With the construction of Zhoushan Free Trade Zone and settlement of Boeing project, internationalization has brought new opportunities to Zhoushan's foreign trade industries, vigorously promoted Zhoushan's marine economy into rapid development, and put forward higher request to the cultivation of Business English talents. But based on the current social reality, there exist few international Business English talents who both have the ability of language and operation. Zhoushan's marine industries' development is entering a new era of internationalization. If we can cultivate Business English talents who both have the ability of language and operation, we will be sure to break through the bottleneck of Zhoushan's marine industries towards the world. Based on current situation of Business English talents training, this thesis takes Zhejiang Ocean University as an example to make positive contribution to exploring innovative talents training modes of Business English major in maritime universities and promoting the development of Zhoushan's marine economy. This thesis can be divided into 3 parts. Part 1 introduces the background, significance and current situation on cultivating Business English talents of maritime universities. Part 2 is an experimental research on current situation of cultivating Business English talents in Zhejiang Ocean University. And some suggestions on cultivating Business English talents of maritime universities are mentioned in part 3.

Communicating and teaching Business English online are currently in demand. Based on the theory of constructivism, this study takes International Business Negotiation of the Business English major as an example, with the School-Enterprise Cooperation Class that consists of 42 students of the 2018 cohort of a university as the experimental group. Employing certain research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, experimental teaching methods, etc., this research constructs and tests out a brand new intelligent teaching model for International Business Negotiation with the goal of enhancing students’ practical application abilities in the “Internet+” era, and explores the effect of this model in promoting students’ abilities, such as autonomous learning, mobile learning, innovative thinking and practical application of knowledge, etc. This research provides a new, reasonable, and effective teaching approach towards teaching International Business Negotiation and other similar courses of Business English. It provides effective guidance for the reformed teaching of International Business Negotiation, while also giving directions for the reformed teaching of Business English, as well as other foreign languages and courses in the era of “Internet+”. At the same time, this research focuses on the working process, which provides practical guidance for students to negotiate efficiently in their future careers.

Global citizens of the world are entering a new era, the era of disruption. Terminologically, disruption means the era of chaos or the era of the disturbance. In the Indonesian dictionary, disruption is interpreted as being uprooted from the root. In the era of disruption, nothing is certain and established. The rapid development of information technology has a big influence on this era. This causes the level of local and global competition and competition among individuals or even countries becomes a necessity. Recently the situation of the Americans and Iran has heated up. Indonesia and China also. In a competition, superior-inferior relations become necessary. In such situations, the preservation of nature becomes the most easily ignored, or even sacrificed. For a moment, in competition between individuals or between countries to prove their superiority, nature became the most powerless and inferior. If the balance of nature is disturbed, the most disadvantaged are humans as well as animals. Forest and land fires in Australia are conclusive evidence. When nature is disturbed, humans and animals are the first victims to feel the loss. This issue is the background of the writing of this research. This research seeks to elaborate on the Christian eco-theology notion and to dialogue it with the Hindu cosmology notion. The method used is qualitative research with a comparative study approach. This research is expected to contribute ideas and also enriching the Christian eco-theological dialogue with Hindu cosmology in the era of disruption, in particular concerning the environment.

The 21stcentury is the century of ocean. The ocean as terminal receptor is bearing grim pollution with the new round development of marine economy. As a late-mode of environmental management, Marine ecological compensation (MEC) is gradually drawing attention all over the world, and theoretical research and practice exploration are actively carrying out. This paper briefly discusses the development of MEC at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and the existing problem of MEC. Meanwhile, this paper presents a feasible way to improve our country's MEC system through the financial, tax, government management, law and market.

Background: Automation is starting to dominate the world today. We are enter-ing a new era of computing technology, the Internet of Things (IoT), which is experiencing rapid development. IoT is a worldwide neural network in the cloud that connects a mixture of things, aiming to maximise the benefits of internet con-nectivity in transferring and processing data. Using IoT, one can monitor and control a device remotely with a computer or smartphone. IoT can apply in vari-ous fields, one of which is the smart garden. Objective: This research aims to design an automatic plant's watering system used to small gardens in houses. Smart Garden is an electronic control and garden monitoring system for the pro-cess of watering plants so that it can help people care for plants. Method: This paper presents a design of the Internet of Things for small gardens inside houses using Wireless networks and sensors.  In automatic watering plants, information about soil moisture needed for plants. Sensors are devices used for smart agricul-ture. Arduino Uno will control all system operations as monitoring the plant wa-tering system. Result: The result of this paper is a Plants Watering System De-sign for Small Garden at Homes.

Introduction. The situation in the global economy and business during the COVID-19 pandemic is analyzed in this article. More than 30 million people worldwide have already been infected with the coronavirus, which came from China. However, the spread of the disease has also had an extremely serious impact on the economies of various countries in the world. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development has already said that it will take many years for the world to recover from the pandemic. EU GDP in the second quarter of 2020 showed a record decline - 14.4% year on year. The German economy returned to the level of 2011, the Spanish - in 2002, and the Italian economy was rejected in the early 1990s. These and other characteristics show the importance of research on this topic and problem, because it does not apply to a particular region or a particular country, but the whole world.
