Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Branta sama dengan pasar tradisional yaitu sebagai tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan bau. Padahal kegiatan membeli ikan segar merupakan kegiatan menarik yang bisa dijadikan sebagai wisata untuk melihat beberapa jenis ikan. Oleh karena itu, dengan pengembangan konsep yang lebih menarik menjadikan TPI Branta Pesisir sebagai wisata bahari ikan segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan TPI Branta sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari di Pamekasan dan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dari hasil uji kelayakan. Deskriptif dan SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis objek potensial sesuai dengan Pedoman Objek Operasional Daerah dan Analisis Objek Wisata Alam Direktur Jenderal PHKA tahun 2003 dengan kriteria Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Akomodasi, dan Fasilitas. Sebagai alat untuk merancang strategi pengembangan TPI Branta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis bahwa TPI Branta layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari dengan tingkat kelayakan 70,7%. Strategi pengembangannya yaitu: (1) menambah wahana permainan keluarga, taman bunga, fotospot, fasilitas umum dilengkapi tempat tunggu yang free wifi; (2) membentuk POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat; (3) meningkatkan produk ekonomi kreatif dan memperbaiki manajemen TPI; (4) meningkatkan keamanan, keramahan, kebersihan, perbaikan jalan dan pelestarian lingkungan, dan; (5) meningkatkan promosi TPI sebagai wisata.Title: FeasibilityStudy and Development of Fish Auction Branta As A ‘Bahari’ Tourism Fish Market In PamekasanFish Auction Branta is the same as a traditional market, which is a dirty and smelly place. Though, fresh fish buying could be an interesting tour activity. Therefore, the more interesting concept of its development could promote Fish Auction Branta as a marine tourism for fresh fish. The aimed of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Branta Fish Auction Place as a marine tourism fish market in Pamekasan, and to analysed the development strategy for fish auction place based on the feasibility test. The research used descriptive and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires towards 30 respondents with purposive sampling method and analysis of potential object in accordance with the Regional Operational Objectives Guidelines and Analysis of Nature Tourism Objects Director General of PHKA in 2003 with criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Facilities. The development strategies for developing Branta Fish Auction Place were designed based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that Branta Fish Auction Place is feasible to be developed as a marine tourism fish market with a feasibility rate of 70.7%. The development strategies are as follows: 1). Build family games, flower gardens, photospots, special public facilitiy, waiting rooms and free wifi, 2). Create tourism conscious group “POKDARWIS” to get support from the government and community, 3) Improve the economic creative products of local community and the management of Branta Fish Auction Place, 4). Improve safety, friendliness, cleanliness, road repair and environmental preservation, and 5). Improve promotion of Branta Fish Auction Place as tourism place.

This research aimed at analyzing the development strategies of Loloan traditional houses to become a tourist attraction which is beneficial for the local community. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a SWOT analysis. The informants were chosen based on purposive sampling. Based on SWOT analysis, some strategies can be implemented in Loloan Village. Those are the development of homestay, tour package, establishment of organization to manage the tourism potential, the implementation of community based tourism, the empowerment of local community by developing their awareness on tourism, the improvement of marketing strategy, make some stilt housing units as cultural assets owned by the government and being the piloting project, the development of tourism activities, and the improvement of its facilities.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.

ABSTRAKKajian pengembangan ekowisata bahari di Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi atraksi wisata bahari yang ada, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan ekowisata dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari yang sesuai dengan potensi atraksi wisata bahari dan potensi pasar yang dimilikinya. Sebagai responden dipilih sejumlah 100 orang wisatawan dan 100 orang masyarakat dipilih dari empat objek yaitu Pantai Mutun, Pantai Klara, Pantai Sari Ringgung dan Pulau Pahawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi–Objek dan Daya tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan ekowisata dan AHP untuk menentukan tingkat priorotas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan disetujui masyarakat setempat. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap potensi objek ekowisata bahari dari aspek ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana penunjang masih rendah. Beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari telah dibahas pada aspek ekologi sosial, dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTStudy of marine ecotourism development in Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province has been carried out. The research objectives are to identify the potential of existing marine tourism attractions, finding out the perceptions of tourists and public participation in the development of ecotourism from social, economic and environmental aspects, and to formulate a marine ecotourism development strategy that is in accordance with the potential of marine tourism attractions and its market potential. As respondents, 100 tourists were selected and 100 people were selected from four objects, namely Mutun Beach, Klara Beach, Sari Rutut Beach and Pahawang Island. Data collecting was conducted using interview and observation. Data was collected by interview and observation. Analysis potential and attractive ecotourism used the orientation of operation area analysis object and motivation ecotourism. SWOT analysis was used to determine development strategy of ecotourism and AHP is used to determine the priority level of ecotourism development strategy. The result showed that Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, has a very suitable potential for the development of marine ecotourism and has been approved by the local community. The perception of tourists about the potential objects of marine ecotourism from the aspect of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still low. Several priority strategies for developing marine ecotourism have been discussed in the aspects of social and economic ecology.

