The article is devoted to the topical problem of educating dignity in junior schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of philosophical psychological and pedagogical literature, generalization of the obtained empirical data, use of pedagogical diagnostics, the basic tendencies and features of education of dignity at younger schoolchildren are revealed, criteria (cognitive, emotional-value, active) are defined with the corresponding indicators, which allowed to characterize dignity in junior school students (high, medium, low). Students' understanding of the concept of "human dignity", the peculiarities of its upbringing and behavioral manifestations is considered. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that its results allow to improve the quality of the educational space of the school, to increase the effectiveness of its impact on the moral and ethical development of the younger generation, to adapt the activities of junior students to real life. The defined age features of students of grades 1-4 allow to provide a qualitatively new educational effect in solving the problems of moral education of schoolchildren, features of influence of pedagogical and educational systems on formation and development of the person are considered. Various approaches to determining the essence of moral value – dignity and factors of its successful formation, which have gained recognition in foreign pedagogical thought and spread in educational practice, are analyzed. The article reveals the state of formation of dignity in junior schoolchildren at the ascertaining stage of scientific research. The practical significance of the article is that its materials can be used in the organization of educational work of general education institutions and training of primary school teachers

The necessity of the moral education of students of high school students as an initiation to the values of which are in the teacher-written cultural and educational space. Amended scientific understanding of the concept of educational space and proved that the substantive content of the notion of cultural and educational space gets through the involvement of the term culture. The essence of cultural and educational space of the university lies in its multi-dimensionality, which is expressed in infinity broadcast through the channels of education and training culture as the experience of, the experience of spiritual and practical development of the world in the moral experience moral, value relationships according to the criterion limit it (experience) of the base (value of a person), by which the subject-object, object-subject and subject-subject relations are optional. The content of the cultural and educational space, formed the subject-object and subject-subject relationship, the relationship between them becomes dialectical by the object-subject relationship in which there are values that are axiological nucleus of activity, axiological form of culture. The article discusses the features of socialization in education and educationalenvironment in rural and mountain schools. The author analyzes the characteristics of vocationalguidance for adolescents; components of career guidance in schools in rural and mountainousareas. The author believes that the need to create and implement proactive forms and technologiesto learn. It is primarily about school degree, since it is in the high school age formed the basis ofsocial identity formation. This motivated the study of the methodological aspects of the educationof pupils in schools in rural and mountainous areas. Targeting high school students forprofessional work in general secondary education system needs rethinking science, the result ofwhich should be the introduction of educational practice new meaning of educational work, newforms of career guidance. The article considers the issue of the formation of functional literacy when conducting mathematics lessons in a secondary school, taking into account the use of intrasubject communications. Methodology and research methods. Research is based on a system-structural and activity-based approach. Results. First of all, attention is paid to the consideration of the concept of functional literacy, the question of assessing the level of development of functional literacy and the means to assess this level of development is considered. Examples of specific tasks of an interdisciplinary nature that are used to determine the level of development of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education are given. Formal and substantive approaches in mathematics, the possibilities of their application in the framework of intrasubject communications as a means of developing functional literacy of high school students are considered. The issues of synchronization of educational material as a key element in the implementation of intrasubject communications are considered. The practical significance of the work. The directions of changing approaches to the implementation of intrasubject relations of mathematics with other areas of knowledge as the basis for achieving meta-subject educational results of the Federal State Standard of Basic General Education are revealed. The question of the connection of meta-subject educational results as the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of LLC and the functional literacy of students, as well as means of assessing the level of formation of functional literacy, is considered. Particular attention is paid to mathematical literacy as one of the key components of functional literacy. In this regard, examples of tasks from other subject areas are considered that require the use of mathematical literacy as a component of functional literacy as part of the assessment of subject achievements of students. The main recommendations on the implementation of intrasubject communications to achieve meta-subject educational results are formulated.

