ABSTRACT Objectives: to understand the working conditions and strategies adopted by nurse-midwives in maternity hospitals. Methods: a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory study with 20 nurse-midwives from public maternity hospitals in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Data were collected from June to September 2018 through semi-structured interviews, submitted to thematic content analysis and discussed in the light of the psychodynamics of work. Results: working conditions are inadequate due to poor infrastructure and resource deficit. Therefore, they develop defensive strategies to mitigate suffering, avoid destabilization of professional identity and minimize losses on care, through material purchase, lunch hour abdication, task reorganization and break implementation. Final Considerations: the strategies adopted hide work precariousness and suggest alienation of workers, evidencing the need to foster political awareness of this collective to promote concrete transformations in their work reality.

Objetivo: analisar as vivências de conforto e desconforto da mulher durante o trabalho de parto e parto. Método: estudo descritivo qualitativo realizado em três maternidades de Maceió-AL com 40 puérperas de julho a setembro de 2014 através de entrevista semiestruturada, tendo como referencial teórico a Teoria do Conforto de Katharine Kolcaba. Resultados: apesar do crescimento da humanização do parto, muitas mulheres estão aquém dessa realidade, sendo pouco ouvidas sobre o que lhe traria conforto ou desconforto no momento do seu parto. O nascimento do filho, a assistência dos profissionais, o acompanhante, a dor, a episiorrafia e o aumento das dores devido ao uso do “soro” estão entre as principais vivências de conforto e desconforto relatadas. Conclusão: conforto e/ou desconforto podem influenciar a satisfação da mulher durante o seu parto, requerendo por parte da equipe de saúde um olhar humanizado para efetivação do cuidado. . Results: despite the increase in the humanization of childbirth, many women cannot live this reality, being little heard about what would bring comfort or discomfort to them at the time of their childbirth. The childbirth, the assistance, the companion, the pain, the episiotomy and the increase of pain due to the use of oxytocin are among the main experiences of comfort and discomfort reported. Conclusion: comfort and / or discomfort can influence the woman’s satisfaction during childbirth, requiring the health team a humanized look for effective care. Resultados: a pesar del crecimiento de la humanización del parto, muchas mujeres no viven esa realidad, siendo poco oídas sobre lo que le traería comodidad o incomodidad en el momento de su parto. El nacimiento del hijo, la asistencia de los profesionales, el acompañante, el dolor, la episiorrafia y el aumento de los dolores debido al uso del oxytocin, están entre las principales vivencias de copmodidad e incomodidad relatadas. This study aimed to understand the main conflicts experienced by nurses-leaders in the hospital environment, as well as the strategies adopted to face them. The study reflects a qualitative descriptive type approach, which was used in the case study as research strategy. The study included 25 nurses who worked in three hospitals in the city of Florianopolis, Santa Catarina. Information where obtained in the months of May to December of 2010 through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation and dialogical workshops. Data were analyzed using the Thematic Analysis. The results demonstrated the predominant of interpersonal conflicts involving the multidisciplinary team, nurses and the nursing staff. Adopting a participatory leadership, based on dialogue emerges as a strategy for coping with conflicts in the hospital environment.

<p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Kerugian restoran akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 selama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dalam dua bulan terakhir nilainya mencapai angka triliunan rupiah. Perusahaan harus menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk menangani kondisi ini. Strategi <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> dinilai sangat efektif oleh setiap perusahaan agar bisa menarik konsumen dan meningkatkan citra baik bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana proses kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan strategi <em>M</em><em>arketing Public Relations</em> tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi di lapangan, pengamatan sosial melalui berbagai media. Hasil penelitian menunjukan <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> Pizza Hut Cimahi dalam menangani keadaan yang terjadi menerapkan <em>Three Ways Strategy</em>. <em>Three Ways Strategy</em> meliputi <em>Pull Strategy</em> dengan melakukan promosi menggunakan media, <em>Push Str</em><em>a</em><em>tegy</em> dengan memberikan diskon secara berkala, dan <em>Pass Strategy</em> dengan melakukan <em>branding</em> sebagai restoran yang tanggap situasi. Keberhasilan Pizza Hut Cimahi dalam menjalakankan Strategi <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> tersebut dilihat dari adanya pencapaian target penjualan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Pizza Hut di daerah lain yaitu Pizza Hut di Kota Bandung.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The restaurant losses as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and social restrictions on a large scale (PSBB) the past two months achieve a value of the billions rupiah. The company must implement the right strategy to handle this condition. Marketing Public Relations strategies are effective for companies to pull costumer and improve their brand image company. The purpose of this research, the author wants to know and understand how the process of activities is carried out in implementing the Marketing Strategy Public Relations. The method used is qualitative descriptive methods by data collection via semi structured interviews, field observations, social observations via various media. Research shows Marketing Public Relations of Pizza Hut Cimahi to handle of situation implemented Three Ways Strategy. Three ways strategy encompass a “Pull Strategy” by using media promotions, “Push Strategy” by giving periodic discounts, “Pass Strategy” the restaurant that are aware of the situation. Pizza Hut Cimahi success in carrying out the Marketing Strategy Public Relations is seen form the presentation of sales targets that are higher that the Pizza Hut is other areas namely Pizza Hut in the city of Bandung</em></p>