The purpose of this research is to study the prospect, problem fared and formulate the developing strategy of raising the chicken laugh at Kendari. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a reference basis for government and practitioners in developing chicken laugh at Kendari and as a reference for further research. The study was conducted in October - November 2012 held at Kendari. Determination of sub-sample study conducted by purposive sampling based on the amount of chicken population Ketawa most, the samples used were each 10 Baruga farmers in the district, sub-district and district Poasia Kadia. Methods of data collection that is through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed based on a percentage of the value and use SWOT analysis then reviewed descriptively. Prospects for business development in the chicken laugh Kendari supported by the high price of chicken laugh, the majority of farmers belong to the productive age and height HR breeders. The problem faced by the chicken business is a sideline laughing, limited capital breeder, the lack of a stable market and a lack of knowledge and skills in disease control. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober – November 2012 bertempat di Kecamatan Baruga, Kecamatan Kadia dan Kecamatan Poasia Kota Kendari. Penentuan kecamatan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan jumlah populasi ayam Ketawa terbanyak. Jumlah responden di masing-masing Kecamatan lokasi penelitian sebanyak 10 orang peternak, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah 30 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berdasarkan nilai presentase dan menggunakan analisis SWOT kemudian diulas secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prospek pengembangan usaha ayam ketawa di Kota Kendari didukung oleh tingginya harga ayam ketawa, mayoritas peternak tergolong usia produktif dan tingginya SDM peternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni usaha ayam ketawa bersifat sambilan, modal usaha peternak terbatas, belum adanya pasar yang stabil dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengendalian penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka strategi pengembangannya yakni perlu pembinaan manajemen usaha dalam bentuk pelatihan dan mengarahkan usahanya menjadi usaha pokok yang berorientasi pasar, meningkatkan skala usaha ternak, memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi ASPAK untuk menyelenggarakan kontes ayam ketawa serta pameran-pameran peternakan, perlu adanya pembinaan pengendalian penyakitKata Kunci : Prospek, strategi, pengembangan, ayam ketawa, Kota Kendari

Ecotourism in Sei Gohong Village, Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province requires the appropriate concept of development strategy. SWOT analysis is employed to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved and to determine the development strategies that are required. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that the most appropriate strategy is the WO strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes all opportunities to minimize weaknesses. The WO strategy consists of (1) Increasing various facilities to attract visitor’s appeal, (2) Making the riverbank tourism under good management, (3) Making various attractive packages for tourism, (4) Conducting training for tour guides, security officers and how to improve the additional value of Bawang Dayak for the local community, (5) Enhancing improvement for Pokdarwis in terms of management.

<p>Indonesia has signed Port State Agreement that initiated by Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), therefore some specified fishing ports including PPSNZJ should serve international ship well and safely. PPSNZJ, the biggest of fish market center, needs to prepare developing national and international marketing. Descriptive analysis was used to describe market activities in PPSNZJ, and SWOT analysis was used to obtain development strategy of PPSNZJ as a fish market center. The result showed that fish supply composition was 51,4% by fishing vessel landing in PPSNZJ and 48,6% by fish that transported into PPSNZJ. Share market of PPSNZJ consisted of export market (8,71%), domestic market (26,18%) and fish processing industry (65,11%). Development strategies of PPSNZJ as a fish market consisted of product strategy, facilities and infrastructure strategy and institutional strategy.</p><p><br /><strong>Key words: </strong>development, fishing port, fish market center, strategy</p>