  Professional orientation is a system of teaching and educational work aimed at acquisition of knowledge of the socio-economic and psychophysiological conditions of right choice of profession, formation of their ability to analyze the requirements of different professions to the psychological structure of personality, and also their professionally important qualities, ways and means of development. The right choice of profession makes moral satisfaction, positive self-feeling, high productivity, quality of products. It is the point at which the interests of the individual and society converge, the combination of personal and common interests. Professional orientation has its principles, priorities and disadvantages. Given these aspects, there is a high chance of correctly organizing the administration of educational institutions their professional orientation system, find the right approach to the organization of their activity, establish appropriate psychological contact with students in a position of choice of profession, professional development and self-determination. The main criterion for the efficiency of professional orientation is a measure of balance in the number of students who start to work, to study at colleges and universities by occupations, current needs of the district, city, region, society, according to general. One of the indicators by which it is possible to determine the viability of introducing profilisation in general education institutions is the results of selection of high school students of the relevant specialties to the profile of education, based on the introduction of professional orientation work at each of the age stages of student development. Thus, this paper studies the problem of professional identity of high school students and the effectiveness of professional orientation work in the framework of general education schools (on the example of the Kryvyi Rih Central Town Lyceum).

В России в начале XXI в. развитие системы общего образования, соответствующей запросам формирующегося информационного общества, в условиях сельской местности осуществлялось в процессе реализации различных концепций и программ (реструктуризации, введения профильного обучения, Комплексного проекта модернизации образования, модернизации региональных образовательных систем, внедрение Федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов общего образования (далее ФГОС) и др.), что обусловило развитие инновационных процессов не только в области содержания образования, способов его реализации, но и организации процессов обучения и воспитания. Так, реализация Национального проекта «Образование», предполагает решение задач по созданию системы общего образования, входящей в 10-ку лучших в мире. В данной статье проведен сравнительный анализ образовательных результатов обучающихся сельских и городских школ. Образовательные достижения учеников сельских школ отличаются от тех, которые показывают обучающиеся городских, и обусловлены различными факторами. В условиях сельских территорий особенно значимым становится взаимодействие основных участников отношений в сфере образования между собой: педагогический и управляющий состав школы, обучающиеся, их родители, органы управления образованием муниципального и регионального уровней. In Russia at the beginning of the XXI century . the development of a general education system that meets the needs of the emerging information society in rural areas was carried out in the process of implementing various concepts and programs (restructuring, introduction of specialized training, a comprehensive education modernization project, modernization of regional educational systems, introduction of Federal State Educational Standards of General Education (hereinafter referred to as the Federal State Educational Standard), etc.), which led to the development of innovative processes not only in the field of educational content, ways of its implementation, but also the organization of the processes of education and upbringing. Thus, the implementation of the National Project "Education" involves solving the tasks of creating a general education system that is among the top 10 in the world. In this article, a comparative analysis of the educational results of students of rural and urban schools is carried out. The educational achievements of rural school students differ from those shown by urban students, and are due to various factors. In the conditions of rural areas, the interaction of the main participants in relations in the field of education among themselves becomes especially significant: the pedagogical and administrative staff of the school, students, their parents, educational authorities at the municipal and regional levels.

Taking into account the prospects of socio-economic development, as well as scientific and theoretical prerequisites, the priority status of the design and management skills of mathematics teachers for educational practice has been identified. The study is based on a qualitative approach to the research of the problems related to project development of mathematical education in comprehensive organizations. The interrelation, interdependence and complementarity of the processes of project development and management in education are substantiated. The article gives the author’s definitions of such concepts as «project development of mathematical education in comprehensive organizations» and «quality management of mathematical education in comprehensive organizations». Education management is considered in three aspects: a) the process of influencing an object in order to change it; b) purposeful activity of subjects of education, contributing to the optimal functioning and development of the educational system; c) the function of the educational systems themselves, contributing to their integrity and development. Project development / management of mathematics education is considered as a process and as an activity. The characteristic features of project development / quality management of mathematical education in general education institutions are identified and described, and the factors of management of mathematical education in comprehensive organizations are defined. The humanitarian nature of quality management of mathematics education in comprehensive organizations as social and humanitarian systems is substantiated, implying a humanitarian style of thinking and interaction.