Objetiva-se analisar a inserção das enfermeiras obstétricas no cenário assistencial de uma maternidade de ensino no Riode Janeiro. Estudo descritivo, exploratório, de natureza qualitativa, realizado com 15 profissionais de saúde e gestores emuma maternidade de ensino no município de Petrópolis, Estado do Rio de Janeiro, no período de dezembro de 2016 àmarço de 2017. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturada, e posteriormente foram transcritas esubmetidas à análise de conteúdo na modalidade temática. Observou-se que a inserção das enfermeiras obstetras ocorreupelo cumprimento de determinações da rede cegonha; para a transformação de um modelo biomédico para um humanizado na atenção ao parto e nascimento. Conclui-se que a estratégia da rede cegonha permitiu a inserção das enfermeiras,para se promover uma mudança de modelo, e trazer na sua prática a humanização do cuidado.Palavras-chave: Serviços de saúde materno-infantil; Saúde da mulher; Parto; Parto humanizado; Enfermeiras obstétricas. ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to analyze the insertion of obstetric nurses into the care setting of a teaching maternityhospital in Rio de Janeiro. A descriptive, exploratory study of a qualitative nature, carried out with 15 health professionalsand managers in a teaching maternity hospital in the city of Petrópolis, State of Rio de Janeiro, from December 2016 toMarch 2017. Data collection was by semi-structured interviews, and were subsequently transcribed and submitted tocontent analysis in the thematic modality. It was observed that the insertion of the obstetrical nurses occurred by thefulfillment of determinations of the stork network; for the transformation of a biomedical model to a humanized one inthe attention to childbirth and birth. It is concluded that the strategy of the stork network allowed the insertion of nurses,to promote a change of model, and to bring in their practice the humanization of care.Keywords: Maternal-child health services; Women´s health; Parturition; Humanizing delivrey; Nurse Midwives.

ABSTRACT Purpose: It sought to understand the coordination of the local production arrangement (LPA), especifically clothing production in the City of Muriaé, MG-Brazil. Originality/gap/relevance/implications: This study proposes the analytical model for comprehending how coordinating happens, as well as indicate relations between the elements that compose it, and the implications for the way in which these elements are manifested in a LPA context. It consists in an advance for understanding governance in LPA. We suggest means for systematizing the coordination of joint actions and mitigating challenges regarding means of production and means of coordinating. Key methodological aspects: A qualitative/descriptive research was performed, whose data was gathered through documents and partially structured interviews, conducted with twenty agents of said LPAs. The data was processed through NVivo® software and categorized by the content analysis technique. Summary of key results: It was found that the coordination is characterized by low levels of formality, integration and participation of the business representatives, management structure made of some entities and average integration and participation levels of the business representatives' part. Results that support other studies developed about the practice. Key considerations/conclusions: It was identified factors that allow us to grasp the complex reality and dynamics of a LPA, as well as criteria for systematizing and comprehending how coordination happens and pointing out its implication in the development [of local business]. Out of strategies devised, it will be possible to direct the activities of coordinators from others LPAs, fostering local business development.

