (7-12 classes) in a 4-week physical training cycle, the middle-school-aged boys showed positive dynamics of strength and strength endurance development of shoulder muscles, abdominal and back muscles, leg muscles. The dynamics of strength and static endurance of the local muscle group is strongly influenced by the combined method of strength development. The circuit training method is effective to develop dynamic and static strength endurance of the local muscle group. For overall development of strength and general endurance, it is effective to use a combination of the combined method of strength development and circuit training method in a 4-week physical training cycle.

The participants in the study were 6th grade girls (n=20), 7th grade girls (n = 27), 8th grade girls (n = 30). The study used analysis and collation of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing and methods of mathematical statistics for processing research results. The IBM SPSS 23 statistical analysis software was used to process the study materials. The study calculated the following parameters: arithmetic mean of the value (X); standard square deviation (s), mean difference. The probability of difference in statistical indicators was estimated using the Student’s t-test. Results. The analysis of the test results of the 6th-7th grade girls showed statistically significant differences in the set of tests (p<0.05). For the 7th grade girls, the largest increase was observed in the strength indicators of shoulder muscles, abdominal and back muscles, strength indurance of leg muscles. For the 6th-8th grade girls, statistically significant differences were observed in the strength and strength endurance indicators of shoulder muscles, abdominal and back muscles, leg muscles, speed qualities (p<0.05). The study did not observe any statistically significant differences in the set of tests (p>0.05) for the 7th-8th grade girls, there was only an increase in the strength endurance indicators of leg and back muscles. Statistically significant differences were observed in the frequency of arm movements test (p<0.001). Conclusions. The girls of middle school age demonstrate a positive dynamics in the development of motor preparedness. The largest increase is observed in the strength and strength endurance indicators of shoulder, abdominal, back, and leg muscles.

The improvement of sports performance in cadet swimmers is based on two types of training: specific (aquatic) physical training and non-specific (land-based) physical training. Considering that the swimming-specific effort is predominantly aerobic, strength development in cadet swimmers is a prerequisite for obtaining appropriate adaptation to effort and superior sports results in competitions. The purpose of this study is to develop a physical training programme purposely designed for cadet breaststroke swimmers (12-14 years old) using the specific means of fitness. The experiment was carried out from 20 January 2019 to 20 December 2019 on a sample of 24 cadet swimmers from the Dinamo School Sports Club (CSS) in Bucharest. The research subjects were distributed into two equal value groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Both groups were assessed for the 200-m event in the initial and final phases of the research. At the end of the experiment, higher values of the results were recorded for the experimental group compared to the control group. This highlights that the training programme applied to the experimental group has been more efficient due to the means used as well as their dosage. The methods and means used in the breaststroke-specific training programme guide the entire methodology of applying the independent variable. Following this research, the obtained results demonstrate that the independent variable of the study produces significant increases in physical training, which have been successfully transferred to the competitive events performed in the water environment.

The aim of this study was to determine whether or not animation applications affect student achievement in science and technology course. For this purpose, effect of constructive approach supported by animations in the instruction of the unit “Living Organisms and Energy” to the 8th grade students on their academic achievement was investigated. This unit was taught to the experimental group using a constructivist approach supported by animations and to the control group using a constructivist approach without animations. For data collection, an achievement was developed and administered to experimental and control groups as pre-tests and post-tests. Collected data was analyzed using t-test and MANOVA. As a result of the research, it was revealed that supporting the constructivist approach with animations was more effective in increasing academic achievement. Physical education program for sport and health allocates four lesson hour of which each hour consists of 35 minutes in one week. It requires an innovative and efficient learning model in order to improve physical fitness, honesty, discipline, and cooperation. The researcher developes a circuit training learning model in the from circuit games which is a modified form of circuit training. The study aim to examine the effectiveness of the circuit training learning model in improving physical fitness, honesty, discipline, and cooperation in students of Elementary School Sidoarjo. The type of research used is quantitative and qualitative by using research and development method, and data analysis using ANOVA. The data collection process is carried out by pre-test and post-test and then the results of the research data are analyzed using SPSS series 2.0. The results of the study shows (1) the sig value of 0,011 smaller than the 0,05 ( p< 0,05 ), meaning that there is the difference in the results of the TKJ I test on groups of students who are not treated compared to the group of students who are given the learning model. (2) the average group of students who are not given the treatment (control group) is 12,50 while for the group of students         given treatment (experimental group) is 15,15, meaning that there is an increase in test results againts the experimental group at 45%, (4) there is an increase in the observations of the discipline attitude from the control group compared to the experimental group at 35 %, (5) there is an increase in the observations of the discipline attitudes of the control group compared to the experimental group at 55%. Based on the above analysis it can be cocluded that the circuit training learning model can improve physical fitness and cultivate honesty, discipline and cooperattion in students of Elementary School.

The research was designed as quasi experiment research. The students were divided into the experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated using the team product method while the control group was subjected to a conventional method. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The data in this research was taken from the mean scores of students’ achievement and the score percentages. The subject of this research was the 8th-grade students of SMPN 1 Jonggat, which consisted of 54 students. The instruments of this research were tests and questionnaires. The mean score of students’ creativity in the experimental group was 75 and the writing skill was 76. It was higher than the students in the control group. It can be concluded that the team product had a positive effect on students’ writing skills in relation to creativity at SMPN 1 Jonggat.