Introduction. The introduction substantiates the problems of modern educational practice, the relevance of improving legislation in education, and the search for new approaches and tools for organizing educational activities. Materials and methods. Theoretical and empirical research methods are employed to corroborate the consolidation of the concept of education at the national level; identify the goals, objectives, and directions of modern educational work with children; and reveal effective tools for organizing educational activities in the regional general education system. Results. A set of measures has been implemented at the institutional level to test an exemplary educational program, and conditions have been created for the successful development and implementation of working programs. Conclusions. The main lines for the analysis of the educational program implementation results, methods of obtaining information, evaluation criteria, and key issues that determine the prospects for the educational system development are determined. В статье раскрывается проблема определения содержания региональной программы общего музыкального образования путем обоснования ее социально-культурных доминант. На основе рассмотрения действующих программ «Музыка» в Чувашской Республике в контексте их социально -культурных ориентиров дается описание факультативного курса «Музыкальное путешествие по родному краю» для начальных классов общеобразовательных школ Чувашии, который базируется на национальном музыкально-художественном материале. Данный факультативный курс опирается на результаты факторного анализа, обосновывающего те социально-культурные доминанты содержания курса, которые направлены на формирование у детей комплекса как музыкальных, так и этнокультурных знаний, умений и представлений в области национальной культуры. Основой исследования послужили научные труды по методике и методологии художественного образованияЭ. Б. Абдуллина, О. А. Апраксиной, Л. Г. Арчажниковой, Л. В. Кузнецовой. В результате исследования был проведен факторный анализ действующих данных программ по музыке, который показал следующее: глобализация образования, затрагивающая школьные предметы гуманитарного и художественно-эстетического циклов, не должна стирать этническое своеобразие народных культур, что ярко представлено их музыкальными традициями, направленными на воспитание в ребенке любви к родному краю, к Отечеству; в некоторых из анализируемых программ не в полной мере применяются принцип художественной интеграции на уроках музыки и метод художественного контекста. Тем самым не уделяется должного внимания культуроемкости региональных программ школьного музыкального образования. Исходя из этого актуальными социально -культурными основами, т. е. доминантами содержания региональной программы общего музыкального образования определены следующие: воспитание патриотов своей малой родины и России; гуманистическая, культуротворческая направленность профессиональной деятельности педагога-музыканта; этнокультурная толерантность как механизм формирования гражданского самосознания обучающихся. Проведенное исследование обладает практической значимостью и может быть использовано в различных образовательных организациях республики: в детских общеобразовательных школах, детских школах искусств, в курсах методики музыкального обучения и воспитания в музыкальнопедагогических колледжах, на факультетах музыкального образования и начальных классов педагогических вузов, в содержании курсов специализации и повышения квалификации учителей музыки. The article reveals the problem of determining the content of the regional programme of general music education by substantiating its socio-cultural dominants. Considering of the existing programmes “Music” in the Chuvash Republic, in the context of their socio-cultural guidelines, the author describes an optional course “Musical Journey to the Native Land” for the primary classes of general education schools in Chuvashia, which is based on national musical and artistic material. This optional course is based on the results of a factor analysis that justifies the socio-cultural dominants of the course content, which are aimed at the formation of a complex of both musical and ethnocultural knowledge, skills and ideas in the field of national culture in children. The research was based on scientific works on methodology of art education: E. B. Abdullin, O. A. Apraksina, L. G. Archazhnikova, L. V. Kuznetsova. As a result of the study, a factor analysis of the current data of music programmes was carried out. It showed that the globalization of education, affecting school subjects of humanitarian and artistic-aesthetic cycles, should not erase the ethnic originality of folk cultures, which is clearly represented by their musical traditions aimed at cultivation of love for their native land in a child, for the Fatherland; in some of the analyzed programmes, the principle of artistic integration in music lessons is not sufficiently used, as well as the method of artistic context. Thus, the cultural intensity of regional school music education programmes is not given due attention. Hence, the following are determined by the relevant socio-cultural foundations, that is, the dominants of the content of the regional programme of general musical education: education of patriots of both their small homeland and Russia; humanistic, cultural and creative orientation of professional activity of teacher-musician; ethno-cultural tolerance as a mechanism for the formation of civic identity of pupils. The study has practical significance and can be used in various educational systems of the republic: at children’s general education schools, children’s art schools, at courses on the methodology of musical education and education in music and pedagogical colleges, faculties of music education and primary classes of pedagogical universities, in the content of courses of specialization and advanced training of music teachers