A qualitative descriptive study aimed at understanding the perceptions of the family members of children regarding well-child check-ups in the context of attention to child healthcare. Data collection was done using semi-structured interviews of 19 families, in the city of Maringá, in the state of Paraná, Brazil, from December 2012 to February 2013. The data was analyzed using content analysis, a thematic modality, which resulted in the thematic category "Revealing well-child check-ups from the family's point of view" and two secondary categories. The results showed the interviewees' insipient knowledge of well-child check-ups, reflecting the lack of adequate guidance about this type of care. The family members showed a preference for care of children by a pediatrician. Although secondary, the family noted the participation of the nurse in this activity. It is considered extremely important that well-child check-ups are valued by family members in order to promote effective multi-professional participation in this modality of attention.

This study was performed using a historical-social approach and aimed at discussing how the Brazilian nurse midwives trained in the Japanese birthing centers helped implement Casa de Parto in Rio de Janeiro-RJ in 2003. The primary sources of information were written and oral documentation found in collections and semi-structured interviews. The analysis happened in three steps: organization, classification and data triangulation. In order to support the analysis, concepts of habitus, field, symbolic capital and power were adopted. Results showed that the training of nurses at the Japanese birthing centers by taking a course on birth assistance was a government strategy to reconfigure the obstetrics field, which updated the habitus of these nurse midwives. Both Rio de Janeiro nurses appointed by the City to take the training course acquired better positions, which contributed to the foundation of the Casa de Parto birthing center in Rio de Janeiro.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the “Energía, la justa” program, aimed at reducing energy poverty in the city of Barcelona, from the point of view of the target population and the workers involved in the intervention. METHODS: A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory pilot study was carried out, with a phenomenological approach. Twelve semi-structured interviews were conducted: to three users, three energy agents who performed interventions in the homes, and six professionals who participated in the program coordination. A thematic content analysis was carried out using Atlas-ti software. Interviews were conducted between October 2016 and March 2017. RESULTS: Trust in a contact person (e.g. social workers) facilitated the participation, although there were difficulties reaching people who had illegal energy supplies, immigrant women or immigrants who subrent properties. Regarding implementation, home visits, energy efficiency advice and the relationship with energy agents were the best assessed aspects. However, not being able to carry out reforms in deteriorated dwellings was considered a limitation. The program also contributed to raise awareness on energy rights, to save on utility bills and to generate tranquility and social support. CONCLUSIONS: Programs such as this one can promote energy empowerment and improve psychosocial status. However, strategies with a gender and equity perspective should be considered to reach other vulnerable groups.

The fast urbanization in many regions of the world has generated a high competition between cities. In the race for investments and for international presence, some cities have increasingly resorting to the territorial marketing techniques like city branding. One of the strategies of recent years has been to use of creativity and / or labeling of creative city for the promotion of its destination. This phenomenon raises a question whether the city branding programs have worked in accordance with the cultural industries of the territory or if such labels influence the thought of tourists and locals. This paper begins by placing a consideration of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) and the strategies of the Territorial Marketing Program of the city of Lyon in France, Only Lyon. It also raises the question the perception of the target public to each of the current actions through semi-structured interviews which were applied between May and August 2015. Finally, I will try to open a discussion the brand positioning adopted by the city of Lyon

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengentahui tugas pokok Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat, untuk mengetahui proses tahapan dan sistem model kaderisasi PKS yang marhalah (berjenjang), untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan data dalam memebentuk kader pemimpin Islami Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskrptif kualitatif dengan tekinik pengeumpulan data berupa wawancara terstrurktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model kaderisi dalam menciptakan pemimpin Islami melalui tahapan-tahapan pembinaan kader yang marhalah (berjenjang). Yaitu, Pertama, ta’lim proses pembelajaran yang mana bertujuan para kader diberikan kurikulum kaderisiasi partai. Kedua, Tandzhim yang mana setelah pembelajaran diharapkan para kader dapat mengasah dan mengimplementasikan hasil kurikulum kaderisasi. Ketiga, taqwin para kader harus dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam partai maupun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. This research was conducted to identify the main tasks of the West Java PKS DPW Cadre Field Division, to find out the stages and stages of the PKS cadre model model that is marhalah (tiered), to find out and obtain data in forming the Islamic leaders cadre of the West Java PKW DPW Cadre. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the cadre model in creating Islamic leaders through the stages of training cadres who are marhalah (tiered). That is, First, ta'lim the learning process in which the cadres aim to be given a party cadre curriculum. Second, Tandzhim which after learning is expected that the cadres can hone and implement the results of the regeneration curriculum. Third, taqwin of cadres must be able to internalize the teachings of Islam in the party and the life of the nation and state.