ABSTRACT National beef consumption continues to increase from year to year, which is characterized by increase the number of requests. This condition is not accompanied by a number of domestic production is unable to meet the needs of national beef. The Government alternative measures of addressing these issues is making import policy. Therefore, the government continues to increase beef production through the national programs and work together with local governments. This study aims to: identify patterns of effective and efficientbeef cattle development, identifying suitability and carrying capacity of the land and to formulate development strategies beef cattle in Gorontalodistrict. The primary data obtained by surveys, direct observation, and interviews (agencies and related institutions) by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used for each objective are: literature review, analysis of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). From the results of the literature review, the development pattern of the area is the effective and efficient development. GIS analysis results show the suitability of the ecological environment of beef cattle reached 178 455 ha (81% of the area of Gorontalo district, the largest potential area for beef cattle development is Asparaga Subdistrict arround 11 232 ha and forage carrying capacity index of the largest fodder is Tolangohula subdistrict arround 39,2. From the SWOT strategy formulation obtained strengthening planning reinforcement development area, strengthening human resources officials and farmers, strengthening institutional breeders,  strengthening inter-agency coordination, strengthening the production infrastructure, accelerating adoption of production technologies, strengtheningmarketing institutional and socialization development of beef cattle. Key words:    Beef cattle, land suitability, beef cattle development strategy, Gorontalo District  ABSTRAK Konsumsi daging sapi nasional terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun yang ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah permintaan yang meningkat. Kondisi ini tidak dibarengi dengan jumlah produksi dalam negeri yang tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan daging sapi nasional. Langkah alternatif pemerintah dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut dengan membuat kebijakan impor. Oleh karena itu pemerintah terus berupaya meningkatkan produksi daging sapi nasional melalui program-program dan bersinergi dengan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengindentifikasi pola pengembangan sapi potong yang efektif dan efesien, mengindentifikasi kesesuaian dan daya dukung lahan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan sapi potong di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Data primer diperoleh dengan survei, pengamatan langsung dan wawancara (instansi dan lembaga terkait) dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk masing-masing tujuan adalah: literatur review, analisis sistem informasi Geografi (SIG), analisis SWOT. Dari hasil literatur review, pengembangan kawasan merupakan pola pengembangan yang efektif dan efesien. Hasil analisis SIG memperlihatkan kesesuaian lingkungan ekologis sapi potong mencapai 178 455 Ha (81% dari luas wilayah Kabupaten Gorontalo, potensi lahan pengembangan sapi potong terbesar yaitu Kecamatan Asparaga sebesar 11 232 ha dan indeks daya dukung hijauan makanan ternak terbesar yaitu Kecamatan Tolangohula sebesar 39,2. Dari perumusan strategi dengan SWOT diperoleh strategi penguatan perencanaan pengembangan kawasan, penguatan SDM aparat dan peternak, penguatan kelembagaan peternak, penguatan koordinasi antar instansi, penguatan sarana dan prasarana produksi, percepatan adopsi teknologi produksi, penguatan kelembagaan pemasaran dan sosialisasi pengembangan sapi potong. Kata kunci : Sapi Potong, Kesesuaian Lahan, Strategi Pengembangan Sapi Potong, Kabupaten Gorontalo

Sidoarjo has a unique tourist attraction due to the disaster that has happened before, so that emerging potential that can be developed into tourist attraction. But Lapindo mud tourism has a very complex problematics to be used as a tourist attraction. Therefore, it aims to develop lapindo mud as a tourist attraction in Porong district East Java by knowing its development strategy. This research was conducted in Porong district by conducting interviews to selected stakeholders using purposive sampling method. Data is gathered through deep interviews with the tourism department and local communities, then in analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study are: 1) potential livelihood opportunities undergo changes to the aspects of tourism. 2) aspects in the attraction of this lapindo mud tourism is very minimal because there is still not much development done by the Government of Sidoarjo and by the manager in the tourist attraction Lapindo mud. 3) The development strategy of Lapindo mud as a tourist attraction has more opportunities because the community began to feel changes in the livelihood because of the many tourists visiting the Lapindo mud, but the lack of Public facilities for tourists visiting the attraction. It can be concluded that the consequences of Lapindo mud disaster can be developed as a tourist attraction because it provides opportunities for local communities such as obtaining new livelihoods. ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy.