The article deals with the issue of natural science literacy formation in teaching mathematics in middle school with the use of intersubject connections. Research methodology and techniques. The research is based on systemic-structural and activity approaches. Results. First of all, attention is paid to the consideration of the very concept of natural science literacy; the issue of assessing the level of development of students’ natural science literacy and means of its diagnostics in process of teaching mathematics, for example, at algebra lessons, is considered. Examples of specific tasks of interdisciplinary nature are given, which are used to determine the level of results achievement as a requirement of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education. Conditions for conducting integrated classes and their application as a means of developing natural science literacy of high school students at algebra lessons are considered. Issues of educational material synchronization of subject areas are considered as a key condition for implementation of intersubject connections between mathematics and physics. Practical significance of the work. The directions of changes in approaches to the implementation of intersubject connections of mathematics with other areas of knowledge as a basis for achieving metasubject educational results as a requirement of the Federal State Standard of Basic General Education are identified. Metasubject assignments that contribute to the achievement of metasubject and subject educational results at algebra and physics lessons have been identified. Particular attention is paid to giving integrated classes as a condition for development of natural science literacy of students, as well as a means of assessing the level of natural science literacy formation. In this regard, examples of tasks in physics are considered that require the use of mathematical literacy, which directly affects the ability to analyze the situation and draw conclusions within the framework of the natural-scientific picture of the world. The main recommendations for the implementation of interdisciplinary relationships to achieve metasubject educational results are formulated.

The article reveals possibilities of a specially organized personality-developing educational environment at the final stage of primary general education (the fourth year of schooling) to optimize the subjectivity formation of fourth-graders. Insufficient knowledge of the environmental approach to the formation of the subjectivity of primary school students makes the work relevant. The theoretical basis of the article is psychological and pedagogical research in the field of the educational environment and the subject genesis of schoolchildren. The author presents the content of a two-year empirical study, which involved 213 fourth-graders (average age 10–11.5 years) at one of the experimental sites. Diagnostics of the development of subjectivity of fourth-graders was carried out using the questionnaire of the subjectivity structure of E.N. Volkova and I.A. Seregina, modified by M.A. Pyzh’yanova and was held at the beginning and the end of the academic year. The statistical reliability of the study results was determined using the Pearson Chi-square test (χ2). The article presents psychological and pedagogical characteristics of an innovative personality-developing educational environment at the final stage of initial general education, reveals main conditions and opportunities aimed at improving the subjectivity of fourth-graders in each of the components of the experimental educational environment (spatial-subject, psychodidactic, social). According to the results of the study, it was proved that the personality-developing educational environment, in which the experimental group (108 people) was included, had a positive statistically significant effect on the level of the development of all components of the subjectivity of fourth-graders (activity, ability to reflect, freedom of choice and responsibility for it, awareness of one's own uniqueness, understanding and acceptance of another person, self-development). No statistically significant positive changes in the development of the subjectivity components of fourth-graders were found in the control group (105 people). The research materials can be used in educational practice to optimize the development of the subjectivity of fourth-graders.
